So heres the shibby.
Now, ive used rewardzoneusa in the past with no issue
Currently I am fresh off a three year mission trip from florida to hawaii and I need a little extra spending cash
I decided to go with rewardzoneusa again for the 750 $ reward
So I completed the required amount of deals to claim the cash
And
Now theyre saying that im facing disqualification due to id verification nonsense and theyve explicitly threatened me and coerced me into only choosing the biometric / facial recognition option as opposed to the standard claimant procedure
(when I attempted to claim the reward on their website I received a server error message)
On top of the fact that, on their own website, they admit that theyre experiencing some sort of data outage
So my complaint is this
Because reward zone usa is having server trouble, should I be liable for not having the ability to present my identification through the standard methods, while only being given the option to verify through email?
Sounds fraudulent to me and also without the elements of standing.
Claimed loss: Over 1,000 $ + For Stress , Coercion , intimidation , And Breach Of Contract .
Desired outcome: i Want My GD 750 $ Not tomorrow Not A Couple Days From Now .
