Dear Rhythem Customer Service complaint department
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the termination of my utility services at 11600 Audelia Rd #127] in the month of June 2024 This termination occurred during a heatwave, which I understand to be against the law, especially considering my medical conditions and age. Had I not called in about the bill I received, I would never have known! Twisted my words to accommodate their unethical actions.
Despite my clear instructions to the customer service representative to leave my services as they were, the utilities were still shut off. I specifically stated that I was still residing at 11600 Audelia Rd #127 and not yet moving to 9722 Forest Ln #4495. Because of the infestation of roaches. At no point did the representative provide a recap of my request or confirm my instructions. This lack of communication and mismanagement has caused me significant stress and anxiety, exacerbating my existing health issues, including asthma.
I am appalled by the lack of accountability, professionalism, and regard for customer welfare displayed by your company Victor. As a senior citizen with serious health concerns, the arbitrary termination of my utilities posed a severe risk to my well-being.
Additionally, I expect an appeal with a complete
thorough investigation into this incident and appropriate measures to ensure that such a situation does not recur.
Furthermore, I insist on a formal apology for the distress and inconvenience caused and a clear explanation of the steps your company will take to prevent similar issues in the future.
I have also reviewed recent customer feedback about your company and noted a pattern of concerning behavior. Most of the complaints are made by your elderly consumers We need your help ,& protection please.
I am prepared to escalate this issue to regulatory authorities and share my experience publicly if necessary.
