Hi,
Im omar ayyash , I bought from ridesafly site a boat (1993 searay) , ridesafly applied 350$ as storage fees and I sent them email to remove the fees because the delay was from the yard side(AIIA) and they told us no storage fees and you can pick your boat, the boat picked on 28/12/23 and now on the shipping process. Now ridesafly increase the storage fees up to 650$…! Clearly the yard told us no storage fees, how the RS ask about the money?! Also today RS send me email that Ive to call them an pay 100$ as direct to them..! Unfortunately this is not a right way to deal with the customer.. anyway I hope to solve this issue ASAP because I need my title sooon also already paid for title delivery on 28/12/23 but till now they didn’t send.. Many thanks

Auto auction
They suspended my account and deleted my winning bid because I left negative review!
On 07/28/2020 I left the following review:
Sent them multiple requests to [protected]@ridesafely.com. Waiting 3rd day for response. No service at all. The website filters and notifications don't work at all, system is absolutely non-reliable. Some non-existing vehicles are listed on the website. We bid on them but they are fakes.
Update of 07/29/2020:
As of now, I have the only reply from RideSafely - which you see below. They forwarded my request to the tech support. Only after I continuously sent 3 requests without response during 3 consecutive days and made a public review. Anyway, the problem is not resolved yet.
The most interesting thing came next. I called the customer service. The customer service manager Leslie told that she deleted my winning bid right and suspended my account because I made negative review. The decision was taken by her and personally by the company CEO Yury. She is not going to do business with me ONLY and ONLY because of my negative review.
Based on that, think twice before using service of this company. I have a serious doubt about the fairness of other public reviews for them, since they deny to do business with customers who give them bad feedback on public.
car auction misleading information
Hi, bought a Porsche carrera4 from ridesafely, after recieving in the netherlands it was not a 4 wd, it was a standard carrera. They had this information and made me believe I bought a 4 wd porsche. Now they ignore my complain. What to do?
The damage on the car was more than to find in the pictures. This company is definitely working on misleading potential buyers.

Insurance auction bid representation
Do Not Use this So-Called legit service. It is a total and complete scam. They take your deposit money Only to make money off your money said to be s deposit. They do not represent you in bid auctions in a manner whereby it is legit, successful and truly representing you. The communication by this company is poor at best. If your going to attempt to bid or purchase insurance auction items, go direct and personally review the item you are bidding on. Do not use this scam. The only value they offer is to take your deposit and use those funds to make money from through other avenues that you will Not receive any benefit from. I'm seeking legal action through my attorney against them and not going to let people get scammed by these people.

scam
this is a used car auction site.
I entered the site and posted bids on a couple of cars. I ended up with a minivan with some damage. At the end of the bid I was the highest bid with 2500. I then received a call and emil from the manager telling me that I was not the highest bid that if I wanted to bid higher over the phone in order to win the car. i said no that it was fine they can keep the car. we exchanged some emails where they wanted me to up my bid. 20 min later I got another phone call by a rude lady telling me that I was the final bid and that they would take the deposit and I had to pick up the car. I told them that I was not interested in the vehicle and that I thought their practices were fraudulent. she then got angry and violent. I called my credit card and accused them of fraud send them all the emails and got my money back.

I am not a beginner in savage vehicles. I drive 2 cars myself that I have bought, had rebuilt and have driven for over 4 years and familiar with salvage prices. but for my last purchased from ridesafley I got 5 cars for my self and some for friends of mine but under my name the problem started with the shipping delay over 5 months for 2003 SC430 and its never been shipped until today since 2014 for the reason of NO Title witch i dont understand why they have to post the vehicle online since its cannot be sold or shipped. I expect to purchase a vehicle that can be supported with the proper documentation for resale! I hop that they can refund me my money since i cannot get the vehicle here in Dubai ):
The other issue is with my purchased of 2006 E350 Mercedes witch was shipped on times but the color of the vehicle was mentioned black instead of Gold color! the car is still in the yard for the last 3 weeks without any explanation from the ride safely office here in Dubai!
Ride safley Please Improve your SERVICES and learn from Copart!
I hop I get a quick replay and solve my issue.

Refund of my deposit
The Ridesafely auction company asks for a deposit to be able to bid on cars, they are supposed to refund the deposit if you're not the highest bidder. I sent as deposit last year 4500 EUR that means 6300USD, and I have been asking for refund for more than one year, by fax by e mail by phone, they always had an other explanation why they couldn't refund it, and finally they say it has been refunded but the bank has lost the money! And now for 15 days they do not answer anymore! Keep away do not send any amount! Now I have to send a lawyer.
we also was taken for deposit of 6300.00. ridesafely is NOT a trustworthy company.
upon calling for my deposit back, i was told the auction company charges the deposit fee for relisting
the vehicle again ? also fees were charged by ridesafley and auction house. late fees also piled on top of
these other fees. how can this company continue to rip people off?
BEWARE IF YOU ARE THINKING OF PLACING A BID !
I bought the car, send wire transfer.Hamburg Office confirmed payment. Shipping company can't pickup car because ridesafely say "no paid" .I call to Hamburg Office they don't know what going on.I think, i must go to court.I will need addres to lawyer.I want have new car, i have new problem. lula8&op.pl
False advertising/Deceptive business practices
BUYER BEWARE! Do not use Ridesafely.com
On 4/15/11 I purchased a vehicle from Ridesafely.com that was not as advertised and I'm asking for a full refund due to the following.
1. Vehicle was not disclosed as non-running.
2. Vehicle was listed in a 3rd party non-running vehicles exclusive auction, also not disclosed.
3. Ridesafely staff rebuffed my attempts to check and confirm information on the vehicle during several conversations while having information stating otherwise.
1. When I asked staff implied I could drive the vehicle home today.
2. Would not provide vehicle's location, phone number for vehicle location, address for vehicle location, or name of real vehicle auction company preventing me from confirming cars stated condition.
5. At 1:18pm ridesafely sent an email entitled “RIDESAFELY : Vehicle ready for pickup”. No mention that DMV paperwork or a dealer plate was necessary.
6. Additional damage not stated on vehicle information. Including electrical and interior damage.
7. I found out after the fact that “Start Code: WON'T START” was listed on iaai.coms site for this vehicle where ridesafely takes information for it's own site but, chose not to include this fact.
In addition iaai staff informed me ridesafely was using and altering their copyrighted images without permission. Including the image attached.
Do not put the title of this vehicle (Inv. #XXXXXX) under my name. I'm asking for a complete refund including any broker or transfer fees since this vehicle was not as stated. Branch Manager XXXX XXXXX of iaai.com said he would agree to store the car on their lot for free until this matter is resolved on your behalf. He also offered to re-list the vehicle for ridesafely at no charge to help recoup any loss if any. Please, this was my life savings. This was to be my car to get me from work to home and back. Had I known what you knew, car doesn't ran and was listed in a non-working car auction by a 3rd party, I would not have bid on this vehicle. I was prevented from contacting the actual seller iaai.com until all paperwork and funding was completed preventing me from confirming important facts on this vehicle. I will not be using your website or services again. You may contact XXXX XXXXX at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
Please contact me so we can get this resolved quickly.

INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION
RideSafely.com is an online vehicle auction house that supposedly acts as the clients agent for insurance/repo vehicle auctions.
RIDESAFELY is guilty of INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION & FRAUD by making statements concerning a motorcycle I purchased via auction. They work with COPART who is also guilty of MISREPRESENTATION. Specifically, both of their websites listed a 1997 Suzuki Intruder 800 as "starts & drives". All of the pictures shown display a motorcycle in very good condition with no visible damage. RideSafely refused to give me any additional information about the vehicle, the auction location or auction house so I could do due dilligence. They required $400 up front deposit, would not disclose the other bidders, or vehicle history. I was able to obtain the vin # and paid for a vehicle history which was clear and free of any accidents. Only when RideSafely received a wire transfer for the winning bid PLUS A HEFTY FEE OF $600, would they tell me where the vehicle was. When the freight transporter arrived, he found upon inspection that the front wheel was trashed making the vehicle impossible to drive! He then took pictures and called me immediately from Coparts parking lot. I called CoPart & RideSafely and they immediately tried to blame the driver. When they realized that I had proof that the vehicle was NOT DRIVABLE, they tried to blame each other. I called RideSafely back, asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on 3 different times. Finally, after many emails I got RideSafely to admit that the vehicle was NOT DRIVABLE. Instead of offering to resolve the problem, they said what they meant was that "If I wanted to spend the money to fix the vehicle then it was drivable" Well hell, then any vehicle is drivable if someone wants to spend enough money. THIS IS STUPIDITY AT ITS FINEST.
I HAVE SINCE CONTACTED ATTTORNEY'S IN PENNSYLVANIA TO OPEN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST RIDESAFELY & COPART FOR INTENTIONAL FRAUD & MISREPRESENTATION.
I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN CHEATED TO EMAIL ME WITH THE DETAILS OF YOUR EXPERIENCE. I WILL COMPILE THESE AND TURN THEM OVER TO THE ATTORNEY. EMAIL: [protected]@HOTMAIL.COM

I recently purchased a vehicle for the first time online from ride safely. I did not realize what a scam they are. I bought a 2009 BMW 328i with 2253 miles for $18, 000. I recently purchased a vehicle for the first time online from ridesafely. I did not realized what a scam they are. I bought a 2009 BMW 328i with 2253 miles for $18, 000. The car looked perfect on the picture with minimal dent to the left door. It stated previous repair/savalged. When I received the vehicle I was shock to see that it not only had a front collision but all they did was place a new bumper in the front of the vehicle and never replace any of the damage parts. The car had front xenon lights one side and non xenon lights on the other which on the picture they had a closeup of the xenon light. It has a radiator that was broken and not even hooked up to any hose or belong to that vehicle. The frame was never align or repair. The car had no airbags but they did put a steering vehicle cover making it look like they replaced it. All they did was to make sure the picture looked great but absolutely no repair or replacement was done to the vehicle. I got robbed. I have taken it to three different repair shops and they stated 10K, $12K and the dealership as for $20K to repair the damages. If someone could help me sue I would be greatly appreciated.

well check this out I bought this car july 2 2016 they took a deposit of 400.00 than wanted a wire transfer the same they did not open to the 5 the same day the car was back on the market in inventory [protected] look that up on ridesafly.com just punch that in when you go on
In the past month and a half I was the highest bidder on atleat 12 vehicles from Ride Safely.com and also wound up being the highest bidder at the actual auction. I have had 4 counter offers and the rest were flat out declined. On one of the counter offers on a BMW I went $49 below their counter and was denied. On a Cadillac Ridesafely expected the vehicle to sell for $750. I bid $800 and a day later they countered $1, 300. That was about 60% more than my highest bid which won at auction. I countered them $1, 200 and a day later they declined it. Most of the time you have to wait close to 5 days for them to reply whether or not your bid was accepted. I hope I did not forget to mention that Ridesafely charges at minimum $600 per purchase. What a rip off! Now if your bid is the highest online through several sights and at the actual live auction, what gives if they wont sell it? It is a big racket and a headache to deal with this bs. I would say it is safe to say they dont sell 20 cars a week. Let alone being able to understand who you are talking to on the phone. Who ever is selling these run down no sale dealer lot rejects can keep them. I just tried to find a decent car and avoid the huge dealer markup. If interest rate were actually good I would say they keep your money for awhile to make interest on it.
False statements
I purchased a vehicle thru this online website that stated in the description the vehicle " runs and drives". The decription also stated that this vehicle had " previous repairs". When i arrived to pickup the vehicle i noticed that the lower radiator hose was cut off and therefore had not a drop of coolant. As i inspected further, i found that the wiring at the front of the vehicle was damaged and disconnected from several items. Also, the seatbelts would not move, indicating they had not been replaced after the pretensioners were activated by a front impact air bag sensor. All of the instrument panel warning indicators were lit up, emissions, air bag, traction control, restraints. When a vehicle is listed as previous repairs, i would consider a repair when something is actually fixed or repaired, not just made to look good in a picture. There are many more items that need replaced on this vehicle that i wil not list, but i consider the listing as fraud. How can a vehicle be listed as, runs and drives" and have the lower radiator hose cut off? I wonder how long the vehicle was ran without coolant by the transport company?

I purchased a vehicle through these people March 2nd 2015, today is March 26th and still I have yet to receive the title. In fact I was told will be another 7-10 days.
My advice, avoid these people at ridesafely.com at all costs.
Beware! Beware! Beware! Do not use ridesafely.com
Just purchased a vehicle from ridesafely.com that is not as advertised.
•vehicle was not disclosed as non - running. Said "runs and drives"
•vehicle not even runs but needs a new engine, new tires, key is broken inside ignition, super dirty, missing small parts, and who knows what else because cant start it.
Beware! Not to do business with...
This Company is the worse I have dealt with in a long time. Cars online look nothing like real deal. I started by sending their deposit, then had the balance out of my account tru paypal. They make the transaction late, while charging you $100 a day before moving on to $20 a day storage fee (once they get the balance and can no longer charge you for that) ; all the while claiming that they have not received the mailed paperwork and telling you time after time to refax it. I have, so far, spent $48 for fax services.
Now, they also have a new scam..if you are sending it out of the country, they need 2 types of IDs from that country? even though you live here, and have no way of possibly getting identification from overseas. They make issues last for days, so that they can get the most money from you anyways!
Worst company ever! Towing went twice to pick up the car, and was flt out told NO! Towing guy tells me that the car is a mess and not to bother.

BID ON A SUZUKI GT650 2008 AND SEND COMPLETE PAYMENT. (THEY CHARGE $100.00/DAY LATE PAYMENT). PICK-UP MOTORCYCLE AT RIDESAFELY SOUTH, 4224 SHACKLEFORD RD, NORCROSS, GA 30093. I NOTICE THAT THE BIKE WAS NOT A SUZUKI GT650 2008. THE VIN # WAS THE SAME. THE BIKE WAS A HYOSUNG GT650 2007. I WAS TOLD TO CALL RIDESAFELY AT PHILADELPHIA FOR ANY CLAIM SINCE THE GEORGIA FACILITY IS ONLY FOR STORAGE AND THEY CHARGE $60.00/DAY IF THE VEHICLE WAS LEFT THERE. SAME DAY I CALLED [protected] IN PHILLADELPHIA AND THEY SAID THEY DO NOT GUARRANTEE ANYTHING AS EXPLAINED IN THEIR WEBSITE. I TOOK THE MOTORCYCLE AND DECIDED TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER WHEN IN FLORIDA. I CALLED AGAIN TO RIDESAFELY OF PILADELPHIA AND EXPLAINED THAT I BID ON A SUZUKI GT650 2008 AND OBTAIN A HYOSUNUG 2007. THEY INDICATED THE SAME STORY, THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLY FOR ANYTHING. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THEY JUST TOOK MY NUMBER TO CALL ME BACK. AT THE END OF THE DAY SOMEONE CALLED SAYING IT WAS THE SUPERVISOR AND WITH THE SAME VOICE OF THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE MESSAGE, SHE REPEATED THE SAME ARGUMENT. THIS TIME I INDICATED THAT THIS CASE WILL BE SEND TO COURT. SHE REPLY, DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO. THE PAYMENT FOR THE VEHICLE WAS SENT TO RIDESAFELY OF FLORIDA, INC., 3600 NW 95TH ST. SUITE "C", MIAMI, FL 33147. I CALLED THIS OFFICE AND THEY TOOK THE INFORMATION FOR A SUPERVISOR TO CALL BACK, BUT THEY NEVER DID CALL BACK. CALL AGAIN TO GET TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE TITLE THAT I HAVE NO RECEIVED, AGAIN THEY TOOK THE NUMBER TO CALL ME BACK BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENNED. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IT IS THE LOWEST OF THE LOWER.
THEY ARE THIEVES.

Iinaccurate representation of product
Ride Safely sells vehicles by auction on line and claims you are buying directly from the insurance auction. They refuse to disclose the Vehicle Identification Number or who or what you are bidding against or even verify the mileage. They also tell you they cannot get you a damage report so at least you know what you are dealing with. At the last second they will call you up and try to extract more money as if to show you how hard they are working for you but you still do not know who is bidding against you.
In my case I purchased a salvage Toyota Prius that they claimed was repairable and it is not. By the way I have done this type of transaction before so I do have prior experience and knowledge about this process and business. My previous deals were all successful and the vehicles are safely on the road.
This situation was unacceptable because the vehicle is not repairable. The treatment I received from this company was they were always right and I did not know anything. If they could extract another dollar they did. If you would like an exercise in frustration and bureacracy this is a good company to deal with.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i wont deal with them anymore.. initially you would think you are dealing with one company but in fact its 3 different companies who in no way are ready to lend a helping hand at all.. ridesafely, the transportation, and the actual insurance company who they claim are the actual owners of the car put up for bid. the car i bought totally look different from what was shown online with alot more damages than i had anticipated. customer service both at the pickup location and on the phone including the supervisor were very disrespectful and are not willing to help in anyway. straight ridiculous. word of advice buy an auction car you've seen in person and examined first before putting your CASH down.
