Roblox review: Authenticator app

I am having so much trouble with the Authenticator App system. It should be way easier than this! I have been trying to verify my phone number for a long time now but every time I attempt at it a am asked for a code from the Authenticator App, Roblox gives very little and very vague instructions on what I should do where I had to resort to Youtube to get a basic understanding of what it is I should do. Even then I still cannot do what it is asked of me to so I can get my phone number verified because I am not provided with the Q-R code needed for the Authenticator App. The Authenticator App is so hard to deal with, I do not see why it is so important and it is giving me a huge headache for something that should be very simple and easy, I am very very unhappy with the Roblox system for being so hard to work with ESPECIALLY because it is an app meant for children and the younger use, yet it is extremely complicated, and very hard to work out. I do not know what to do right now and the Roblox team not only have they shown no support but also have not given me a quick option to talk to them about this. I am extremely unhappy and displeased with this situation. And worse of all I still don't know what to do to get that code needed for my verification. I have no assistance from the Roblox team apart from for very vague instructions on their page.
