On or around November 28th an automated DDA Debit purchase of 344.23 dollars was made on my church account the name of the account was Betel American Church to your online store. I am writing to inform you that I have disputed this charge to my account with the bank and requesting information of the purchase for my police report. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated in this matter.

Shipping warehouses SCAM

You ever notice that whenever you put more than 1 part in your cart, they always come from different warehouses so rock auto can charge you more shipping. (One part will come from warehouse A and the other from B).
If you try to change a part to come from the same warehouse to lower the shipping charge, The warehouse of the part still in the cart will change. So any time you order multiple parts you will always pay a multiple warehouse shipping charge. I will not buy from rock auto again.
Desired outcome: Stop overcharging customers on shipping charges.

I bought a right front caliper and rotors and brake pad. the rotors work fine the brakes pads was the wrong pads I got my money back, the rotors was find the caliper work about two weeks then the seals on the caliber blow I was about 60 miles from home had to drive my car home the brakes pads was worn out and only two weeks old, and one of them was bent> found a caliber local it cost me more money but I had to use the one from rock for core charge. so I can't send it back to get my money back.

Products I purchased via Rock auto
I bought some parts for my 1987 Cadillac Allante in June/July of 2022. I have been working on restoring it since it sat for 30 years and have been taking my time doing it. When I received all the parts back then, the Acdelco gas cap I ordered was a Stant which while yes it fit the car, it was not what I ordered, and I paid extra for the OEM part. I also received a Thermostat gasket that seemed to be questionable in quality. So I immediately returned the thermostat gasket and got a refund for the gas cap. I thought everything else was fine so I had no need to return anything else. As it has become nicer out and I have more free time to work on the car now than I do when I ordered them originally I have been making good pace on the car until a few weeks ago. I was working on it with a couple of my friends a few weeks ago with everything going fairly smoothly I thought there would be no issues until we were installing the new fuel filter to the car. As my buddy and I were working on the car we started to see metal shaving falling on us as we were finger-tightening the fuel lines to the filter so we stopped immediately and took it out to find out the "quality" Bosch fuel filter that was the best one they had for the vehicle threads decided to disintegrate so we had to come to a full stop. I thought no problem I will just ask them to send me a new one or give me my money back because I have never seen that before. Well instead of offering me a refund or a new unit they wanted me to either pay for a new one and then ship it back or ship the screwed-up one back and also pay for the shipping. I went and found another better fuel filter and thought whatever. As I was replacing the O-rings on my fuel injectors I just found out tonight that 3 of the boxes are missing their o-rings and the little plastic bags they come in are opened I didn't open them before so I know this is them sending me parts claimed to be "new" and they are returns. So before writing this, I tried to have them refund me or ship me new ones by filling out the form on their website and answering their questions they have refused to do anything about it and said "since it's more than 30 days old we can't do anything" the O-rings have a 24-month warranty so I don't know how they can't do anything when I ordered them 6 months ago? I have been a customer with Rockauto for almost 2 years now and never have they [censored]ed up this royally when I wanted to call them and complain I can't find a valid number on their website.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my fuel filter and my Orings at this point since I have to go buy from somewhere else at this point.

Coil warranty.
I purchased six ignition coils. part number NGK 49178. It is for
2002 LEXUS ES300 3.0L V6. I ordered the parts on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. Order #[protected]. I installed the coils on 1/62022 at 89901 miles. The coils started to miss fired and I had to install the OEM coils back on the car. I sent the six coils back according to instructions and I only received back one coil. I reached out to Caleigh from RockAuto Customer Service and I was told that the warehouse made a mistake and that I will be receiving tracking information that was Aug 31 at 9:05 AM. I still have not received the other five coils. Now the Email instruction is telling me to send the coils back for warranty. I don't have the six coils to send back. I only have one coil that was sent back as warranty. What do I need to do ?
Update as of 10/19/2022. I was able to get an agent from Rockauto and they are shipping the rest of the parts.

I have been a customer of rockauto.com for years and have never had an issue. Recently, I bought 10 oil filters that the website said would fit my engine. The filters don't fit. So, I refused delivery unaware of any return policies, in Canada I believe we are allowed 10 days to refuse or return any bought items, The starter never touched my hands or left the truck and i never signed for it , its new return tracking number was [protected] my price was 122.54 Canadian tax's and shipping all in which they said was the price of the return.

I was billed 215.35 Canadian. so total im out a total of $175.05 ($52.51 plus $122.54 = $175.05)

I ordered from their website and followed my specific vehicle listing (2015 Dodge Durango 5.7L) and it stated that the front brakes are 330mm when mine are actually 350mm. How am I to know that the R/T has 350mm if the description docent specify that specifically. I installed them and didn't notice the 20mm difference until after I drove the vehicle and having issues. Immediately I stopped and emailed Rock Auto. Four days go by and nothing. I try to return them but they said I can't due to being installed. THEY SAID THIS PART WAS RIGHT AND IT WASN'T! Stand behind your mistake Rock Auto. There was no description difference for 330 and 350mm rotors. I take some responsibility in this and will owe up to it, but the main mistake was yours Rock Auto. People rely on you giving correct descriptions. I will absolutely never buy anything from them again. I will share with all my social media friends what crap Rock Auto is. What a waste of my time and money.

I ordered a taillight socket that was purported to fit my car, it didn’t, it had two wires instead of three. I ordered different socket that was also said to fit car, it had three wires but the wrong bulb fitting. I requested a return on the first item, but the label wouldn’t print and the screen went back to the beginning again, it was like a absurd loop. The second socket had no packing list with an order number that’s required for a return request. They’re special site for resolving problems just takes you back to the beginning of the loop again. And they offer no telephone access to their company with which to register a complaint. This is an untenable situation and gone unresolved, will stop me from purchasing from them in the future!

headlamp arrived broken internally
Today, June 23, 2022 I received 2 headlamps that I ordered. One headlamp is internally broken, and was shipped to me this way. you could hear it rattling around in its box. The shipping box showed NO DAMAGE, there was NO PACKING SLIP in the box with these headlamps. I tried to contact customer service, only to find out that you no longer have ANY customer service. I did go through your returns process and you did issue me a return shipping label, HOWEVER the shipper you are using has NO offices any where in South Jersey. One is listed in Philadelphia, but I am not going to drive 50 miles round trip with gas prices, bridge tolls and insurance charges by the mile that I pay. You need to come up with some thing different here guys. Most packages you send me are through USPS or Fed Ex, why do returns have to go through this DHL Domestic service? My guess is so I will give up and not return the defective item. I called DHL and got a representative who was helpful. He did arrange to have the package picked up at my home. Way too much work and jumping through hoops to make a simple exchange for a non broken part. I have spent well over $1,000.00 so far with your company just this . I had confidence in you until this sour point. It is a relatively inexpensive item, under $40.00, but a broken one is no good to me or any one else.
