This saturday night i ordered a front spoiler for my s10 after finding out they had it here for a unbelievable price
Thier website was easy and fast transaction complete in record time
Well now get this. That spoiler was delivered at my door MONDAY AFTERNOON. Yea i said monday 3 pm

Summit Racing Equipment / Autosales Outstanding customer service, bar none

I use a Moroso Vacuum system, and some where misplaced my shim pack. Talking with the sales rep. I was put on hold. The sales rep soon returned with the news that Moroso doesn't sell the shims. BUT, some one that my sales rep talked with while on hold said he had some and would send me what I was looking for. Now if that is not going the extra mile, I must be missing something. Summit Racing Equipment / Autosales A Pleasant Surprise!

I originally left a poor review of Summit Racing as a result of ordering a tuneau cover that was advertised on their site as one that would fit my vehicle. After one phone call with their customer service, I returned the item but was unhappy they did not reimburse me for my shipping, given that I thought it was their fault. Well, I received that reimbursement today after I left a poor review. While I may not be able to take that review back, I highly respect that type of customer service and response. Thank you Summit Racing!

Wow! These reviews are unbelievable I've had nothing but a great experience with this company, & at first when they didn't put my apt.# on the order & ups could not deliver I was upset, but the supervisor Jerry called me & apologized & he was great after that I ordered a set of power stop brakes which did not work out called them & said send the brakes back mind you I had used them for about two weeks they said they would give me a full refund & they did. Because of this great customer service I bought another set of powerstop brakes & they are excellent. Thx summit racing

Summit Racing Equipment / Autosales Great prices & Fast shipping

I searched the internet for the best prices and who could get me my parts (brake pads, rotors and calipers, front and rear for 2006 Dodge Ram 3500) the fastest. AutoAnything.com had comparable pricing, but the items weren't going to ship right away and some would one set of calipers were a month out. So, I went with Summit Racing. Everything shipped out the next day and I had every had arrived 1 week later, including items shipped from the manufacturer (Centric). So, I save a lot of money (over $500) just in parts over what a repair shop quoted me (just for the parts), which made me happy. Not bad, saving over $70 a day by waiting.

INVOICE NO. *** I would like to thank summit racing and Caroline and her superintendant and tech support for the PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING AND WILLINGNESS, to help me figure out my electrical woes on my hotrod. After 4 msd boxes, four alternators and hours of sleeplessness, my baby is back up and running. These people bent over backwards LITERALLY to help me with ebays worthless policies and still stood behind me to help with my returns as the seller no longer excisted. I cant say enough to thank you as you saved me alot of $. I could never imagine going to ANYONE! Else for my hotrod wirng woes.and would also like to thank tuffstuff alternators and msd for the same understanding and help. Yal rock!

Summit Racing Equipment / Autosales I have dealt with Summit (via mail order) for over

I have dealt with Summit (via mail order) for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with their promptness, fairness and knowledge. They have replaced damaged parts for me with no hesitation. They shipped me a part that was marked with the incorrect size... they told me to keep the incorrect part and shipped the correct size part... no cost. I located a part that was $20 cheaper than Summits and after a phone call was told Summit would meet the other venders price. However when I was billed Summet charged me $40 less. I have called them with questions and if the individual I was speaking to does not know the answer I have been transferred to another individual that can answer my question. SUMMIT KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Summit Racing Equipment / Autosales Ordered an ISF xforce exhaust fast shipping!

They had the best deal online for a cat back xforce exhaust for my ISF. It's basically the only option for the ISF as the Japanese branded ones are a ridiculous in price. It's a Joey Z exhaust pretty much for 500 or so dollars less. Was weary to order from them because of the bad reviews on here. Gave them a call and spoke to someone within 2 minutes of waiting and they said the item was in stock. They said the item would be here Monday. I actually for the item here today and boy is it beautiful. I can't wait to install this cat back exhaust soon. Summit racing has met and also exceeded my expectations as a business. I will definitely be back to shop for other parts for my other cars. I encourage anyone before they shop at this place, give them a call to see if the item is in stock.

They have excellent customer service (hint: the key is being nice to them) I placed an order on a Wednesday and paid for 2-day shipping in order to receive it on Friday. Something went wrong and my order didn't actually go through until Thursday morning. I called, hoping to take off the 2-day shipping and use the free shipping option since it would no longer get to me on Friday. Instead, they upgraded my order to next day air shipping for free. I got shipment notification Thursday afternoon and received my package Friday morning. I was very surprised that they upgraded my shipping for free and I am very grateful that I received my order in time. Thank you Summit!

Ordered an Office Tube for an 09 *** back in May of 2022. It's now mid September and I just received word; the part was no longer available. Had to chase Summit around once a month; only to receive BS excuses and revised shipping dates. Thanks for the good service.

I ordered a carrier bearing over a month and a half ago it had a expected arrival of 10/21/2020 I received no notice but found out on the website that it is pushed back to 12/14/2020 I also found they have a bearing in stock at there warehouse but they will not ship it because I live in Canada and it is a different warehouse for the order they also informed me they do not ship between warehouses and there is nothing they can do after being on hold for over a hour with the customer service if it wasn't for the service from the lady on the phone it would be 1 star can summit racing fix this of course will they noooooo

They promised they would ship it out the same day as I paid for "Next Day Delivery". Then they didn't ship it out the same day and claimed they tried to call me but I didn't pick up my phone at the time as they needed to verify me (even though my order was over the phone and i was already verified). Ridiculous!

Estimated ship dates being displayed on dropshipped products for sale on summitracing.com are not accurate. Today is 8/11/2020 and my part has been on order since 6/30/2020. I was told today my ordered part was in stock, but would not ship until 8/17/2020. The Summit Racing website displays "Estimated Ship Date: Tomorrow" on my in-stock part which would be 8/12/2020, yet I'm being told I have to wait until 8/17/2020 for my part to ship. I saw the same status back on 6/30/2020 "Estimated Ship Date: Tomorrow", but I'm still here waiting for a tracking number. I asked for my part to be expedited since it was in stock, but they said there was nothing that could be done and I would have to wait.

Summit Racing Equipment / Autosales Used Summit Racing for the first time this year

Used Summit Racing for the first time this year. Bought almost $2000 worth of parts. One of which was an electric fan and shroud kit that was going to need to be shipped from the supplier. I figured I could wait the 2 months before shipment so went ahead and ordered. Just before the hip date (5/4) I get an email saying the part will be shipped on 5/13. Ok no big. On about 5/15 I sent an email asking for an update. S few days later they respond telling me the new ship date is expected to be 6/14. Yeah another month. If they don't have it in stock don't risk it. Now I will have to wait a week for my refund because of course thats how long it takes. I can't describe how disappointed I am after this. Haven't decided if I will still purchase from them but if I do it will only be in stock items.

Summit Racing is great. I have ordered probably $10k worth of parts from summit in the past 5 or so years and have never been disappointed. They always have what you need, and I get almost every order in 2-4 days. Summit racing in always my go to. Also, If you order as much as I do from them you end up with a ton of summit racing stickers and hats, which is cool.

I've been doing business with them for a long time. They have a great selection of parts; prices are fair, and shipping is quick. Their customer service is really good, and they've always responded quickly to questions, returns, or other matters. The negative reviews I've read are complete nonsense, based on my experience. Most of the time, people leave negative reviews to compensate for their own ignorance and/or stupidity.

In 17/01/2023.. I order 4 nitto nt01 tire Base on advice from summit racing payed 1247$ .. On the basis that this tire not specifically for drag but after drag thim 3 time Turns out them its for Street not drag use .. After I ask summit to make compensation and they offer me and they Admit of that mistake.. They offer me 60$ discount and cover the shipping Coast.. Yesterday they change mind and cancel the offer And reduce the offer to cancel the cover of shipping and keep 60$ discount

Am complain summit to Demanding my right.. I spend big amount 1247$ for nothing and they push me to pay another amount To fix advice mistake

My problem Started when I purchased a oil drain was bought online delivered curbside .I got home and opened the bag was sold a valve for a Volvo dodge ram and not for my 2000 yukon I was told keep that part and we will give you the correct item dud so .I then purchased a couple days later a eng6 oil cooler block off and oil pan bolt kit .delivered curbside. Before leaving the parking lot I said to self I need to check if I have the right part I have bought and returned 75 % of my purchases from summit racing. Over 20 yrs of doing business with them. The bolt kit I received had faulty threads and exchanged for another set .next I purchased a oil dipstick tube .I was really needing a oil pan and they were out of stock .I located a oil pan kit from them I called to place the order .Conversation with salesman I specifically asked will this fit my 2000 yukon 5.3 slt I was told yes .then connected to Missy for checkout.i needed to return the bolt kit and dipstick tube for credit towards the pan kit .after in phone with Missy. She finished my trans action .total was $215.00. With 00.$ balance I was told everything was taken care of .went to Summit racing with the bolt kit and dipstick tube to pick up oil pan kit .I text the order number from outside pickup immediately after my debit card was debited for $ 56 and change and returned the exchange parts back to them upon arrival.my debit card was charged without consent or permission I told the delivery person to take care of this now or I will be walking through the front door. I was presented with a receipt showing a credit to my account for the debited unauthorized amount. Also there was an additional 5$ charge for something unknown and hidden .but I caught it also .I was told it would be 24 to 48 hrs before the refund was complete. I'm geared by now summit racing stole money out of my account. It was the last money I had until I get paid. I emailed Missy about this situation her response was we want to take care of this certainly your time and gas is of importance. What can we do for you .I responded I'm really not sure how to answer that you summit racing decide what you are going to do to make me happy Missy called I couldn't answer .left me a message after several emails no response back from Summitt racing or missy.after getting home with oil pan kit it was the wrong kit all together and even incomplete at that .no money except the 5$ has reached my account up to date.today I received in the mail from summit racing a card saying they have received the parts I have in back order I never placed a back order anything from them

Purchased 2 front shocks for a 2017 Gmc Denali which per the sales rep and their online website states fit my vehicle only to have them installed and they lowered the front of my vehicle by 3-4 inches. Now when I turn the wheels the tires rub the fender well. Also while driving the headlights line of sight is shorter due to the height of the front end which cause me to have to turn on my bright lites when going down dark roads to avoid running off the road. I contacted summit and they stated contact the manufacturer To see if there is a fix. The manufacturer stated contact summit since they sold me the structs. Summit should have a disclaimer that states it will lower the front end of gmc Denali trucks.

I bought a transfer case adapter collar that ended up failing and cracking all the way around. That then led too transmission fluid leaking out and not getting too my transmission and that ultimately led too my transmission blowing up on my truck. I had no previous problems with my transmission so the company is completely at fault for selling me a part that failed and resulted in my transmission blowing up and now I'm unable too use my truck. I've been waiting four months for them too figure it out and they seem too now not take it as serious as it was at first and prolonging this. I need help too get them too correct the situation. I'm not looking for money just a new transmission considering their at fault for selling me a part that failed and blew my transmission up. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Purchased an engine over the phone through Summit. Engine was set on motor mounts (uninstalled) had to hand rotate to bolt flexplate. Motor wont turn. Internal break. Motor is bad. Called and explained. Attempted to exchange saying have to go through alternate company. We are within return timeframe. Company refuses return. No disclosure at purchase was provided that it is a non returnable product.

Summit Racing Equipment / Autosales On Thursday, July 9, 2020, my uncle gave me a list of parts with part numbers to order from Summit Racing

On Thursday, July 9, 2020, my uncle gave me a list of parts with part numbers to order from Summit Racing. He spoke with an employee in Sales named *** ID who provided him with every part needed for my vehicle. My uncle called and spoke to someone directly and double checked with *** that the parts were all correct for this make and model of my vehicle because we needed to be sure we ordered the correct parts. The mechanic building my engine is leaving for vacation on July 16 for two weeks and wanted to finish the engine rebuild prior to leaving because this is for my son's "surprise" 16th birthday. It is going to be a big reveal present at his party with all of our friends and family. I placed the $1,000 order on Thursday, July 9th before the cut-off time and I paid the extra $55 for next-day delivery so my parts would arrive by Friday to the shop rebuilding our motor. Shortly after I placed the order, my uncle gave the order information to the mechanic so he can be sure he receives everything on Friday. The mechanic looked at the list and noticed that one of the big expensive $300 parts was incorrect. It was the wrong Piston set. The Summit employee *** provided the incorrect part that my uncle double checked with him was the correct one! So my uncle called Summit back to explain the situation and explain that he was provided the wrong part information by their employee and which part we actually needed. He had to speak to a supervisor named ***, who told my uncle the only way to change the part would be to cancel the entire order and they would have to re-issue the order. That was the only solution he could come up with and provide to my uncle. My uncle was on hold for an hour on the phone, and in the meantime, while they were trying to come up with a solution, the delivery truck that would be picking up and delivering my order had left. Had they come up with a solution faster, all of our parts could have been on that delivery truck and delivered by Friday. My uncle, who is not the type to argue or debate, being that *** told him the only option to fix this would be to change the part on the order which would delay shipping of the entire order, my uncle said that was fine and agreed to it, and *** told my uncle they would have to charge an "additional" $60 in addition to the $55 I already paid for the next-day shipping to be sure it arrived. My uncle called me and explained the situation and I was livid. I said absolutely not, this is absolutely unacceptable! I called and spoke to *** directly and explained everything to him, and I asked him why changing the part was the only option provided. I explained to *** that "Good Customer Service" would have been to make a "recommendation/suggestion" to give the best possible solution to fix their mistake, which could have been to keep the original order as is and let it ship out for the next-day Friday delivery, and then place a separate order for the part that was incorrect on the first order and have that overnighted to be delivered on Saturday. And Summit Racing could cover the overnight shipping as a "Courtesy" for the inconvenience caused by their employee, and then we could return the incorrect part back to Summit. Not once did *** make this suggestion to fix the problem that his staff created. Every time I speak to Summit Racing, they try to put the blame on my uncle, and they continue to say that my uncle "agreed" to changing the order and said my uncle said as long as it is delivered by Monday. I explained again to Summit that my uncle does not argue he is a pushover so when Summit told him that the only thing they could do would be to change the order which would delay the shipping, my uncle said okay because he was told there was no other option. It is extremely unprofessional to put blame on a customer after your employees made a mistake. It is also extremely poor service to try to charge an additional delivery fee after a customer already paid for the overnight shipping fee and it was your employees' mistake that caused all of the inconvenience. Now, my uncle picked up all of the parts that were delivered on Saturday to Klamath Falls in Oregon, an hour away from his home, only to discover all of the parts were not there! We are missing three parts from our order that were supposed to be there Saturday! So now, the mechanic cannot start working on the engine until he receives these parts, and my uncle is going to have to drive another two-hour round trip just to pick up the missing parts that were supposed to be there Saturday, but would have been there Friday if Summit staff did not completely screw things up. This entire situation has caused a great amount of stress on my behalf and my uncle's behalf. My uncle has spent a lot of time and money in gas trying to take care of this inconvenience, and now the engine may not get finished before the mechanic leaves for vacation and completely ruin my son's 16th birthday car surprise! My son will never get another 16th birthday again, and the staff of Summit Racing has completely screwed everything up to ruin his birthday and to cause me undue stress and pain & suffering.

I purchased an engine from them on April 27, 2022, and was charged $360.00 for a core charge to be refunded when the engine core is processed by the rebuilder. The engine core was processed on June 6, 2022, by the rebuilder and an email was sent to release the refund for the core charge. After several weeks, I called the rebuilder for a refund and they said Summit Racing was to refund me, so I called them on August 1, 2022, and they said they would contact the rebuilder for verification and told me I would receive email confirmation that day and a refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. After several calls and emails to try to resolve the issue and still nothing, I felt I was forced to ask my credit card company to intervene, and they posted a temporary credit pending an investigation. Their response was they will stop the refund process that they never started and that is unacceptable to me. What I would like from the BBB is for Summit to refund my card and to place a black mark on the company for poor business practice and less than competent customer service. Thank you.

Transaction date - 8.28.2022 Transaction number - [Redacted] Customer number - [Redacted] On the above date I purchased an intake for my Jeep Wrangler JLU. This is an intake designed to enhance the performance of the vehicle. After receiving the shipment, I installed it immediately, but discovered that the intake causes an error code on the vehicle. I have reached out to Summit Racing for support, and they referred me to AFE. Despite my efforts to contact AFE for assistance, I have not been successful. I have also followed up with Summit Racing, the vendor from whom I bought the intake, but they have ceased responding to my emails. It has been two weeks with no communication. I am now seeking to obtain a shipping return label and a refund for the defective product.

I attempted to return a defaulted transmission today 9/17/2022 at approximately 930 AM. The return was initially approved due to a missing seal and a radiator that was not the correct size. The service I received was the poorest I have ever encountered. The manager at the store expressed regret but insisted that they must adhere to their policy, stating, 'Policies are policies and I cannot make exceptions for you.' Despite my efforts to explain that I had prior discussions with the store's corporate office, the manager disregarded me and walked away. I mentioned my recent investment of over $30,000 in parts for my 1969 Camaro project, but he was unmoved, reiterating the inflexibility of their policy. Subsequently, another service person emerged with a senior manager who instructed the staff to accept the transmission return but to refuse one of the two radiator returns. This senior figure did not engage with me and acted as though I was invisible. Frustrated by the treatment, I requested a corporate contact number to report the unsatisfactory service. A staff member, overhearing my request, dismissively told me to 'look it up online.' When I pressed for the number, he reluctantly provided a catalog with an 800 number listed. I have a converted part that is defective, and the manager's stance is that they will not accept returns for defective items. This level of service is not what I would expect from Summit Racing. Moreover, I have encountered issues when trying to use their website to send an email. In total, there are two parts within a 90-day return period that they are refusing to take back, despite the return policy stated on the company's website. Customer No:

My refund was sent to a card that doesn't exist and was declined and sent back to summit racing but they claim they don't have my refund is lost with no help from summit racing to track my $550 down.

They blamed for something I haven't done. It only means they don't stand behind their products and service.
I got a defective item and wanted to change it They refused to do it saying that I broke the item and wanted to take an advantage of it. It was beyond appalling. How dare you to blame people and to be so rude? You have so many loyal customers that you don't care about them? Maybe, but I doubt.
