I took my car to Roesch Ford for fixin' and it stayed there for a whole month!
I took my car to Roesch Ford for fixin' and it stayed there for a whole month! Can you believe it? The transmission went out on my 2019 car that I bought in March the same year. Luckily, the repair was covered by the warranty, but I had to shell out $1672.06 for a rental car. Why, you ask? Well, it took them three weeks just to look at my car! And then, the guy who had to fix it got tested for Covid-19 and was still out. He's the only one who can fix it, apparently. And to top it off, they didn't have any rentals available even though Corporate said I'd get one once they looked at my car in the first week.
Their rental reimbursement policy is a bit sketchy, too. The dealership says Corporate approves it, but Corporate says the dealership approves it. And they only pay up to $30 a day! I was told to keep the rental I had at my rate and send over the invoices we talked about. I thought I'd get paid back in full, but my calls and emails were ignored. They said my car notes showed I wanted a Buy Back instead of getting it fixed. What a load of baloney! I got the runaround for four weeks and they're only paying me back half of what I spent.
What happens when you have a car for more than 10 days? It's not my fault I followed Corporate's standard operating procedure to keep the rental I had and submit the invoices for payment. I'm never buying a Ford again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm so mad and disappointed that I lost my holiday funds because of this. Shame on Ford. Melinda.

Went to Roesch Ford on Aug 4, 2021. They took my car at 8:30am to fix the airbags. When I got it back, my dashboard was messed up and the passenger seat had a hole. I've been trying to get in touch with them but no answer.

I had my 2011 Transit Connect towed to Roesch Ford in Oct/Nov 2021 for repairs. They said the pcm was damaged and the part was on backorder from ***. I waited a couple of months but never heard from them. In Feb 22, I tried to reach them but couldn't get a clear answer on how much longer it would take. Finally, in March, they called me saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. But they put the part on the wrong vehicle and needed until the end of the week to fix it. I didn't receive a follow-up call, so I went to the location in April, but my vehicle wasn't ready. They said the part malfunctioned, and I was back on the waiting list. In May, I called them, and they said it was another problem causing the pcm to not work. They couldn't find the part, so I gave up and told them to have the vehicle ready for pickup. When I picked it up, I was charged $800, even though the vehicle was still not running. I offered to sell it to them, but they only offered $500, leaving me with a $300 bill for something that's still not working.
