Worthless customer service, tryin to get some replacement parts for their windows and they wont even return your call! I would not waste your time and find a company that wants your business and who stands behind their products!

We had recently had sum wind damage to our siding and were lookin to get it replaced. Rolox was the first place I called and they were great! Everything was done in a timely manner including the installation! Cant say enough good things about them.

We just had all our windows in our house replaced. The whole process was smooth from sales to installation. The installers were professional and polite. It was amazing how fast and organized they were. The installation of 14 replacement windows only took a day. The owner was great too! He recommended us going with a different window in the dining room which really looks great! He also took the time to follow up with us after installation. I would have to say that customer service is top notch from this company. This is the best contractor I have ever dealt with!

Our new windows and slider look even better then we expected. It took a bit longer to get them, since we decided to have a different color on the outside, but they were worth the wait! It looks like we have a new house. All of the guys that came to the house for the install were very professional. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up so well when they were done, that it was hard to tell they had been here. The painter that painted all of the window trim commented about the excellent job that the team had done. We will be looking to Rolox when we are ready to replace our front door! Thanks Rolox!

We had Rolox Home Service, LLC replace siding, gutters, and two windows. The workers were good and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The two men who did the siding were especially impressive. They did quality work and we're happy with the results. The workers were friendly, kind, and helpful. They even cleaned up after themselves. The salesman and owner of Rolox were professional and helpful. They worked with us to get things done on time. We're really satisfied with the service. If we ever move and need more work, we'll definitely contact Rolox Home Service, LLC again.

Rolox Home Service, LLC did a great job installing a fancy shower for me last week. I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it turned out. I got a few quotes from other places, but Rolox really hooked me up with a sweet deal. They even threw in some extra stuff, which was a nice surprise. The guy who did the installation, let's call him ***, was a total pro. He was friendly and kept me in the loop about what he was doing and when he'd be showing up. While he was working, *** noticed a few things in my bathroom that needed fixing and he took care of them without me even asking. That was unexpected, but much appreciated!

Now, here's the thing. The shower glass I originally wanted wasn't available, but Rolox came through and gave me a fancier glass that cost three times as much. At first, I wasn't sure about it and had *** take them back. But you know what? The next day, I changed my mind and decided to go with the fancy doors. They actually look way better than what I had originally picked. So, I called up Rolox and asked *** to come back and install them. He was totally cool about it and didn't mind making an extra trip to my house.

From my experience and what I've seen in other reviews, this is a company with integrity. You can see it in every step, from meeting the sales rep to the installation process, and even in conversations with the owner before and after the project. My home is old and had ancient windows and a furnace/coil. I still can't believe how quiet it is now. Before, I could hear EVERYTHING happening outside. It sounded like it was right at my doorstep, even if it was across the street. The windows really make a huge difference in reducing noise, and they work great too. The new coil is the same, it makes the AC run so quietly. Highly recommended!
