Roomies review: Complaint about a tenant I got in Roomies

I got this roommate in Roomies joshep doe 2 months ago as soon he moved in he started acting aggressive, I try to avoid him as much possible but the problem got worse, about 2 weeks after he moved in he lost his job because he alleged he broke his finger but he can wash his car perfectly he drink hard alcohol every night stay up to 2am urinate all over the bathrooms walls intentionally, never cleaned common area use paper towels as toilet paper doesn’t buy cleaning products, toilet paper, garbage bags it’s impossible to deal with him I have been cleaning his living area every week today I had enough and gave him a 30 days notice to vacate after he got the notice he started braking thing in his room cursing at me calling me names and told me he won’t move out that I would have to evict him but meanwhile he will give me hell he got close to my face and pushed me with his chest it got really ugly we both called the police he started lying to the police telling them how scare he is of me he also dint pay sept rent, something is very wrong with this guy. Now I have to file an eviction to get him out I don’t know what to expect from him next? His behavior is not of a normal person.
