I live in Lago Lindo. Our maintenance fees were raised $75.00 all at once. They cut off our water twice because we didn't pay. The Manager Jackie Perez doesn't have a clue. She doesn't care.

As a resident, I ain't never had no problems. This office is real good at gettin' back to ya and talkin' to 'em is a breeze. I've lived in other places before, but this management is real nice and they keep my community lookin' spick and span.

They deserve a rating of 0. They are slandering, defaming, and intimidating the communities they manage. In addition, they work adamantly AGAINST the community they are being paid to protect. A disgrace is an understatement. They should have their license revoked.

Allied Property Group is the managment company for the condo where I live. They are always very responsive and resolve my issues in a timely fashion. When I call, a receptionist always answers my call and transfers me to the assistant who helps me out. They have always been friendly.

Horrible service, no empathy. Business is business, but when people are at risk, it's impossible... No service at all, very disappointing. At Sonoma Lakes, one stairway collapsed on Saturday and the owners were absent. We're still waiting for them. We paid the HOA, but it's like nobody cares... It's a complete mess.

I've been waiting for Jackie *** to get back to me but she ain't communicatin'. I sent her emails and made phone calls 'bout an ongoing safety issue at our complex. Every time I call, it goes straight to her voicemail and she ain't called back yet. She's ignorin' my emails, so I don't know if anythin's bein' done. This has been goin' on for years and I'm tired of tryin' to get a simple answer outta her.

I had a lucky experience because the person who attended me, ***, was really kind and efficient. Impossible people to deal with
Impossible people to deal with. I recently bought a property in one of the complexes they manage and for the last three days, the office is so incompetent that they can't even make a simple call to the front gate to allow entry.
The secretary has to pass the message along to the back office, but they never answer the phone. I leave messages and emails, but get no response. The people in charge, like *** and ***, are absolutely useless.

5 Star wel deservd. This company shows alot of dedication and integrity. Working there for several years, I have learned alot about associations and the work that comes in managing multiple residential communities. This company has always given their clients the attention needed along with providing information and documentation requested. We see dozens of residents, potential buyers and renters, coming to our office on a daily basis, providing the best customer service to each individual with a smile.

Yesterday afternoon we closed on the sale of the property and a chapter in a book my mother began to write when she purchased in 1988 as one of the original buyers was finished. In all my years of working with a development company, I have dealt with many managers. I don't say this just to sound polite but u are a role model for people in ur profession to mirror. The easy things such as returning a phone call or email or meeting on the property to know a matter is being handled correctly speaks volumes. I also would like to thank ur staff, there are too many to mention, but Dinibeth has been a pleasure to work with and very responsive at any time I have called. Again, the very best to to and ur family and much success and health.

On October 13th, my car was towed from a designated parking area. I discovered that the towing was in error according to the apartment complex's rules. The complex requires all resident vehicles to display a parking permit on the windshield. Vehicles without a permit parked overnight are subject to towing at the owner's expense. Guests must obtain a temporary permit if staying over two days. My car had the required permit and was parked in a guest spot within the allowed timeframe. I have a receipt claiming my car was towed for an invalid reason. I am seeking a full refund for the towing fee.

Property Mngmt Co. messed up F.S.720.303(c)4 by not keeping good track of money and charging wrong with lawyer. In June , I got a "late notice" from the condo group. They said I didn't pay and owed $.96 for many years. I said I would pay the .96 but I didn't miss a payment. They sent a confusing list and said I had to pay. I kept asking for details but they didn't want to help. The payment was for 15 years. I told them I couldn't show them old checks, so they got a lawyer. I told the lawyer I disagreed, but they said they would put a lien on my property if I didn't pay. I had to spend more money and lots of time trying to figure out my payment history. If they had good records, it would have been easy, but instead, I had to pay $1600 for no reason.

Initially, the leak was minor, and I informed the association. However, by November , the situation worsened, causing ceiling plaster to fall and necessitating buckets during rain. Despite numerous emails and calls to the association, I received no response. In December , I reached out to their Palm Beach branch and spoke with a representative who promised to follow up. A local office member later contacted me to arrange an inspection with my tenant, but failed to show up. My attempts to get updates or speak with higher management have been consistently ignored. On February 15th, I received an email promising to contact a roofer again, but with no further action. Their lack of response has led me to seek external assistance for a resolution.
