Definitely recommend Route 111 Auto Sales! Got a great and reliable car for a great price. It was a hassle free car buying experience!

I'm 64 years old and the car they sold to me is broken now. The extended warranty doesn't cover the tow or the repairs, and they overcharged me for this car, which doesn't have a clean title.

I luv my experience with Route111 Auto Sales. By far the most professional and convenient car purchased I ever had. Had a very relaxed sale and all thanks to Joseph. Super happy with our new car.

I bought a car from Route 111 Auto Sales Inc. about 8 and a half years ago. It worked really well for 8 years, so I decided to go back to the same place and buy another car. I'm hoping this new car will last me another 8 years. The owner, Joe, is a really nice guy. Plus, everything comes with a one-year warranty. It's been the same owner for 9 years.

I was lookin for my first car (it was excitin but stressful). After visitin several dealerships, I found Rt 111 Auto Sales, where Joe helped me find my new car, a 2008 Dodge Charger Sedan. He knew his stuff, was friendly, and made the whole process fun for a first-time buyer. I felt in good hands, and if I need a new car in a few years, I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it.

I had a bad experience before that left me with trust issues, but Joe G was able to turn things around for me.

He was a great salesman, really friendly and attentive. I told him what I wanted, and he did everything he could to make it happen. He's not the kind of salesperson who sugarcoats everything, but he's honest and open--exactly what I was looking for! He gave me a fair price, much lower than I expected, and he also helped me with the paperwork, and everything went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you want to be treated like family, this is the spot to go.

BUYER BEWARE! I wouldn't even give a 1 star, but that was the lowest I could go. *** is a con artist! He took advantage of our situation and sold us a truck that he said was gone through with NH requirements for passing inspection and if it doesn't pass in Maine (where we live), to give him a call because he is a fair guy...ha ha ha! We drove 2 hours and barely made it home with this vehicle. Contacted *** as soon as we had a garage look it over for inspection. He kept telling me that the mechanics are just trying to make money and that those items did not need to be fixed. We ended up taking it to another repair shop to have them inspect it. Once again did not pass due to the same issues as the first shop. *** tells us to drive it back to NH to go to his shop (ya, right). We are both handicap, I am in a wheelchair, and he wants us to get in an unsafe truck and come back to his "trusted" shop. And, the warranty is a sham just like Route 111 Auto is! Repair shop spent 2 hours on the phone with C.A.R.S just to be told they would not cover anything. It is now at the 3rd repair shop getting fixed. *** refuses to help with the repairs. I could go on and on with what we have found out, but the best I can do is put this out there and hope that no other person buys from Route 111 Auto Sales! I will be telling everyone I know about my experience!

Buyer Beware! I wish I could give this business no stars. We bought a truck on 4/14/22, drove it home, and on 4/16/22 the frame broke while my 17-year-old was driving home. I emailed Joe G to let him know, and he basically said my son must have done something or hit something. He also said I should read the paperwork I signed again. When we inspected the truck more closely, we noticed that holes in the frame were covered with tape and undercoating. The frame has many holes. From the moment I spoke with Joe on the phone about the truck, I should have seen the warning signs. He asked for a non-refundable holding fee of 500.00 to prevent it from being sold before we could see it. He told the person who went to see the truck that all his vehicles could pass inspection. The truck looked good, so we agreed to his terms. We sent him a cashier's check to cover part of the cost, and he received it before we arrived. The first thing he asked for when we got there was the rest of the money. We hadn't even signed the papers yet. Then he asked for a license plate, but we didn't have one and expected a 20 Day Plate. He said he doesn't do them. He suggested we take the front plate off our vehicle and put it on the truck. So we drove home in an uninspected vehicle with the wrong plate. This man is a con artist, and his business should be shut down. He has 14 complaints filed with the Attorney General's office, all with similar complaints. It's only a matter of time before his deceit gets someone killed. Thank God my son survived. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN!
