Disappointing Experience with Ruby Ribbon: Wrong Item Received & Poor Customer Service
So, I went to this shindig and tried on this cami from Ruby Ribbon - it was the bee's knees! So I decided to go for it and bought it as part of a bigger deal. But when the order didn't come in when it was supposed to, I got a little ticked off. And when I finally did get it, it wasn't even what I ordered! Ugh, don't you just hate when that happens?
I tried to get in touch with the rep who sold it to me through the website, but haven't heard squat. To top it all off, I went on the website to see if they had the cami I actually wanted and - you guessed it - they don't even sell it anymore! It's like they don't even want my business, man.
So I returned everything and now I'm just waiting around for a refund or some kind of credit, but honestly, I'm not holding my breath. And if the rep decides to hit me up, I might have a thing or two to say to her. Yeesh.
A Love Letter to Ruby Ribbon's Cami Bras: Changing Lives, One Wardrobe at a Time
So over 2 years ago, I decided to give Ruby Ribbon a try with their cami bra. And let me tell you, at first I was like, "what did I get myself into?" But then, because of laziness, I didn't want to pay for the return shipping fee. So I said, "meh, I'll just keep both cami bras (even though they have different support levels) and wear them occasionally." But then, the more I wore them, the more I fell in love with them. Even though I have a favorite that has more support and a simpler design, I suggest giving both a try no matter the size of your girls. Trust me, it'll change your life (or at least your wardrobe).
Terrible Customer Service: My Ruby Ribbon Experience
So, I gotta tell ya...my experience with Ruby Ribbon (rubyribbon.com) hasn't been great. I mean, I reached out to them like at least a jillion times through email, their website, and the phone. But my issue with getting reimbursed for a return just didn't get fixed. It's been months, people! MONTHS! And I'm still stuck here, with no response from them. It's like I'm talking to a brick wall, y'know? And the worst part? Since I bought the product through one of their local reps instead of using my credit card, I can't even reach out to my credit card company to help me. That's super lame, right?! I mean, I've had some terrible customer service experiences in my day, but this one takes the cake. Ruby Ribbon? More like Ruby Ripoff. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Ruby Ribbon Review: Disappointing Experience with Independent Seller & Inconsistent Sizes
So, I tried buying from Ruby Ribbon through an independent seller. And man, oh man, it was not the best experience. They gave me styles that just weren't right for my body and measurements. And when I tried to return one, they hit me with the classic "has to be unworn and new" policy. Like, come on. Communication from the company was also pretty weak, and I ended up having to pay extra for the return. And all of this is on top of prices and sizes that just aren't consistent.
But even when I finally got my exchange, it still didn't fit right. Like, the same bra fat was happening, and it still cut into my underarm area. I was so hopeful for the support that this bra was supposed to provide, but it just wasn't there. And it definitely wasn't slimming me down at all. So, in the end, it all felt like a total waste of my hard-earned money.
Disappointing Experience with Ruby Ribbon: Inconsistent Sizing and Rigid Return Policy
So I decided to give Ruby Ribbon a go, after hearing amazing things about the brand. I was initially thrilled to get my hands on my fifth Cami top from the company. I ordered my usual size, but sadly, it turned out to be a little too tight. I was disappointed, since previous purchases had fit me just right.
I reached out to the company, but it took ages for my rep to get back to me- nearly 30 days had passed by then. To my dismay, the cami's tag came off while I was trying it on. Unfortunately, the company refused to accept the return without the tag. I found their return policy to be quite rigid, given the hefty price tag.
I have spent a substantial amount with Ruby Ribbon- nearly $500- and I am not thrilled with how they interact with their customers. I will not be purchasing from them again.
If you are considering buying from Ruby Ribbon, I suggest you save your money and explore other brands. Their sizing is inconsistent, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
My Ruby Ribbon Review: The Best Bra in Existence (for Big-Busted Gals)
So, I gotta tell ya, I've been wearing Ruby Ribbon for a freakin' THREE years now and it is hands down the BEST bra I've ever had on my bod. I mean, seriously, as a big-busted gal (38 H over here, holla), it's damn near impossible to find something that holds me up and isn't completely uncomfortable. But Ruby Ribbon? Oh hell to the yeah, they've got me covered.
And let's talk about durability. These bad boys have lasted me THREE YEARS. That's like a lifetime in bra years. I just recently snagged three new ones to replace my OG's and I am feeling fine as hell in 'em.
Plus, can we talk about the leggings? I've had a pair for TWO years and they still look brand spanking new, even though I wear them at least once a week. These things are a freakin' miracle.
Now, it's only fair to mention that not everything is perfect. I had a friend who wasn't happy with the cami they bought and returned it for a refund. BUT, I gotta give props to Ruby Ribbon for how quickly and efficiently they handled the situation.
All in all, I gotta STRONGLY recommend Ruby Ribbon, especially if you're like me and need some extra support. Trust me, they've got your back (and your front).
Ruby Ribbon Review: Quality Shapewear and Personal Styling That Fits Like a Glove
I gotta say, Ruby Ribbon is my jam. And nah, I ain't some sales rep or nothin'. They've asked me before, but yo, I'm just not the type to push stuff on people. However, when it comes to the product itself, I'm all in.
My gal, Amy, is my stylist and let me tell you, this lady knows her camis. She's schooled me on which styles work for my body type, and I gotta say, they fit like a glove. These bad boys give me the support I need in all the right places: my ta-tas, my gut, and even my back. Plus, they hold up in the wash (I do gentle cycle and air dry) and some of my camis have stayed kickin' for over a year. Granted, I probably should get some newer ones for a tighter fit, but let's be real, all shapers are gonna lose their stretch after a while, am I right?
Now, I will say that customer service as a whole could use some work, but Amy Machen's personal service is off tha chain. She's attentive, caring, and just plain ol' awesome. I couldn't ask for a better stylist. Overall, I highly recommend giving Ruby Ribbon a try if you're in the market for some quality shapewear. Trust me, your bod will thank you.
Comfortable and Supportive Undergarments: My Review of Ruby Ribbon
Listen up, ladies! I used to wear underwire bras my entire life and lemme tell ya, they were sooo uncomfortable. When I heard about Ruby Ribbon, I was skeptical if this new style of undergarment would actually provide the support I needed. Let me just say, I was DEAD WRONG. These babies are supportive AND comfy - no more wires digging into my ribs or poking out unexpectedly into my armpits. These high-quality garments are a bit pricey, but honestly, so were my uncomfortable bras. I think it's worth it to make the switch to Ruby Ribbon.
Now, let's talk about their camis. Ruby Ribbon LOVES promoting them and for good reason! I've tried a few styles and found a couple that I'm really feeling, but the demiettes take the cake for me. Obviously, it's all about personal preference.
The stylist that I worked with was super helpful and responsive. The only downside was that you can't try these on in an actual store - major bummer. There's also a bit of a learning curve in getting them to fit "just right" (my stylist helped me out with this via Messenger). If you need to return or exchange something, you gotta pay for shipping which is kind of annoying. Ruby Ribbon, if you're reading this, can you please stop making us pay for return shipping?! That's my only gripe. If they fixed that, I'd give them a full 5 stars.
Overall, I'm really happy with my Ruby Ribbon purchases. It's such a relief to finally have undergarments that are both supportive and comfy. Give 'em a shot, ladies! You won't regret it.
Review: Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service from Ruby Ribbon
So, I ordered two camis from Ruby Ribbon for a hefty price-tag of $154.57, one of them being the Original Demiette Black, and the other, the Ultimate Demiette Black. I don't wear them all the time, just occasionally. And now, after only 2 and a half months, the Original Demiette has frayed and the elastic has completely fallen apart. It even has these rubber-like bits fluttering around when I wear it - kinda tickling my stomach, kinda grossing me out.
It's not like I haven't bought something from them before. I've had another Original Demiette for two years and it still looks fabulous. So, I emailed them about the crappy cami and asked politely if they could replace it. And, well, apparently there's only a 30-day guarantee, so too bad for me. They didn't even bother to check what the issue was. They just told me to get lost and stop bothering them.
I know that this company isn't cheap. But, with that being said, I don't mind spending a little more for quality products. I thought this company was all about quality, but now I realise that they only care about making money. What a bunch of jerks.
I'm never, ever going to waste my money or time with them again. And, if I can stop someone else from throwing their money away, I will. So, anyone reading this, don't spend a penny on Ruby Ribbon. It's not worth it!
Review: My Love-Hate Relationship with Ruby Ribbon Camis
So, I've been buying Ruby Ribbon for almost a year now and I gotta say, I'm head over heels for their camis! It was love at first sight with my first one, and I ended up hosting an online party to share my newfound love with the world. It did alright, but I get it, it's a pricey investment and folks aren't tryna buy something they can't actually see or touch.
That being said, I took the plunge and now have a whole wardrobe full of 6-8 of these amazing camis that I wear every single day. Yes, every single day since mid-September, because once you go Ruby Ribbon, you can't go back.
But here's the thing, recently I had a bit of a snafu when one of the straps came loose. My stylist was super helpful and reached out to the company for me to get a replacement. We figured it was just a fluke thing and moved on. But then, just last week, another strap came loose and to be honest, I'm flabbergasted! I always follow the instructions to the T, washing them in cold with no agitator and hanging them to dry. Plus, this cami was actually looser than my first one so I know it isn't too tight.
Now, I gotta give props to my stylist and Ruby Ribbon because they're working to make things right, but I can't help but wonder if anyone else out there is experiencing the same thing. Do y'all have any suggestions or tips for me? I don't wanna give up wearing these camis, but I also don't wanna drop $80-$90 on something that needs replacing in just a few months. And before you ask, no, I don't wear the same one every week since I have several in my closet.
Regardless, I still think Ruby Ribbon is the bee's knees and I'm not giving up on them just yet. They make me feel confident and supported in a way no other bra/cami has before. So here's hoping I can figure out what's up with these loose straps and keep on rockin' my Ruby Ribbon!

Ruby Ribbon: A Total Rip-Off - My Unfortunate Experience with Their Shapewear
it's a total rip-off!
Holy moly, let me tell ya about my experience with Ruby Ribbon. So, I got this shapewear thingy from their website, but when I tried it on, it didn't do the trick for me. You know what I mean? It just didn't fit right - I wasn't feeling it, ya feel me?
Anyway, I checked out their return policy and made sure I did everything by the book. But when I sent it back, they told me they couldn't process the return 'cause the thing had "wear and tear". What?! I never even wore that sucker out - I just tried it on and was totally dissatisfied with how it felt.
I'm bummed out by their treatment of my return, and honestly, I don't think you should even bother ordering from Ruby Ribbon. It's a total rip-off, if you ask me.
Disappointing experience with Ruby Ribbon: Poor fit and customer service
So, I had a bit of an experience with Ruby Ribbon and I gotta say, it wasn't all sunshine and lollipops. I got my order in and right off the bat, it didn't fit right. I told them this and they suggested I stretch it, but that didn't help at all. So, I asked for a bigger size, but they told me it was past the 30 days so I was out of luck. Now I'm stuck with $400 worth of stuff that just doesn't work for me. Thanks a lot, Ruby Ribbon.
Disappointing Experience with Ruby Ribbon Shapewear: A Honest Review
I gotta say, Ruby Ribbon ain't it, fam. I was really trying to give them a chance but the product I got just kept rollin' up, like c'mon now. I measured myself exactly as they said to and still had issues. I wore the thing for a few hours and it was a huge disappointment. And when I reached out to get a diff product or my money back, they straight up refused. The prices are already high as heck, I ain't tryna just blow my cash like that. Suffice to say, I'm really upset right now.

Disappointing Experience with Ruby Ribbon Leggings: Size Chart Mess Up and Frustrating Return Process
I gotta say, I was super stoked to try out Ruby Ribbon's leggings after hearing some great things about them through VYD. But, man oh man, was I disappointed with the whole experience.
First off, their size chart is all kinds of messed up. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get your sizes right? I ended up with a pair of leggings that were way too tight and uncomfortable, but when I tried to return them, I hit a whole new level of frustration.
It was like pulling teeth trying to get someone to actually take care of my return and follow through with what I asked for. I just wanted to exchange my too-small pair for a size up, but instead they had me fill out all this crazy paperwork and still got it wrong.
I know some people swear by Ruby Ribbon's products, but based on my experience, I couldn't even give them a proper chance. It's a real shame, especially considering how much time and effort I put into trying to make it work.
Don't Shop at Ruby Ribbon: Terrible Sizing and Customer Service Experience
So, I was super excited to try out Ruby Ribbon and ordered a few items from their website. At first, I was really pleased with the fast shipping and the nice packaging. But then, when I tried on the camisole I ordered, it was WAY too small, like not even close to being the size I ordered. What the heck, Ruby Ribbon?!
So, I tried to return it, with all the tags still attached and everything. But when I contacted customer service, they told me they couldn't take it back because there was deodorant on it. Like, are you serious?! How was I supposed to know if it fit me properly if I didn't try it on?! And honestly, who doesn't get a little deodorant on their clothes sometimes? It seemed like a really lame excuse to not take back a product that was way too small and not even remotely close to the size I ordered.
Now, I'm out over $100 and stuck with a cute camisole that I can't even get over my shoulders. It's frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. My advice to anyone considering buying from Ruby Ribbon: don't. The sizing is way off and they don't seem to care about their customers' experiences at all. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
Decent Products but Disappointing Customer Service: My Review of Ruby Ribbon
So, I've been checking out this website, rubyribbon.com, and I've ordered from them a bunch of times. Gotta say, their products are pretty decent, but their customer service is kinda bleh. I put in an order, but then I cancelled it when they sent me an email saying that stinkin' covid slowed 'em way down. They said they cancelled my order, but guess what? Two darn days later, the charge showed up on my bank account! Getting the full refund has been a real pain in the biscuits - and I'm still waiting for it! Like, c'mon, Ruby Ribbon, get your stuff together!
Ruby Ribbon Review: Unreliable Sizing and Terrible Customer Service
Okay, so first of all, let me tell you about my experience with Ruby Ribbon. It was a total disaster, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I mean, if I could give them zero stars, I totally would.
The biggest problem I had was with the sizing. I don't know what kind of women they're making these clothes for, but it sure isn't American women. The sizes were all off, and if you're anything bigger than a toothpick, good luck finding something that fits.
And let me tell you, if you do need to return something, it's a total nightmare. You have to call and argue with them about the charges, and who has time for that? I learned my lesson here - don't trust any online bra store unless you've tried it on in person. I mean, you can't blame them for having bad sizing, but you can blame them for being a joke of a company.
Overall, I'd say stay clear of Ruby Ribbon. They just don't have their act together. Save yourself the headache and find a better place to shop.
Disappointed: My Experience with Ruby Ribbon's Innovative Shapewear and Activewear
So, I gotta be real with y'all. I copped some Ruby Ribbon clothes from this independent seller, and let me tell you, I was majorly bummed. Like, it hadn't even been a month yet and my gear already had holes in the seams! It's worth saying that I'd only rocked it twice, too. So I reached out to the lady I bought it from, expecting some kind of solution, right? But instead? She tried to tell me that my finger just went straight through it. Um, excuse me, ma'am! That's clearly a hole in the seam! Ain't no way I'm just putting my finger straight through this kinda expensive gear.
But let's back up for a hot second. You might be thinking, what's Ruby Ribbon and who even cares? So lemme break it down for ya. Ruby Ribbon is all about women's body positivity and clothing that's supposed to make you feel great in your own skin. They got all kinds of undergarments and activewear and stuff, and it's all "innovative shapewear" or whatever. So like, yeah, I was stoked to try it out.
But obviously, my experience wasn't amazing. I spent a pretty penny on this gear, and the quality was just straight up not there. And when I tried to get a refund or something, it was basically just radio silence. So I'm seriously not impressed with Ruby Ribbon as a whole. I was excited for the whole body positivity thing, but when they can't make clothes that stay together longer than a few wears? Hard pass.
