Rumpke review: Trash pickup

My name is David White. I reside at 7794 Olentangy River Rd., Delaware, OH 43015. I have had such terrible service from Rumpke ever since Liberty Township put them under contract. I pay approx $6o+ quarter for them to supposedly pick up my trash and recycleable material EVERY WEEK. I have made so many complaints to the Townhip Trustees over the last two years, I can't count them all, and I have made almost as many complaints directly to Rumpke. They fail to pick up my trash on a more regular basis than they actually pick it up. They missed me again last Wednesday, I sent them a notice of failure, they told me (as they always do), that someone will come around within next 24-48 hrs to get it... and my trash can that I pay for in my fees, sat their from Tuesday night February 8th, and is STILL out their today, and yet NO ONE has come by to pick it up. Wednesday is my pick up day. They miss me at least twice a quarter, sometimes more. I am really, really fed up with them.
