I travelled on the 10th of june from houston texas heading to kenya with my three kids, one of my luggage was lost upon arrival in kenya, we filled up a form and we were told they will contact us and bring the bag to us, we followed up every time were told the had not found it, we sent emails but nothing has come up yet. Nothing from the airline. We went to their office in kenya, I was told to only forwad the emails I sent and thy will follow up till now nobody has ever contacted me. I followed up with the agent who helped me book the flight also no answer from you.
I was very inconvenienced since I had to buy stuff for me and the kids to use again in kenya.
I travelled back to texas on 2nd of august, still am waiting to ear from the airline, alot of my personal tuff were lost in that bag, it was my first time using the airline but I had a very bad experience.
