Sapphire Members Star point Resort Group, Sapphire resort time share

I was scammed into buying this Jockey Club time share promising resorts all over the world. I was told that they would buy it back later on. It was all a scam. I have a hard time to get a reservation. Over the last seven years, I was only able to get reservations three times and each time, I had to pay RCI additionally $299 in addition to annual fee of over $1300. Because I didn't want to affect my credit scores, each year I pay them. When I called them to buy back or take back the time share or just simply release me from it. They say no.

Desired outcome: Get rid of the time share

Me and my fiancé paid for the BS Lies in full. We want nothing to do with this misleading contract. Especially because being in Vegas a few beers and 1,000 lies can convince people. “Oh hey let me throw in a free extra trip” lies lies lies please contact me if there is a law suit because we’re on top of it

Sapphire Members They continued to take money after my subscription was over

I decided to subscribe for the company www.SapphireMembers.com. I paid money for the subscription, and it was for 5 months. I was really shocked, when they continued to take money from me, but my subscription already finished. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they deal with such dishonest people.

Sapphire Members Impossible to contact the company and stop fake charges

The agent from the company Sapphire Membership Services contacted my dad and offered membership. After my dad paid $89.90 for the membership, these ### stopped to communicate. It was impossible to get them through phone and emails. They would charge him again, but I really want to stop these scamming charges. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these withdrawals. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.

People, be careful, ‘coz the company Sapphire Membership Services is total rip off. I never subscribed for their services or had any deals with them before, but these jerks started to take money from me. They have charged me for $109 and want this sum back, as well as I’m afraid that they will take more money from me. Please, help me to stop this scamming company. Please, post your comments and share your views about this company.

Sapphire Members Bad experience

I had a call from these ###s some time ago and they said they were going to send petrol vouchers and a magazine. They also said i can cancel after 14 days.
I said look dont send anything i'm not interested and i've got too much going on to mess about cancelling stuff i dont want.
I've gone onto my internet banking and there's a payment pending for £79. 99! I checked out the recipient and it's these scamming ###. I called my bank and discovered the £79. 99 was a monthly payment. Thankfully lloyds have blocked all future payments from these ### and as it is in dispute i will get the £79. 99 back once its gone out, it will take 24 hour's though.

I would advice everyone to check with their banks to make sure no future payments are set to go out of your account. Vet your banks disputes department involved that way you stand to get your money back.

I did not give these ###s any of my bank details and told them i was not interested! They thanked me and i ended the call. Had i not checked my online banking this morning i would of been none the wiser.

If these people call you hang up. Give them nothing. Tell them they are scammers demand your details are removed and they never call you again. . . If possible block their number on your phone!

Zainersmaster. Get your friend to contact their bank, I did and they should investigate it. These "[censored]$ took £79.99 out of my bank AND ALSO SIGNED ME UP FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OF £79.00!

My bank, Lloyds cancellec the subscription and I had the £79.00 put back into my account the next working day, GET YOUR FRIEND TO TALK TO THE FRAUD TEAM AT THEIR BANK before these con artists take more money out of their account next month

I fell for the same trick. £1 was never taken although I kept checking my account, then after 14 days £79.99 was taken although I still hadn't received anything. Emailed straight away but because it was a Saturday couldn't phone until the Monday. I was told money non refundable because I was outside my 14 days. When I told them that I hadn't received the goods I was told I should have phoned within 5 days to let them know and that I had been told that in the beginning. That was a lie.
Result - contacted Fraud Line and gave information, contacted my bank to block any further transaction and applied for return of money via Chargeback Scheme operated by most banks even when payment made by debit card, contacted Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Consumer Help who gave me great advice and a suggested letter for me to send (signed for). received phone call within one day of them receiving the letter telling
me refund should be in my account within 24 hrs. It finally arrived within 36 hrs. Yeah!.
So don't give up!

non refundable yeah i cancelled membership and they still took money. account is overdrawn i tried to pay my sons nursery fees and to my supprise my card was decline. no free petrol or no free nothing what a piss take.

Ripped my friend off offered her fuel vouchers for £1 then after they had her card details proceeded to steal another £80. She has tried in vein to get her money back no chance this lying thieving company are just one excuse after another. Avoid avoid avoid

Me tried to contact me but phone got cut off they haven't contacted me since there probably going to give me stick and say its my fault, just like these company, s do blame someone else, hopefully people will read these write up, s and not get conned, like me and to many other people, , , ME MAGAZINE, SAPPHIRE, DONT GET CAUGHT BY THESE, , OR RIPPED OFF.

me magazine phoned me once but phone got cut of, they haven't got back to me since then if you manage to get through they just give lot of rubbish blaming me for it, when its tthere fault, should never of taken my money caused problems with bank and other bils that money was for, this as put me of trusting any company offering anything online,

A shower of thieving rogues, I`ve already telephoned my bank and instructed them not to pay the sum of £79.99 to this company as they tried to take this sum from my account within 3 days of receiving the so called magazine.

bad company, should of been stopped what there doing years ago, this is company that runs sapphire & me magazine promotional media services ltd [protected] based in london uk, checked on line, they also ripped me of, £70, will not give up until get money back,
