Warranty repair and then follow up call to berate me for being unhappy
Horrible. 12 days to warranty replace my blown window motor. Told me 3 days to diagnose. Can't just come back later, they have to have the car for 3 days bc they can't schedule it. Because "people are late" they lost all ability to do appoints is what the manager explained to me as I sat in the line labeled "appointments" having been told a time to be there...
Dispite having the extended warranty I paid over $6k for, I did not qualify for a loaner vehicle because "it wasn't serious enough" but was serious enough to have for 12 days total...
Day 4 told it was diagnosed part was order and would be in end of day or tomorrow.
Day 5 no one answered phones. Had to drive out. Told car was only now being diagnosed and they had the door disassembled.
Days 6 through 10 no one would answer the phone.
Day 11 wife drove us out after work. Door still disassembled.
Day 12 finally got the call it was done.
Answered auto generated email from Ford and said I was very dissatisfied.
20 mins later I get a call from the manager, Lennon, who proceeded to berate me and said I could have had my car from day 5 to 10 while they waited for the part. I told him that was never conveyed to me or my wife and he proceeded to call me a liar and then berated me more before I hung up.
I'm sorry, being out a vehicle for 12 days for a window motor. Nah nothing is going to make me happy after the fact.
Same day turn around when you made an appointment in the morning 5 stars. I tell everyone how great they were
2 days in the shop 1 to diagnose, get car back at the end of the day and then another day a week later while they work on it once the part was in. 5 stars but maybe I don't tell everyone and their mother how great it was.
Even throw in an over night on both ends, ok I'm over it.
But 12 freaking days and they had the nerve to call and berate me on the phone after the fact.
Desired outcome: Not calling me ever again. Them learning how to actually use a calader. Training on how to answer a phone.

This place is the worst car place I ever did biz with. They sold me a car with all these add ons that I had to get. One of them was a windshield warranty. I got a rock chip and told them. They said they'd call to set it up. This happened like 10 times. Even when I took the car to them, they said they'd call. NOTHING! Then I got a lazy text asking if Tuesday was good. I said yes, but no response. They don't care. I called Tuesday and they said they'd call back. NOTHING. I'm gonna sue this fake company for selling me a warranty they won't fix!
