Sharetrackin review: Misled and disappointed: my experience with sharetrakin

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Sharetrakin and its associated services. Despite clearly communicating my preference for long-term investments with dividends and my aversion to stock market involvement and short-term trading like CFDs, I was assured by Dwayne that their product would meet my needs. Unfortunately, this assurance turned out to be grossly misleading.

After signing up and providing my banking details, I underwent training sessions with Theunis de Jager, only to discover that Sharetrakin operates primarily as a simulation platform for trading, with separate requirements for long-term investments and CFD trading on other platforms like Easy Equities and Trade Nation, respectively.

This setup contradicts my investment objectives entirely. Not only did the platform fail to support my preferred investment style, but it also proved to be frustratingly slow and cumbersome to use compared to other investment platforms I've used in the past. Navigating through Sharetrakin's website was a chore due to constant loading times and delays, which severely impacted my user experience.

Furthermore, when attempting to resolve my issues via email, I found their response times to be unacceptably slow. It took several days to receive a reply, further exacerbating my frustration and delaying any potential resolution to my concerns.

To make matters worse, the very strict trading rules and limitations were not fully disclosed until after signing up and undergoing training. These restrictions severely limited my ability to use the platform for its intended purpose, which was not adequately explained during the initial sales pitch.

It's clear now that Sharetrakin is not an investment platform but rather a simulation with specific trading rules that do not align with my financial goals. I'm disappointed with the mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered. Potential users should be cautious if they have specific investment preferences outside of simulated trading scenarios, and be prepared for a frustratingly slow user experience, inadequate customer support, and hidden restrictions that only become apparent after signing up.
