strawberries
I have gotten Sheetz cut strawberries multiple times and every time they tingle my mouth. I think it has to the cleaner that is used. This is a problem because it could obviously be harmful. It could be that I am allergic to whatever it is that is used, but imagine if a child is allergic to this. It could cause more than just mouth tingling. This is really just to bring attention to the issue. The first time it happened I though that it was just a fluke, but it has happened every time.
schnack wraps/ food
My boyfriend came in and had a fairly large order but ordered me three schnack wraps with provolone cheese, honey mustard sauce, and pickles. Everything in our order was correct except for the schnack wraps that he ordered for me. The schnack wraps came with lettuce and honeymustard. I can't have my boyfriend drive 25 minutes away to fix the situation either. It would have been a huge problem if I had been allergic to something on the schnack wraps and but into it. I needed to draw attention to the situation for that reason, I also had to pay for something that was incorrect and that upsets me.
bad customer service
I go to the Sheetz in orange VA quite often. I see the same 2 cashier's a young black girl and young black boy there. They look at you laughing and talking over the ear pieces that they have on. I take that as an offense and I don't apreciate being looked at any type of way in a store I spend my money in regularly. Also its white guy that works in the back making food and it had been twice I have asked him just for a single bag to put my food in and he gets an attitude. I'm a nurse so I can understand frustration but you have to stay perfesonal he shoved the bag over to me and walks off. None of them greet you or smile at you when you walk in. It was one lady who actually told me to have a good night when she realized my frustraion with the guy I asked for the bag from...The worst service I have ever had since these three started working at this Sheetz I don't even like to come there at night when I get off anymore
Food order
I order a spicy chicken mto salad this am. I was charged and paid for egg on the salad. I was not given the egg. I normally don't complain but it's the third time I have been missing something when I order. All employees were so sweet and kind that I just hated to complain. I am a huge fan of the mto process as I am very picky. Let me add this location is always very clean.

I was using the air compressor at Sheetz in Latrobe this evening, July 7, 2016 and set the compressor for the appropriate PSI for my tire, 32, the air compressor overinflated my tire to a psi that I am not even sure of as I could not see the front of the unit. As I removed the hose from my tire the tire valve popped out of my tire and my tire quickly deflated. I alerted the store manager who had no information or anything to give me. I went back to my car and noticed another gentleman using the unit. His psi read 48, I alerted him of the issue that had just occurred and that his psi was currently reading 48. He stated that the compressor never shut off or alerted him either, however his tire did not pop as mine did.
intimidate
My family and I no longer shop here! Most of the employees are friendly enough but not all. Some are very unprofessional. My phone dropped after shopping this establishment. I felt threatened by employee trying to intimidate me when I came in to retrieve my phone.
How you may ask? Me and several others called my phone for an hour. Someone would answer and hang up. Then when someone finally answered a female screamed stop calling, what do you want? What she didn't know was my GPS said where my phone was as it was still on. She hung up on me and I called again. I told her why I was calling. She replied a customer had handed her my phone and she was on her way to the cellular store to drop it off. Store policy is to give to manager and first wait to see if customer comes back in phone.
I asked her to go back to the store as I am already on my way to Sheetz and didn't know if she was being truthful. When I met her she pimp walked towards me and continued to be very aggressive. She had another female employee with her with. She was about to hand me my phone when she pulled her hand back.
She told me I had to hear first what she thought about the way I spoke to her and to convenience me she did not steal the phone. Ask why my phone was on lock and complained that it was password protected. Then went on a long story about her phone that was the same as mine that recently was stolen. Next how she could have kept phone, not be honest, what she could have done it with my phone and how she could get away with it in detail. Leaving me to buy a new one. She never verified if the phone was mine though the screen saver was of me and my child. Our voices were raised other customers were looking. I did everything in my power to appease this woman and stay calm even when she was nasty. So there would not be screaming or an physical altercation. I did not want to upset my baby I am a good mother!
She wanted an apology and this went on for much too long. Did I mention I had my baby with me who can not even walk yet in my arms? I told her sorry she thought I was rude several times. I was in a hurry as my baby was hungry and I did not have anymore time to indulge. I thanked her and was trying to leave.
She made many attempts to block my path so I could not leave. I finally got my phone and left but I should have said something to someone but I was scared. I was told the Store manager was off that day. So my spouse went in the next day and spoke with her about the incident. I was shook up enough I did not want to go back to the store. The store video tape should have caught this since we were in the front of the store near the cashier's line and front doors. Many witnesses but no customers asked if we were alright. At least two employees after if I got my phone and was everything alright. The manager was asked to fire her and what she planned on doing.
Have not heard back from her and it's been at least a month.Yesterday I dropped someone off in the parking lot and Amber was outside smoking pointing and talking about me just a couple of feet away. I loudly stated to my passenger getting into the car that I do not want to have to contact corporate it appears she is at it again and she asked me hey you look familiar did you ever work here? I have only seen her once before this and I am new in town. None of my family has ever lived in Orange
Refused sell of cigarettes
On Friday night I stopped my 2 daughters 18 an 19 at Sheetz to go to restroom and buy cigarettes...My 18 year old went to counter to pay for cigarettes. The 19 year old was on her way out door...They refuse service to my 18 year old with a valid ID.. They stated they needed 19 year olds ID.. Why! She came in for restroom...So after being refused she came back to vehicle. Me being the mother went in to get cigarettes an was refused service to...Then I asked for the manager an she stated she couldn't sell them to me cause I was with them other.As I was leaving store the cashier was laughing as I left...I think I was discrimanated against ..

As a sheetz employee, I believe the reason was that they saw them walk in together. When we see people walk in together and try to purchase cigarettes/alcohol we have to ID both people of the party, because we do not know whether or not that they are both over the age of 18. As for the laughing that is plain up rudeness and at my store I do not tolerate it at all.
It just shows what a horrible, uncaring, incompetent, and a vile human being to allow your demon spawn to smoke proven poison. What kind of pathetic ### would teach their offspring that it is ok to smoke cancer sticks.
Racist shift manager and security officer
The shift manager on third shift was very rude! Very unprofessional and has made racial remarks every on every visit. Along with the security officer on duty for the third shift position.. They are african american and were very blunt with there actions and comments and speak in very inappropriate manners! I visit this location just about every night and have dealt with this to many times.. I am speaking to my lawyer about this issue, it has became way out of hand! There is absolutely no excuses for their actions.. Something needs to be done about this.. I am very unsatisfied and many others also. Once I speak with my lawyer further actions will be in forced.

Regardless of ethnicity being rude is not acceptable and I am now curious from an experience I just had with a manger in Graham NC. I would like to know what the resolution was. Why do we not see what result was? Is Sheetz really doing anything to improve or just saying they are.
it seem black people are complaining about black people being called out about being racist, ignorant white people do the same, its like black people can do no wrong, thats its owed to them to treat different people badly because of something that might have happned to their ancesters, when they could have been decended from black slave owners for from a slave if no proof exist then both are possible
the government list 250 black hate groups and 150 white hate groups, black are less percent in the population but more proportion of creating racist groups

I find it ironic that you accuse the staff of making racial remarks - yet felt compelled to mentioned they were African-American. Why? Their ethnicity adds no relevant information to your complaint.
What would have been relevant and useful is mentioning HOW they were rude and inappropriate to you - or why you admit you keep going back.
the place.
The people that worked there where not very nice at all. And a few of my friends in my self ordered food the food wasn't completely done. And it tasted like ###. The bathroom smelled like poo and had condoms and ### every where. The lady at the register charged more than she should of had. And when our number came up to get our food the lady was very rude. And they also sell moldy bread and milk that expired there.

Gas pumps won't print receipt. Forced to go inside so they can try to make additional sale. Staff is rude. Acted bothered when asked for receipt. A second cashier asked for my Sheetz card and looked at me like I had three heads when I said I didn't have one. She didn't offer one either.

I get vegi wraps too and they are always skimpy
The pizza I just got was burnt in some spots and raw in others.
And maybe the worst thing of all is the damn noise that the computers in the kitchen goes thru my head and it litterally makes me twitch.

I went into purchase lunch today. One of the workers behind the counter was coughing and coughing. I don't understand with all this swine flu going around and even killing people. I was at the sheetz in seilensgrove and I was getting gas
While I was getting gas I took my hair out of the pony tail and started to fix it
While I was doing that and employee from inside went "your hair looks fine!" over the lou fd speaker
Everyone started staring at me.
I was so mortified

Does Sheetz even pay attention to these? This is and should be a firable offense but everything on this site seems like a Sheetz fan boy give half assed rebuttals but something like this is left ignored. They are becoming a local version of Walmart/Amazon/etc. Terrible customer service because to them it doesn’t affect their bottom line one way or the other. I would love to see something done about this.

non-working automatic shutoff valve
Sheetz gas station store # 85 in Waynesboro, PA. has a non-working automatic shutoff valve on one of their gas pumps. This is in direct violation of federal law! It is absolutely a major hazard. When the attendent was told of this serious matter, she could've cared less, but I bet her bosses and their bosses will care when I take my problem into Washington DC and turn them in! We live about 15 minutes outsider the beltway. It will be no problem to do this, and considering we pumped about 2 gallons onto the pavement and then had to spread the "kitty litter" ourselves since the attendent didn't give a ###, I have great motavation to contact the federal boys and will gladly do so!

that is only your right to take it to the next level about the attendent not caring. i bet he/she would have cared if some one would of dropped a lit ciggerate . by then it would have been to late. and it was not your job to spread the litter to clean up the spill the attendent should have went out as soon as there were told the pump was not working right baged it then spread the spill kit there self. i used to work at a local gas station i loved my job and my coustomers . my coustomers were my first priority at my job . and there safty was very important to me. if it was my coustomer who came im to report something of that sort to me i would first appolige to them about what happened. make a note of . make sure that no gas was spilled on the coustomer . and then proceed to clean up a spill. sounds like that attendent did not like there job. i say that you should take it to the next level.. (im hoping to get a job at the new gas station that is susposed to go in here in my home town )

Everytime I go into this sheetz the workers are so rude. You can be standing there waiting to pay and they just look at me like I supposed to ring myself up. They are always talking about other customers and co-workers. They curse and carry on like they're not in a place of business. There is always people in there hanging out, I guess those people are their friends. When you ask for something behind the counter they act like your bothering them. What is wrong with these people? If they don't like to work with the public then they should get a job elsewhere! Also I think sheetz should but the pants they wear and make them wear much more fitted clothes. Those pants are wwwaaayyyy to tight!
I love at night when all the kids carry on, loudly and act like they are the hired entertainment. Ignore you and discuss their party plans. Love it.
I will never return to that hostile environment again!
September 2nd at 3:00 AM I was at Sheetz in Rocky Mount, Virginia ordering food. Instead of saying our order number in a regular voice the woman working at the food section began to scream at the top of her lungs the order numbers. After I told the manager, the manager didn't say anything to the woman who was screaming. I buy my gas and food and drinks there every morning and since the morning of September 2nd, I will never return to that hostile environment again.

On December 28 at 6am went to the Sheetz in Martinsburg WV on King St. The store was dirty the coffee station was disgusting. The creamers machines were all out except for one French vanilla. This store is always dirty. The worst Sheetz there is !
In Rostraver, Pa, my son and I ordered pizzas to find out that you switched to “flatbread pizza.”
This replacement is NOT good.

I was very unsadisfied with my order of pot stickers first all they cost me 4.69$ and I only received a tiny pouch of 3 then it came with no sauce at all and I asked if there was any kind of sauce they told me no and was very rude about it

Moon Township store, 7:00 pm, Monday August 21,2023. So apparently this is too short. So let me just say the Moon Township location is the worst location I have ever been too.
I was at sheetz and ordered a bag of fries and while eating them, I felt something in my mouth. I then noticed the metal piece and also noticed that it had chipped my tooth
Stopped at this location a few times over the past 2 weeks and everytime the service was terrible. Mto took forever and noone was working the registers any of the times I was there. Order missing lettuce. Nachoes Grande- Order number 351 at 12:34 today. Second time my ordered from this sheetz was wrong.
Food that my fiancée and I purchased have had us sick from about 2 hours after consumption. That was at 3 am it’s now 9:15 am I have had little sleep done threw up everything in my stomach and I’m still pooping water and throwing up. This is definitely what made us sick because it’s the only meal we had that day together.
Been sick since eating Sheetz chicken bites.
