So, I bought some shirts from SheShow (sheshow.com) in November 2019 for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the items and decided to return them for a full refund. However, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.
I kept getting emails from a customer representative named Elena Lee, Elana Lee, or Meera Lee (I'm not sure which one is real) offering me only a 25% refund. I tried to explain my situation, but it seemed like I was getting nowhere. Finally, I received an email with instructions on where to send the items back for a full refund. I sent them back as instructed, but I never received any confirmation that they had been received.
Since February 2020, I've been emailing SheShow (sheshow.com) asking for updates on my refund, but I haven't received any response. It's frustrating because I really need that money back. I recently made a purchase on SheShow (sheshow.com) and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered two items on the same day and received a confirmation email for one of them. I even went the extra mile and forwarded proof of two same day VISA charges to Ms Meera Lee, a customer representative.
Despite my efforts, Ms Lee never acknowledged receiving my emails and only responded with a generic "sorry we are unable to find your order" message. This lack of customer service response is unacceptable and unfortunately, I am not alone in my experience. Multiple others have posted similar reviews about the lack of customer service response and/or never receiving their items.
It's important to note that this site/firm is located in China and appears to be a total scam. I strongly advise against ordering from them unless you enjoy being ripped off. It's disappointing to see a company operate in such a dishonest manner and I hope that others will take my experience into consideration before making a purchase on SheShow.

I've been shopping on SheShow for a while now and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. I've made 5 purchases so far and every time, I've been happy with what I got. The products are great, the delivery is always on time, and the charges on my credit card are reasonable.

I just wanted to update my previous review about SheShow. I was pretty upset about the lack of communication, but I have to say that their customer service team reached out to me and offered a solution that resolved my issue. So, I'm feeling much better about my experience with them now.
But let's talk about the merchandise. I have to say, I was really impressed with the accuracy and timeliness of the sayings on the 2020/Covid tee shirts and socks. Now, I'm not one to make light of a serious situation like Covid, but I think SheShow has found a way to express what many of us were feeling in 2020 without being disrespectful to those who have suffered from the virus or lost their jobs or health. I ended up buying a bunch of shirts and socks for my college-age nieces, nephews, and cousins. Three of them had big graduations, and one of the sayings on the socks was "worst senior prank ever." I also got some timely Christmas socks featuring the Grinch and 2020.
The tee shirts feel really soft, but I haven't worn or washed them yet since it's winter, so I can't comment on how they hold up. I usually buy a size up just in case of shrinking. I've also seen some non-Covid/2020 shirts, sweatshirts, and socks on the SheShow site that are also pretty amusing. I've bought a few of the John Lewis quote tee shirts that say "Get in Trouble, Good Trouble..." which I'm giving to some like-minded friends.
Overall, I'm really looking forward to seeing what new merchandise SheShow comes out with next. I think they do a great job of offering new items as their inventory gets low on current items. And if you catch them during a sale, you can get some really good deals.

So, I bought a sweatshirt and t-shirt for my wife from SheShow as a surprise gift. I was pretty comfortable making this purchase because of their return policy. They said that if I didn't love my items, I could return them within 30 days of receiving my order. That sounded pretty good to me. But, there was one thing they didn't mention in their return policy that I found out later. If I needed to return the items, I would have to ship them back to their warehouse in China. That's a pretty important detail to leave out, don't you think? And, the cost of shipping something internationally is almost as much as the cost of the product itself. That's pretty frustrating.
Another thing that really bothered me was their customer service. They said that I had to use regular mail (USPS) to ship the items back to them. They said it was for custom clearance reasons. But, that means that the USPS tracking system is limited to the USA only. And, the tracking expires after 120 days. So, once the package leaves the USA, I have no way to track it. That's not very helpful. DHL, on the other hand, tracks your package all the way to China. But, SheShow said not to use them or any other carrier. That's pretty confusing.
Anyway, I returned the items on June 5th and informed SheShow of the tracking number. But, I never got an update from them. Seven months went by before I reached out to them to ask about my refund. And, guess what? They said they couldn't refund any of my purchase because the tracking had expired. That's not cool. I followed their exact procedure and they still wouldn't give me a refund. That's just bad business.
Overall, I would not recommend buying from SheShow. Their business practices are poor and deceptive. If you want to support American made products, look elsewhere. This whole process has been a waste of my time and money.
