Shiftsmart Partner review: The partner app and turn away pay

I have sent numerous tickets in to resolve the problem of not being able to access the app and also about how I'm going to get paid for my two turn away on Saturday September 16th. I keep receiving the same responses I cannot resolve the problem with the app I cannot verify my phone number I troubleshooted in every way they have told me and all I can find out online myself nothing works I cannot get a hold of a live person by phone and I could not verify my turn away because I do app would not let me access it to properly do so. All I want is my pay I would keep working for them if they can fix this app to work and knocked up schedule people or send people to places they're not wanted I sent pictures via email I sent names to managers I did everything I could I don't even know if she's been verified but the policy is if you get turned away your page but I cannot follow their procedures to do so because my app will not work my phone has plenty of storage I reinstalled I have done it all now if you all could help me out would be much and greatly appreciate it
