Shipito shipito.com

These guys charge for courier shipping and then ship by private contractor with NO tracking until it leaves the US. They lost a 2000 USD package and have no trace. If you pay for courier shipping and they proceed to ship privately that is misleading and fraudulent. Avoid this company unless you want to get rid of your stuff. On top of this their customer service is a disaster.

The thing I loved most at Viabox is when they asked me if I wanted photos of my product before shipping. I was very happy with the response time too when I was unable to use their website.

Yes i have experienced that too but then i tried viabox and found it the best freight forwarding service with courteous customer service and fastest delivery service among all.

Shipito money not refunded

Send some money to them for an assisted purchase that they could not complete, then I've made a refund request to get my money back but they didn't respond for my request, every time I talked with them they extended the wait times, they ignore the support ticket and email, the online agent have no authorization to solve my issue they just say that I have to wait 3-5 business day each time.

Shipito getting refund from my remaining deposit in my shipito account.

Hi, I have 540$ in my remaining deposit in my shipito account, my account is [protected]@hotmail.com.
i have applied about two months ago a request to refund this remaining deposit to my paypal account, I waited about 2 months to this refund, every week by week I was in contact with shipito customer service and I was promised many times that I will get this refund soon, but in the end nothing happened. On 2/9/2017 I contacted again with shipito and than I was told that my request was canceled because I applied multiple requests and I need to apply once again. So I applied another new request on 2/9/2017 and I was told that I will be refunded on monday 2/13/2017.
So I waited for this Monday and ofcourse nothing happened and the refund was not accepted. So I contacted once again with shipito on 2/14/2017 and than I was told that there is no requests in my account and no one knows what ia'm talking about.
I have email from shipito that confirms my requests to refund, I have al print screen with my chats and email with shipito.
So the situation now is like this, that I have 540$ in my shipito account but more than 2 months I can't get this refund to my paypal.

These scambags refuse to refund my deposit because, wait for it, its too "old", wtf? They keep refuse that and I didn't find anything about this in termsof use! and nowhere to claim :(

Shipito My package got lost!

Beware - Shipito is not to be trusted! These guys are absolutely unreliable and they don't care about their customers. My package got lost and they didn't provide any help and support. They promised they'll find it but they did nothing for that to happen. I'm very disappointed! Then I asked them to pay me the cost of my package but they refused and claimed it was not their fault it ended up that way.
In the past Shipito wasn't a bad company, but they changed a lot. I will never use them again, they are terrible! I'm still waiting for a refund!

Shipito they lost my package!

I sent a package via Shipito and paid some extra money for the insurance. It was a birthday gift for my sister and she never received it and these guys from Shipito refuse to take any responsibility! They said that they think that my package was lost during the shipment and that there was nothing they could do. Great! What kind of service is that? They are the shipping company and they should take all the responsibility! I even paid for the insurance and even that did not save my package! Totally disgusted with Shipito!

Shipito dishonest company

This company operates much like a bait and switch scam: they promise one price and then charge another, significantly higher, price. There are delays in communication, and a total lack of helpfulness from "support" staff. They are in business to rip people off, not provide a good service. Stay away.

Shipito scammer

Dear Freinds pleas reade carfuly my problem with this frod website
i now i have been promoting for shippito fot more then 2 months but pleaz dont join under the link that i give u they are a big scammer

i am a member of shipito since October 30, 2010 but i didnt use they service because a lot of member complaine and i found a lot of sacm subject tlking bad of they service but now i confirme it

so i start using they service in April 20, 2013 so i consolidate all my item in one package and was ready to shipped but then one of they support told me that i muste sent a request to move an item ( so they can charge more)

the item that i asked to remove it is

Wella Professionals EXTRA VOLUME Stying Mousse, 1.6

read what they did told me

Mail out request for package H1287-Y has been cancelled because the
package contains pressurized cans (hair mousse). Pressurized cans cannot
be shipped internationally via any carrier. Please place a special
request to have the items removed. Thank you.

i contact the seller of the wella professionals he tell me that there is no problem he can shippe this
item to algeria va usps or dhl or fedex
and i got tow month ago hairspray for ebay seller form usa

why did u le to me shipito

If you notice, there is an auction page on their website which is selling all the goods that I suspect they stole from people, using the same method. Apparently the terms and conditions are designed to force the client to give up and they retain their money and parcel. They benefit from keeping your parcel as they charge you a monthly fee for keeping them.

Seems to me they (Shipito) did everything according to the rules and no blame can be put on them. You shouldn't upload a fake ID. They have to obey international rules. They are a shipping forwarding company; as such they have other rules than carriers. You can ship even guns with certain carriers... if you fill in all the right paper work. But Shipito is not a carrier, but a shipping forwarding company which uses the carrier you choose in a standard way; thus using the standard (read:no special) rules. As for the money they charged: all that is clearly explained and shown on their help pages, faq, and also on your personal detailed package pages. Nothing wrong there...

Shipito wasted $100

I've just wasted $100.

I've been using shipito for a long time, but this time would be the last one.

Nowadays Shipito became a scam, there're a lot of hidden charges: they charge $2.5 to "process" each package and $2 to consolidate packages into bigger one for each package. That means $2+$2.5 = $4.5 for each package. And that doesn't include shipping costs, special requests, bank fees etc. You pay for everything.

Now I've consolidated 22 small packages (guitar strings) and I've got 22 * $4.5 = $99 bill for their so-called "service"!

But those fees aren't explained anywhere. You will find it out only when you get your bill.

Sarcasm mode: Oh, that's my dream job: throw small boxes into big one for 5 minutes, get $100. Not bad, shipito, not bad at all!

Thank you very much shipito, never will use you again, and will recommend you to no one.

Those fees are all very clearly explained on their help, info and FAQ pages, which you can read even before signing up! They are also clearly listed on the detailed list of fees for each package. This said, yes, for very small things it may look like $2 for each package to consolidate is much, but it is afterall an extra optional service with (free!) options like dismissing the retail boxes to save weight etc (which, depending on the package type and size can be some work). But even with those extra fees, they are still cheaper than most other shipping forwarding companies considering the options they provide. Second, you could have choosen a different account plan (note: you can even switch plans even after signing up, and even in between sending packages). Different plans have different kind of fees... Again all clearly listed and explained on their pages.

Shipito these guys think they can easily rob other nations as long as they are not in the us and there will be no consequences

They robbed me 200 USD plus my package worth 160 USD.

This company charge you 10 USD for forwarding the packages you buy in USA to be sent to your country outside of the US. The fact is that there is no such service exist. The moment the package enter their facilities, you will never see it. In the meantime they charge you for the shipping fees to your country, I choose TNT and the bill was 200 USD to my country (singapore). I paid it via paypal and also submitted the documents they requested (very ridiculous as there is no such documents required by other similar companies). I gave them multiple copies of my ICs and Signed a form on their website.

That was the end of the story.. from there, no response received from them. They claim my documents are not complete, so they can’t send me my parcel. Funny right? …oh and they cant refund the 200 USD I paid for the package that never gonna be delivered. You know why? cause due to their policy (Imagine thieves have policy and terms) .. you never get refunded unless your parcel is shipped … OMG.. can you guys believe this?

It was the whole story. I reported them to many different authorities and waiting for their response. Hope to see them behind the bars one day.

These guys think they can easily rob other nations as long as they are not in the US and there will be no consequences.

I've not used Kentucky where there are some negative posts, I use the West Coast but overall my experience has been good. I've shipped a number of very high value items including combining packages and been very happy with the service.

Don't use shipito. They will take your money to set up an account which you are then unable to use unless you provide a a mass of personal ID. Even if you decide to provide it, a passport and drivers' license is not enough to activate your account. Very dubious business.

You will be waiting a very long time to see them behind bars because they are 100% legit!

The fact that they require you to upload a proof of your ID is also 100% legit and actually required by US law. I suggest to read their pages on why this is... it is all explained... has mostly to do with letters.

The fact that they don't send out packages before your paperwork is in order is also very logic. Just complete the paperwork and the package will be send without any problems.

"The fact is that there is no such service exist." => Errrm... There are lots of shipping forwarding companies...

They do not request a "mass of personal ID" at all! They only ask for 2 types of ID. And as they explain on all their pages (and which is quite logical too), this is for security and to prevent fraud, fake accounts, etc. It is also something the LAW requires them to do. And as thousands of other customers have experienced in the past: no problems with that whatsoever; provide the requested IDs, they will verify them, and your account will be open for use. No problems at all... unless you try to scam them with fake IDs etc...

Shipito there cannot be any worse package forwarding company

Avoid Shipito.com they are scammers. They have my package and I paid over 220 USD for the sending, but they do not want to send the package. They now say they have a 150 USD spending limit for credit cards. However they did not mention that when I made my payment of an amount larger than 150 USD. They do not want to refund my money either and are keeping my package hostage.

There cannot be any worse package forwarding company. Do not use this company!

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I sent a package to their address, went to deposit money into my account and came up with the message "Only accepts wire transfers". Which is fine. They warned that there would be a $15 extra cost to sending money via wire. Ok. Annoying (tad understatement here) but acceptable. My postage fee (JUST for the package alone was $54). WARNING THIS GETS CONFUSING.

I deposited $200 from my bank account by wire transfer to Shipito
I had to pay a $35 wire transfer fee from my bank: $35
Wire transfer fee from shipito's bank: $15

At the end of the transfer I had $115 in my account
They automatically took $55 from the package
What did I have left?
= $60

WHERE DID THE OTHER $35 GO? It must have magically flown into their pockets.
I feel totally and utterly ripped off. I emailed them politely enquiring about it. They didn't do ANYTHING about it. I know it's only $35 but at the same time...The package postage was $55 (Which is a rip off to begin with considering the dimensions and size but I let it slide). I am so annoyed and frustrated. I don't know what to do.

I could not agree more! They were horrible when I used them. Over Christmas time they got really backed up and took weeks for them to answer emails and send my packages. Plus they didn't even apologise! I switched over to myus. They're great. And, they answer emails quickly and send my packages on time! Can't ask for more than that!

Agreed. they also require fees like insurance and shipping charges are based on size of their boxes they require you to use and always seem to go in boxes that are way larger than required...stay AWAY!

Be aware of hidden fees. I did the mistake to trust Shipito.com and I ended up paying $ 19.30 for a 1.00 lbs (0.45 kg) 10"×7"×2" (25×18×4 cm) package shipped in the US. All this after an endless exchange of emails because their website did not worked properly. The customer assistance is very poor too. A friendly advice: DO NOT USE shipito.com.

Shipito sensitive information in danger

hi everyone, please don't use this company anymore, in addition to their bad/poor service, your sensitive information will be at high risk because they are suffering from many outage these time with their server, many time it's down and not responding and they don't write anything about this on their forums, their CEO has opened a thread in the forum but with no good information at all, he just say hmm yeah we have a problem and we are working on it !

so please everyone don't think to use this because all our sensitive information may be at risk right now, why ? because when you sign up they will ask for many information including 2 form of ID, utility bill, copy of credit card ...etc ( with the current problem which is probably a hacking attempt against their server ) all those sensitive info are at risk

what make me think it's too serious is the silence from support & CEO no one wanna tell us what's going on

I'm currenly a member in shipito, I think my info is at risk with this company, I will not post my box number, because if they know it they will put a hold on my account or close it permanently, I know them very well ( they like ball sucking customer only)

out of 20 packages i had sent through them 9 were shipito airmail, of those 5 are missing. thieves. liars. they couldnt care less.

Very good company. Most problems I have faced were not significant. I didn't like the idea of sending my ID to them, but I perfectly understand that other companies not doing the same will charge you much more due to higher fraud rate.

I have sent more than 200 USD to them. And they refuse to send my parcel and not refunding my money as well. 100% fraud company. No service. No refund. No delivery. IT's PURE DANGERRRRRRR... STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I closed my original account because of this, in Jan, they wouldnt even refund me my balance, I still choose to do business because literally they have no competition with their rock bottom pricing for virtual mail box accounts.

They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in this business period.

Shipito stay away

Here are my experiences:

1St package I bought from amazon on 7.12.2010 arrived to Shipito on 10.12.2010. I used priority check-out on Shipito (+8.50 USD) and USPS Express, and – the item was delivered to my country (Prague, Czech republic) on 10.1.2011 !

2nd package I bought from amazon also and it arrived to Shipito on 17.1.2011. I filled all required documents including tax notification and paid via paypal all requested money. After 4 days of nothing, I wrote e-mail on their support with question what is going on. The answer was little bit arrogant, that they will look on it. Now I logged on their site and big surprise with their “look on” my problem - I found that this thieves want another 21 USD from me to send the package !

Now they want 1 USD per day for storage of my package.

STAY AWAY FROM THOSE ###.

Shipito fraud

Shipito is one of the worst companies I've ever used so far. They put my tiny items into a huge box to increase the cost. Then when I realised the mistake, they wanted to charge me an additional $8, 50 for changing the box! Customer care is awful. They are rude and very slow. They repeat the same things all the time and never solve your problems. STAY AWAY!

Shipito credit card fraud

Shipito are thieves and criminal, pure and simple. Avoid them at all cost!

Shipito.com in torrance, california enticed my fiancée into a monthly membership for $25 and then added an assisted purchase service for which she paid separately $8.50 (Plus cost of purchase, sales tax, shipping) and on top of that, they charged 10% commission from the purchase cost, but that wasn't enough... These shipito scamers charged another 5% pretending to be visa fees.

When she had to order more items, they kept charging her card for every item they received. She called and cancelled the membership and even paid for an additional month that she didn't use due to their questionable calculations.

Despite this, she continued to be billed $25 a month because of the credit card information that the shipito scammers got from her membership during registration, which did not cover any assisted purchases. When challenged on these fraudulent charges, the individual introduced as the senior manager explained that the membership was just like buying a car. If you decide to keep it in the garage, you still have to pay for it.

When I explained that according to my own understanding of california and federal law, shipito has a right to claim money they feel they may be owed but do not have the right to abuse credit card information or make charges against an account which the owner of that account has clearly stated they do not authorize. Since my fiancee cancelled by email, and has confirmation of the cancellation and since shipito confirms that the cancellation was due to her stopping the service, they are wrong on two accounts. Firstly, they are charging without authorization citing a membership agreement they have confirmed is closed and secondly as the car analogy is ridiculous since a car is a physical item you own and shipito is claiming that they should still be paid for existing even though there is no way they could ever provide the services they want to charge for.

One of their useless staff ended our conversation saying that given the economy, they couldn't afford to let anybody cancel their membership and so, by the direction of his boss, whom handles these issues.

I tried to contact them by email about this problems several times with no response. When pressed for the details, they kept sending me to their faq page.. Their flustered explanation was to say that the agreement would be in force as long as shipito decided it was in force, an answer I found rather extraordinary.

I told them that I didn't think that the california or federal courts would not be sympathetic to that interpretation, to which they outright scoffed and would continue to charge whatever they thought was a proper fee.

Shipito.com has gone beyond mere predatory contract practices and is engaging in outright criminal activity. Do not trust these people with your credit card information as they have proven that they will take credit card info from one agreement and use it to charge for another one. Further, the only cancellation policy they can clearly define is not even existing.

On a personal note, the most annoying aspect of this is that these people arrogantly show you that they will continue to submit credit card charges for which they know they do not have legal authorization to charge (If by no other means in that they themselves confirmed the original membership cancellation) for services they fully admit they are incapable of providing in any reasonable manner.

Shipito are thieves and criminal, pure and simple. Avoid them at all cost!

They are selling items that pitty people order to receive them via shipito.com . I found so many items in the auction ###, even iPad 2. Gosh, i can't believe thieves can run a company freely in United States with no consequences. Is FBI with them? Any idea?

Completely agree, they are professional extortionist. They are incompetent about anything they advertise they do, including dealing with shippings. Since they are holding all your stuff as hostages they simply do not recognize their AMAZING STUPID ERRORS that cause so much damage to clients, they are ALWAYS RIGHT and will ALWAYS CHARGE YOU even for breathing!

Stay away seriously, don't be fooled by stupid silly reviews, these people are sinister thieves that don't give a damn to clients. Their reply is always the same, we have thousands of packages every day, thousands of clients…

If you these people are abusing, don't waste your time, try to contact a californian lawyer and explain the situation. This is what I am doing now.

Shipito terrible service

I've just had a terrible customer service call with this company. It may be (and I can't tell, because there's nothing on my account with this website) that my billing and shipping address were either transposed, or something.

My account was put on hold, and on attempting to call their customer service to fix the matter, she was exceedingly rude throughout on the call, and just hung up on me after 3 minutes!

I got absolutely no useful information from the call except for unwarranted rudeness, and have never had any experience like this before.

I’ve just had a useless and a very frustrating experience with shipito. I live in Russia and have my 14 year old kid in Swiss boarding school. I was trying to buy a soccer shoes for my son and have them mailed to him to Swiss. I opened an account with shipito and I put in the account the address of my son. Initial payment was made by my credit card. They told me by an e-mail that my account was activated and I can use it. There was not a word in the e-mail that I did something wrong.
I bought the shoes and my package arrived to shipito. I’ve paid a postage fee for its delivery to Swiss. Nothing seemed to be wrong. Then in 5 days I noticed that my package is still in spipito warehouse. I sent them an inquiry and they answered that they didn’t allowed a 3rd party payment because they are afraid of fraud. They also told me that to do something with my package I now need to send them copies of 2 of my different IDs, copies of my bills plus to fill out some forms. The problem is I am afraid of frauds as well. There are many ways dishonest person can make a fraud using your personal information such as IDs copies, bills. For example I know a story when a swindler got a big credit in a bank using stolen copies of IDs and some bribes. I am absolutely sure it is not safe to upload such info. So I refused.
The end of the story? Well, this is the last e-mail from spipito:

I can concur that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired; if you're lucky you'll get a nice quick response, but the little experience I've had with them doesn't bode well.
My package has been sitting in their Portland office for FIVE days, hasn't been shipped out, and NO ONE is answering my emails.

John, Mr CEO, don't call me a liar or a fake customer.

Okay, this is my honest review and I hope that I can provide some insight for someone not to stumble through the frustrating steps I’ve been already.

Life is full of expenses and there’s simply never a time to really buy what you want. Nevertheless, I got my annual bonus, and I wanted to import stuff from the US, at least for the last year and a half. I have searched many forums, and read about user experiences of other people – all about what and who they suggest to use as a shipping forwarded company.

After a lot of research, I already decided a year and a half ago, that I’ll use Ship It To, when the time has come to order from the US. So the time has finally arrived, and I decided to order a Nokia N900, Some Otterbox protection for the nokia, two Bluetooth headsets, a Bluetooth mouse and a Bluetooth dongle. Mmmm I think that’s about it. I ordered it on the 15th of October 2010 at amazon.com

I did not want to spend a lot of money on amazon.com, and I’ve selected only items with free shipping and sold by amazon. I chose items sold only by amazon, cause I wanted one single package. Nevertheless. I checked my calendar and the frees hipping option would’ve taken a couple of day just to deliver the items to Ship It To. So I then gave it much though and chose the 2 day air shipping.

However, just before I placed the order, I opened my Ship It To account. The once-off shipment option had no consolidation and even though I knew I just order items to ship in once single package, I purchased the monthly plan which include consolidation – just for in case I might need it. Ummmm….

I’m not a person to badmouth others, but I’m really trying to be honest here.

So, I wanted my items to be shipped to the Memphis warehouse. Cause one has multiple warehouse options in the shipping calculator, before purchase. Nevertheless. From the accounts panel of Ship It To, after signing in, I apparently did not have enough verification status to have the addresses, other than Torrance and I think Hong Kong, available to me. The verification process include sending a signed form by mail to shipito in the US.

Earlier this year while I was in the US, my sister sent me a christmas and birthday card in November 2009 and I only received it in March 2010. So I will have to wait at least 2 months, at least, for my signed form to arrive in the US, unless I courier it.

Nevertheless, I had no other option than Torrance, US. Also, the max. spending amount is US$75.00 until you get 100% verified. I uploaded all the verification docs that I have, and apparently I am now “+30%” but that does not apply to increasing the US$75.00 one is allowed to “spend”. I phoned shipito to discuss this and to ask a couple of questions I’d like to know, because this is the first US shipment for me, I have not done it in the past, and I just wanted a peace of mind. I mean, I just spent a couple of hundred dollars on my purchase.

Sergey, to whom I spoke to, as really unfriendly and he “doesn’t care” and can do “nothing about the situation” – my concern was that I think the shipping costs will be more than 75 dollars. And since I’m only allowed to spend 75 dollars, what will happen to my package if it costs more than 75 dollars to ship with FedEx?

Sergay was really unhelpful, and told me after 6 minutes and 34 seconds, that I’m wasting his time for keeping him 20 minutes on the phone, etc etc. And honestly, I really kept is short and simple.

I was really astounded by this response, but I decided that its okay.

My packages arrived on time at Ship It To. Impressive.

I phoned my local fedex just to ensure that everything will be in order and how I should proceed to get my package, because we only have two FedEx branches in the country, which is located in the larger towns. I also phoned FedEx’s import and customs agent – to ensure how I should proceed in regards to paying the import taxes, etc.

So, FedEx – Checked.
Import Customs – Checked.

Everything was checked. I’m so afraid that something might go wrong!

In the meantime, I sent an email to shipito – but with no response after a day.

I sent 4 emails to Daniel – and no response since.

I sent 4 emails to Mandi – no response since.

I phoned shipito – and after being treated as if I am really disturbing them – I decided not to call again.

Sergay spelled it out last time that if I have a problem, its my problem, not theirs, whatsoever.

I also tried to load funds to my account – but my card failed. Which is impossible, but the response time was so instant after trying a couple of times, it seems impossible that they’ve actually tried to authorized it.

So, as Sergay said, I have to do a wire transfer, and in addition to the fees charged at my local bank for wiring a payment to the US, which is more than an arm and a leg, they charge 4.something percent as well as 16 dollars something, for receiving a wire payment – and that’s all my problem.

So, the 2 packages is now in the warehouse, and through my admin I chose to have them consolidated. The shipping for both packages should have been 120 dollars something, but after having them consolidated to actually pay less for the shipment, I now own shipito 192.52 dollars.

I emailed shipito just to get a confirmation in regards to this, but no response.

I emailed and asked them to please please just respond – but no response, since.

So, I don’t like to give bad scores. Honestly, I don’t know what to score them. At some stage I though of just forgetting a package and if it arrives some day, be happy, if not, forget about it. But then I have to remind myself that I cant just give up, and that I’m paying shipito a lot of money, for providing a service.

So, to score them, I’ll rather do this – to get my score.

1) Living up to their promises : 2/10 – I don’t know why I score them 2, cause it should be 0.
2) Responding to a question – mmmm, do I really have to score them 0? Yes. 0/10
3) Customer support and providing polite support - … 0/10? Should I really be this harsh. No, I’m just being honest.
4) Well there must be a good point… Okay, consolidation service, 10/10. But no, my packages now cost far more after the consolidation. So it cant be 10/10. Okay, 3/10
5) Okay, advertising a good product, even thou not living up to their promise, lets give them 5/10

Just a note – for some reason I have a lot of invoices in my account stating NOT PAID and I phones them in regards to this, and the lady said I should just wait until they disappear by themselves.
I’m really really sad. Really. This is not just disappointing. The thing that really upsets me the most, is that I don’t get any response from Ship It To, not at all. And when calling them, they are really really impatient and rude.
I’m so so so sad. Not because that I wont receive my package in the projected 7 days (that’s why I paid Amazon far more for shipping, to have it delivered at shipito in 2 days time) and not because, well, yeah, not because I can only “spend” 75 dollars in my account.

I’m so sad, I feel like just forget about the package, totally. I’m sad because I feel like being mislead and now that I’ve paid them and now that the package is in their warehouse – I simply cant get a way communicating with them.
I’m really disappointed. Really.

My average score based on my single scores above : 10%

I am so so so sad, and so disappointed. I feel like being ripped of.

And I know the costs just to get it here in Namibia, is about to cost me far more than what I paid for my items.

Response from Shipito: Information on the credit card is completely different than informaton on the account holder. Account holder is based in the U.S.A while informaon on the account is someone from France. We really don't know if the payment is authorized. We asked for the copy of ID to verify that it is not a credit card fraud or stolen identity fraud, which is unfortunately huge problem. Customer refused to do both and is just writing complains. We very clearly state on our order form that each new account has to be verified (provided ID).

Response2: Are asking about package if it arrived in our warehouse which you bought from someone else? If yes, we automatically notify each customer by email when we get their packages. You also see the package on your account when you login. Many stores do not ship the same day. They might ship in week or even longer. So it doesn't mean that order is shipped immediately.

Shipito money not refunded

Send some money to them for an assited purchase that they could not complete. The surprise was when i've tried to get the money back... I could not get an instant refund. On top of this I would need to pay some fees for the refund.
Customer service is crap and they will not answer to email or try to help you in any way. If they bother to reply they will point you to some procedures that you will not be able to find...
Please think twice before you pay to open an account with them. They will charge you for anything including their own mistakes.

Money were refunded with no additional cost.
All remaing packs arrived safely.
All my complaints are solved.

Raoul, I responded you personally to your email and never got reply back. We can refund your deposit, but you still have four packages on your account. I asked you if you want send them to you, because the money are needed for the postage. I never got reply back and now I see you are complaining here.

What are we suppose to do with the packages if we refund you all deposit now. Don't you want them send to you?

If this complains means (I really never got reply from you) that you need the deposit and don't care about the packages anymore then I will do it. I just need confirmation. I have no problem to refund you everything and close the account. It just didn't make any sense to me while you have packages there.
