ShoeShow review: Shoe/refund

Hi I wanted to make a complaint on Shoe Show Gonzales, La [protected]. I brought the shoes on November 30, 2023, and my daughter came home and put it on, and it was too big for her. I went there the next day and the lady who was in there told me I had to come back when the manager was there. I don't understand why she couldn't handle the return if she claims to be the assistant manager. I then came back the next day and the same lady who was there stated that she would be there (which she stated that she would be there for 12:30PM) which she would not there for 12:30 so I came back around 2:30PM or 2:45PM and she stated that it had a mark on which I stated to the assistant manager I think it was on the shoes when I purchased it because it was on top of the box. I was told I couldn't get a refund although I had my receipt or get another pair of shoes. I will not go back there because I don't care for the service. Mates checked by: K.W. (who supposed to be the manager.). The other two so called assistance manager is just there to be a body if they cannot take care of any issues such as refund.
