Wasted my money
I ordered a pair of men's size 9 shoes for a little over $20.
They sent me a women's size 9 (men's 7).
I followed their instructions about returning the item.
The price to ship the shoes back to "SHOE SHOW" via USPS was $14.50.
Shoe Show eventually refunded the money for the shoes which was about $20.
I called them to follow up if and when I would receive the reimbursement for the shipping fee.
I explained that they sent me the wrong size and I didn't even want the reimbursement, I just wanted the correct shoe size.
I told the gentleman at SHOE SHOW that I returned the shoes, they reimbursed the price of the shoes, and I basically just paid $14.50 to USPS to ship the shoes back to Shoe Show ( I basically lost $14.50. ALMOST THE COST OF THE SHOES) because of their mistake.
The person I spoke with told me they would look into it.
Lo and behold, I never heard back from them again.
Disappointing Online Ordering Experience with Shoe Show: Delayed Delivery and Incomplete Packages
Shoe Show is usually a great place to buy shoes. I've bought a lot of shoes from them in the past and have always been happy with my purchases. However, I recently tried ordering online and it hasn't been a great experience. I spent over $100 on five items, but it's been over a week since my first order and I still haven't received anything. When I try to track my package, there's no information available.
I decided to give them another chance and placed another order on Monday. I was happy to receive my first pair of sandals on Thursday and they were great. However, today I received another package and it only contained one flip flop instead of two. I understand that the mail and shipping may be behind right now, but packing a box with only one shoe is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the package included a card saying that it was personally packed and checked by someone named *** (I won't list their name here).
I've tried calling customer service, but no one has answered. I'm really disappointed with this experience and I hope that Shoe Show can improve their online ordering process.
Debit Card Refund Delay at Shoe Show: A Frustrating Experience
I went to the Shoe Show store in Concord, North Carolina on February 14th to buy some shoes. I used my trusty visa debit card to make the purchase. However, two days later, I had to return the shoes. When I went back to the store, a visiting manager told me that I had to put the refund back on the same card that I used to make the purchase. I was surprised because I thought that since I used a debit card, I would get the refund in cash. But the manager said that because Shoe Show is a family-owned store, they don't give refunds in cash.
I was a bit frustrated, but I agreed to put the refund back on my card. I used Cash App, which is a popular payment app. However, as of today, Cash App has not refunded the money to my account. I have been waiting for a call back from the manager at Shoe Show's customer service department, but I haven't heard anything yet.
I want to warn others not to use their debit card at Shoe Show if they don't want to wait for their refund. It's frustrating to have to wait for a refund that should have been instant. I even have receipts to prove it!
I hope that Shoe Show can improve their refund policy and make it more convenient for their customers. I might even contact Channel 9 to let people know about my experience.
Shoe Show LLC Review: Overcoming Negative Reviews for a Perfect Purchase
I gotta say, I was a bit hesitant to order from Shoe Show, LLC after reading all the negative reviews. But man, am I glad I took the risk! I was on the hunt for a specific bag that I couldn't find anywhere else, and Shoe Show had it on their website. The only problem was that they don't have a physical store near me, so I had to order online.
I saw a lot of reviews complaining about orders never arriving, which definitely made me nervous. But I wanted that bag so bad that I decided to go for it anyway. I placed my order on a Wednesday afternoon, and by Thursday, the shipment information had already been sent to UPS! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they processed my order.
The bag shipped out on Friday and was handed over to USPS on Saturday. I was a bit worried when I saw that it was scheduled for delivery on Sunday - I mean, who delivers packages on a Sunday? But apparently, it happens sometimes, and sure enough, my bag showed up on my doorstep on Sunday morning.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and so glad I didn't let the negative reviews scare me away. The bag is exactly what I was looking for, and it arrived in perfect condition and right on time. I'll definitely be ordering from Shoe Show again in the future!
Shoe Show, LLC Review: Terrible Customer Service, High Online Prices, and Out of Stock Items
Went to Shoe Show, LLC to get myself a new pair of boots. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size. I mean, come on, it's hunting season, why wouldn't they have more sizes available? So, I decided to order online and have them shipped to my house. But guess what? The price online was $80 more than the price in-store! What a rip-off, right? But I still went ahead and paid with my credit card, and the money was taken out of my account instantly.
The next day, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. No explanation was given, so I had to send a couple of emails to find out what was going on. Apparently, they were out of stock, but they didn't bother to tell me that earlier. I asked if I could get a refund, and they said I could get it within three days.
But five business days later, I still hadn't received my refund. So, I sent another email to ask why. And guess what? They said there was an error, but they didn't explain what kind of error it was. I mean, seriously, can't they be more specific? It's been almost two weeks now, and I still haven't received my boots or my money back. I've sent several emails to customer service, but they haven't bothered to reply.
Overall, my experience with Shoe Show, LLC has been terrible. They don't have enough sizes available in-store, and their online prices are way too high. Plus, their customer service is non-existent. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
Horrible Customer Experience with Shoe Show, LLC: Delayed Shipping and Poor Service
I recently made an online purchase from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) for two pairs of shoes with 2-day shipping. One pair was shipped immediately, but unfortunately, I have not yet received the other pair even after almost two weeks. I had to call their customer service several times to inquire about the status of my order. After a few calls, I finally received a call back from them saying that my shoes had been shipped. However, I still did not receive them, and when I called back, I was told that the store was waiting for UPS to come by.
I was frustrated and asked how it was possible that UPS had not come by even after three days since I was told that my shoes had been shipped. The customer service representative, Michele, with one L, was on the phone with me, but she kept saying that the shoes had not come by and then suddenly disconnected the call, claiming that she could not hear me. I called back immediately, and Michele answered the phone. I asked her if I could have my shipping refunded, but she said no and added that I had already received one pair of shoes. She used phrases like "like I said" and did not seem to be very helpful.
I asked her if the calls were recorded because she was giving me attitude and poor customer service. She replied with a firm "no." I then requested to speak to a manager, but Michele informed me that the manager, Reggie, would not be back until Monday. I asked if I could speak to any supervisor, but she said that none were available.
Overall, this was the most horrible customer experience I have ever had. I was disappointed with the service and the lack of communication from Shoe Show, LLC. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future and avoid such unpleasant experiences for their customers.
Poor Customer Service and Shipping Experience with Shoe Show, LLC
I ordered some shoes on a Sunday, December 11, 2016. The next day, Monday, December 12, 2016, I got a call from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) saying that the boxes were labeled wrong and they didn't have the size I wanted (womens 10.5). They gave me two options: a refund or the next size up. I decided to go with the next size up and later that day, I got an email saying my order had been shipped. I was hoping to get my shoes by Wednesday, December 14, 2016 since I paid $10.01 for two day shipping. But I had to email customer service just to get a tracking number that I should have gotten when I got the email that my order was shipped. Finally, I got my tracking number but ironically, UPS doesn't know when my package is supposed to come. That's not what I paid for. I tried to talk to customer service three times but I heard more from the automated answering machine than I did from the people I paid. I left a message but I doubt I'll get a response. At this point, I just want my shoes or a simple refund. I won't be ordering from this company ever again.
Shoe Show, LLC Review: Terrible Customer Service and Payment Issues
So, I was really excited to order a pair of shoes and 10 pairs of socks from Shoe Show, LLC. I placed my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, the next day I received an email saying that my order had been canceled. I was really disappointed and confused, so I decided to call their customer service line to find out what was going on.
After a few days of calling and getting the same answer, I finally spoke to a woman who told me the real reason why my order had been canceled. Apparently, it was because I had used multiple different MasterCard gift cards to pay for my order. I was shocked! On their website, it clearly states that you can use multiple types of payment, so I couldn't believe that they would cancel my order just because of that.
To make matters worse, I was told that my payment would be refunded within 5 to 10 business days. Well, it's now day 10 and I still haven't received my refund. I decided to call them again today to see what was going on, and I was met with another unhelpful customer service representative.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Shoe Show, LLC. Their customer service is terrible and their prices must be so cheap because they steal money from other people. I wouldn't be surprised if their items aren't even real. I would never order from this company again and I would advise others to stay away as well.
Terrible Customer Service - Will Never Order Again
I would have given them a piece of my mind. But I guess they don't care about their customers anymore. I will never order from them again.
Shoe Show: The Perfect Store for Hard-to-Find Sizes and Affordable Prices
I first heard about Shoe Show when I was in Baltimore for a funeral. I'm from New York and I accidentally left my shoes at home. I searched for malls nearby and found one just 10 minutes away. My mom and I went from store to store looking for shoes in my size. I wear size 11, but mostly size 12 because of my wide feet. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any shoes that fit me. We thought it was over and I was going to have to wear slippers to the funeral. But then, the last store we went to told us to go next door to Shoe Show. They carry sizes all the way up to size 13 or 14, they said.
Long story short, Shoe Show has been my go-to store for my size ever since Parade of Shoes, Nine West, and Payless all closed down. I thought my life was over because I wasn't going to pay a hundred dollars for shoes. Sorry, but I just can't. Anyway, needless to say, I came out of that store with about six pairs of shoes just for myself. My mom found a pair that she liked, but she has average size feet so she could go anywhere. Not only did I get six pairs, but the ridiculous part is that I paid under $100 for all six pairs. And why did they have to tell me it was a website for them? When I got back home, I ordered eight more pairs for myself and four pairs for my daughter. The bill was still about $125 from sale items. My husband said, "Where the hell are you putting all those shoes?" But anyway, I decided to write a review because of my recent experience with a representative.
I ordered seven pairs of sandals on Monday around 2 am. The total was $97. I checked my order status the following morning and my bank processed the order, but I didn't see an email from Shoe Show about it. While checking it, I saw that four pairs of the sandals I just ordered went down $5 and $6. I was like, "What?" But no worries, I called them right up and they gave me a price adjustment of $21.53. #winning. Seven pairs of sandals for $75.
All I have left to say is thank you, Shoe Show. I love you guys.
Working at Shoe Show: A Lesson in Customer Service and Frustration
I've been working at Shoe Show for about 9 months now, and let me tell you, it's been quite the experience. Don't get me wrong, we have our regular happy customers who come in and leave with a smile on their face, but then there are those who come in and act like complete fools. They throw shoes at us and call us all kinds of names, but somehow, in their eyes, we're always in the wrong.
One Friday, me and another associate were working when a guy came in wanting to return some shoes that he had clearly worn. They were dirty inside and out, and there was no way that those shoes could make the company any money. So, I politely told the customer that we couldn't accept the return without a receipt, and even if we could, the shoes were clearly worn. But, of course, he didn't want to hear it and started causing a scene. Eventually, we had to call our manager and he was told that he couldn't return the shoes.
Fast forward to Sunday, and I'm working by myself with four other customers in the store. The same guy comes in and wants to return the shoes again. I told him to give me a second to take care of the other customers before him, and as soon as I got to him, I asked for his ID and returned the shoes. I even asked him to sign the paper and told him to have a nice day. But, he still went back and complained that I treated him like crap. I never said anything rude to him, but I did what I was told to do.
It's frustrating because the customer isn't always right, but we have to take the hit for them. Shoe Show seems to believe the lies before the truth, and it's why they have such a high turnover rate. If you can't treat your team right, how do you expect to succeed? And, what company tells you that you can't take weekends off? Last time I checked, I could take whatever day off I needed by law.
My name is Rosa Sias, and I worked at the Shoe Show in Pearl, MS. Despite the challenges, I still enjoyed my time there and learned a lot about customer service. If you're looking for a job in retail, Shoe Show is a good place to start, but be prepared for some difficult customers.

It seems like this business has several unresolved complaints online. Now I see why I had the experience that I did today. My daughter and I went to buy my daughter some new shoes. The store number is 1057. My checkout receipt says 12:47pm. The whole time we were in the store, the person who was working there kept starring at us in the aisle. I mean she wa...

Boots
I ordered boots on October 26th and received them on October 31st. Unfortunately when they arrived there were two left boots. I was told to reorder and they would be delivered to the nearest store and I could return the wrong order to the store and make the exchange. The new order was placed on November 2nd and I haven’t received them as of today which is November 10th. I’ve tried calling customer service that was absolutely no help! I have a tracking number but can’t seem to find the location anywhere. No one seems to know where the boots are. I’m very unhappy with this transaction and with customer service.

Unorganized store, bad management
This past Saturday I visited the el dorado Arkansas store and was shocked at the condition that store has gotten in. Read full review of ShoeShowDisappointed with Limited Supplies and Outrageous Shipping Fees at Shoe Show, LLC
Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) is a store that I have been shopping at for many years. However, I must say that I am disappointed with their limited supplies of certain high demand items. It can be frustrating to find something you really want, only to discover that it is out of stock. Additionally, their shipping policies are quite outrageous. They charge $11 to ship anything under a $50 order off their website, even if you have it shipped to their store. This means that even a small item like a purse can cost a fortune to ship.
Despite my loyalty to Shoe Show, I have decided to start buying my shoes and purses elsewhere. I simply cannot justify spending so much money on shipping fees when there are other stores that offer more reasonable rates. I hope that Shoe Show will reconsider their policies in the future, as I would love to continue shopping with them. However, until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Unhappy with Shoe Show, LLC: Misleading Pictures, Poor Quality, and Costly Returns
So, I decided to order a pair of Converse shoes from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) in my normal size. I know that sometimes Converse shoes can run small and tight, so I was a bit worried. Unfortunately, when I received my shoes, they were a size too big! It was so frustrating because they felt and looked like a size 8 instead of a 7. I was really disappointed with the quality of the shoes, and the pictures on the website were definitely misleading.
When I tried to return the shoes via mail, I was shocked to find out that I had to pay for the return myself. Can you believe it? As a paying customer, I was really upset that Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) would make me pay for the return. To make matters worse, the cost of the return was half the price of the sneakers! It was unbelievable.
Overall, I was really unhappy and unsatisfied with my experience with Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com). The quality of the shoes was cheap, and the pictures on the website were misleading. To top it off, I had to pay for the return myself, which was really frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) Review: Two Different Shoes in One Flip Flop Order!
So, I just got my order from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) and I gotta say, I'm not too pleased. I ordered two pairs of shoes online and when I opened the box, I found that the flip flops I ordered had two different shoes in it! Can you believe that? I mean, come on Shoe Show, get it together!
I tried calling customer service to get this sorted out, but they didn't even give me the option to hold. Nope, they just sent me straight to a messaging system. Like, seriously? I'm not trying to play phone tag here, I just want my shoes! The only other option they gave me was to email them, which I did, but who knows how long it's going to take for them to actually respond.
In the meantime, I'm out money and stuck with a useless pair of shoes. I mean, what am I supposed to do with two different flip flops? Wear one on each foot? Ugh, this is just ridiculous. I expected better from Shoe Show, but I guess I was wrong.
Disappointed with shoeshow.com: Poor quality product and packaging
I recently made a purchase on shoeshow.com for a pair of Skechers Energy shoes. When I received my order, I was disappointed to find that the shoebox was in poor condition. It was torn up and held together with tape, which made me wonder if the shoes were even new. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the tissue paper inside was also torn and wrinkled, as if it had been reused.
To my dismay, the shoes themselves were not in great condition either. The insole was already bulging out of the shoe, which made me question the quality of the product. Additionally, the laces were not even tucked into the shoe, which made it obvious that they had been used before.
As a paying customer, I was not satisfied with the condition of my purchase. I feel like I wasted my money on what looks like a garage sale find. I do not appreciate receiving a product that is not up to my standards, especially when I paid good money for it.
Overall, my experience with shoeshow.com was not a positive one. I will not be ordering from this site again in the future. I hope that they can improve their quality control and ensure that their customers receive new, unused products in good condition.
Disappointing Online Shopping Experience with Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com)
I ordered some shoes from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) and it's been a whole 5 days since my order was completed. I was really excited to get my new kicks, but it's been a bit of a letdown. I got an email 4 days ago saying that my items had been shipped and that they came with tracking numbers. But when I checked the tracking numbers, they didn't give me any information about when my shoes would arrive. All it said was that UPS had received the package and that they would update the delivery time later.
I'm pretty frustrated about this whole situation. Shoe Show says that it will take 5-7 days before they even send the shoes to UPS. That's messed up! I ordered online because I can't get to a store easily, and now I'm stuck waiting for who knows how long. I don't have any shoes to wear in the meantime, and I'm not happy about it.
Honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from Shoe Show again. This experience has been a real disappointment. I was hoping for a quick and easy online shopping experience, but that's not what I got. I'll be looking for other places to buy shoes in the future.
Misleading and Frustrating: My Experience with Shoe Show's Online Ordering System
So, I was looking for a new pair of shoes and decided to check out shoeshow.com. I found a pair that I really liked and placed my order. However, two days later, I received an email saying that my order had been refunded. I was confused and frustrated because there was no explanation given for the refund.
I decided to call the number provided in the email to find out what was going on. When someone finally answered the phone, they simply said "hello" and gave their name. I had to ask if I had reached Shoe Show to make sure I had the right number. The woman on the other end then told me that there was nothing that could be done about the shoes I had ordered because they were either damaged or couldn't be found.
I was really disappointed with this experience. I don't think it's right to have items listed on your website that are unavailable. It's misleading and frustrating for customers who are excited to receive their order. This has never happened to me before and I hope it doesn't happen again in the future.
Disappointing Customer Service at Shoe Show, LLC Store #55
Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) is a store that I recently visited, specifically store number 55. I had a few things that I wanted to buy, but when I arrived, I noticed that many people were ready to pay and no one was at the front area. I walked around a little more and noticed that some workers were trying on shoes while on the clock. I asked if someone was working up front because people were ready to pay, and one worker told me that they were on break. I then asked for the manager, and she also said she was on break but guessed she would help during her break.
I must say that I was quite disappointed with the level of service I received at this store. The workers were rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that they were not interested in helping customers. I even called on Monday 10-31-16 to speak with someone named Steve, but he was also rude and not helpful at all.
As a result of my experience, I have decided that I will never go back to this store again to buy another shoe. I will also be letting others know about my experience so that they can avoid this store as well. It's a shame that such a well-known store would have such poor customer service.
Shoe Show, LLC Review: Good Selection and Prices, But Express Shipping Not Worth It
Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) is a website that offers a variety of shoes for all occasions. They have a lot of options to choose from, and their prices are reasonable. However, their express shipping option is not worth the extra money. I recently ordered two pairs of shoes and paid extra for two-day shipping. I received a tracking number, but when I checked it on the UPS website, it only showed that the label had been created. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I contacted customer service. They told me that if I didn't receive my items on the day they claimed they would have them to me, then I should contact them. I was not happy with this response, as I had already paid extra for express shipping.
Tomorrow is the day they promised my items would arrive, but I have no confidence that they will actually arrive. The tracking number still only shows that the label has been created, and I have not received any updates since then. I am disappointed in the lack of effort that Shoe Show, LLC has put into my order. I paid extra for express shipping, but it seems like they did not prioritize my order at all.
Overall, I would recommend Shoe Show, LLC for their selection and prices, but I would caution against paying extra for express shipping. It seems like they do not actually prioritize those orders, and it is not worth the extra money. If you are not in a rush to receive your items, then Shoe Show, LLC is a good option. However, if you need your items quickly, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Nightmare Experience at Shoe Show, LLC: Unhelpful Workers and Refusal to Pay Medical Bills
I just want to share my experience with Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com). I had an accident in one of their stores and it was a nightmare. The workers were not helpful at all and they blamed me for being careless. They refused to give me any information about their company and they even refused to pay for my medical bills. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
If you ever enter one of their stores, be careful and keep your cell phone on. If you have an accident, make sure to take pictures and get the witness name. Do not trust the workers in the store because they will not give you a copy of the incident report. This company is very shady and their stores are faulty. If they are shady in the store, then they will be more shady online. This is especially concerning because you are trusting them with your financial information.
Overall, I rate Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) very poorly. I will never shop here again and I would advise others to avoid this company at all costs.
Zero Stars: Unprofessional Customer Service from Shoe Show, LLC
stars.
So, my boy got these shoes from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) for Christmas. He only wore them for a couple of months, not even every day. And guess what? They still look like they're brand spanking new! So, I decided to go to the store to see if I could get them replaced. But, they told me to contact customer service instead. So, I did just that.
I talked to the customer service folks and they were pretty nice and accommodating. They said they'd take care of it and get the shoes replaced. So, I sent them some pictures of the shoes. But then, I got an email from them saying that they couldn't find that exact shoe anywhere. And since I don't have a receipt, there's nothing they can do. I mean, come on! I emailed them back and told them that I'd love to get a receipt, but I don't have one. The shoes were purchased for $55 dollars. But, it's been two days and I haven't heard back from them. This is ridiculous! They're so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Zero stars from me!
Store #1269
On 6/03/23 time on receipt 6:19:26. I had a complaint on an assistant. I was in the floor helping a special needs lady try on her shoes and I ask her to walk around to see how they felt on her feet, then this girl comes up and sets two box’s of shoes down on the bench that I was in front of. My grandma went to shoe show in royston Georgia yesterday and bought a pair of brand new hey dude shoes for 71.26 and it's her first time going to show show in royston Georgia and she bought the wrong size of shoe for my 71 yr old grandpa and she wants to return them but she doesn't remember where the receipt is to return the shoes and she used her debit card to purchase the shoes. So I called the shoe store and explained the situation and the lady said rudely that my 74 yr old grandma can not bring the shoes back and get a full refund and had a disrespectful attitude and hung up the phone. Please let me know what she can do and we will not be coming back to the store. I'm joey her grandson thank you
Tommy Hilfiger flip flops
There was only one clerk working I assume and I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store and wasn’t able to obtain help in my size and selection! When I got to the counter the clerk was ringing up a prior customer and when it was my turn I told her I needed the left foot flip flop and she rudely stated she had to get it from the back. When she returned to the register she rang them up and the price was higher than what was the sticker that was on the box. After sitting in my car for a few minutes fuming I returned them! The store is a mess and no one to work the floor! That was my 1st time and my last in that store, Pascagoula, MS #1708!
Customer service
Hello I was in shoe dept.encore.on 7/2/2022 store #1920 in Dothan, al
When I got ready to check out, no one was at register or even in store up front. I began to look for cashier. Took about 10 min. I proceeded to walk towards the back of store where I saw a door , half way down a young lady, white Caucasian.
Came through door talking on phone. She acted like she did not care. Itold her it was bad for business to leave store unattended. She told me with the nastiest attitude she had to pee and don't no ody want to work and she is by herself and I'm sorry.
Good help hard to find. She shouldn't be running your register.
Desired outcome: Need apology and for store to have proper staffing.
