ShoesPie Worst company ever! Avoid!

This website is a total scam, all they need is money! I have been waiting for my product to arrive for ages and received nothing. I just wasted my money on nothing! I tried to contact them so many times and I'm already tired of wasting my time. It is said on their website that item I've ordered is no more in stock. Very poor service and the worst part is that there is absolutely no help from customer service. I'll never order anything from them again even if I'll receive my shoes. Shoespie is just another fraud company.

I waited for 3 months, did not get the shoes, they did not refund and kept saying the shoes were delivered, but they did not give me any information about who delivered the shoes and only gave me a zip code in the tracking information.
I wasted so much time emailing them asking for information, got nothing.
Also, they sold the shoes with super high price, I wasted my money.
Please never shop at this website! shoespie.com

ShoesPie Not happy.

I ordered a pair of shoes from ShoesPie for about $70. It took them about a month to deliver the shoes. The shoes I received looked nothing like the pictures on their website. Shoes looked very cheap, color was incorrect and they smelled so badly that I had to put them on the balcony.
I contacted ShoesPie customer service and told that I want to return the shoes. They refused to give me their return address. They said that if I'll keep the shoes they would give me a discount for my next order. As if I would spend more money on the garbage they sell! I'll never order anything from this company again. They are real scam artists. There are many positive reviews about them but I bet all those reviews are fake and just a part of their huge scam.

ShoesPie This site is a scam!

I've made an order more than four weeks ago and paid extra for 5 day shipping. But I never received a confirmation email and my tracking number. I've waited 5 days and still nothing! I tried to call them so many times and sent them messages every day, but there was no response. Two weeks later I finally received my tracking number and was told that they are preparing my order for shipping. Thank god I've used PayPal and was protected. So I opened a dispute with PayPal. The next day I got a message from ShoesPie asking me to cancel the dispute, otherwise they'll not send me my items. I told once I receive my items I'll remove the dispute. Another week passed and I noticed they've deleted my account! I contacted PayPal immediately and explained the situation. PayPal gave me my money back and told that ShoesPie is a very suspicious website. This site is a scam! And thank you PayPal for all your help!

I order black shoes with bow on back.I haven't received yet, cannot contact not enough numbers on website totally disappointed Once shoes arrive hopefully they are wearable . Lol I've learn my lesson stick with a known company Dsw, Macy's, Saks may spend more .But no headache .

ShoesPie do not order from shoepie!

I bought a pair of shoes from ShoesPie for my birthday party. And few days ago I finally received my shoes. Well, those shoes were terrible and were nothing like the picture! Shoes looked like they were made in China! They were awful, made of cheap material and the quality was just disgusting. They were supposed to have a cute red bow on the back. But bows were just glued there and the colour wasn't actually red. I tried to return them, but they say they can give me only $15 as a refund. But I paid $55 for those horrible shoes! There is absolutely no logic. So I decided to keep the shoes and try to sell them. That was the most ridiculous shopping experience ever! I have messaged them at least 10 times and still no return address, no refund, no reply. Do not order from ShoePie!

ShoesPie 5 weeks and I still haven't received my shoes

I purchased two pairs of the shoes from the company www.shoespie.com. I placed the order, but I waited for the news within 3 weeks and got nothing. I contacted the customer services, and they advised me to wait 10-15 days. 2 weeks have passed and the order hasn’t arrived. The seller continued to keep silence. I think that the whole website is big scam, so stay away from them and be careful.

ShoesPie Shoes not as described

I ordered 2 pair of shoes 4/8/2015 after 30 days I begin email the company in search of order and tracking number. I received 4 excuses as to why it was not sent. Finally I get a email stating I would receive 6/5/2015 via dhl. One item is the wrong color and the other item came separate was NOTHING AS DESCRIBED. I immediately email for return address because I'm prepared to return immediately and with the 15 day return policy period. The company then emails me and say they are unable to find my order because I have an unregistered email address! I think the company will use stalling tactics to avoid giving me return address information to refund me. I highly not recommend this company to the public. I'm still fighting and demanding return address.

ShoesPie Shoes were large for me

I bought two pairs of shoes from the company www.shoespie.com. I was so disappointed, when I got the order from them. The shoes were too large for me and they didn’t look as on the website. I tried to return the order and get money back, but the seller refused and spoke with me in horrible manner. Not recommended website and post comments about your experience with them. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Shoes came in lil late Then excepted but at least they came in few days to my wedding, I was kinda worry about them not arrive to my wedding date and me not getting my back" but I try to be patient with the shipment process, and they came inn on Valentine's Day😃 love them and they look just like on picture/describe😊☺️🙂

Your emails to service@shoespie.com bounce back. Your web chat options doesn't answer.
I have been trying to return these boots for 6 weeks but can't get through to you. Paypal have been trying for 6 weeks but misunderstood my problem.
Very poor communication.
The boots are very poor quality for $150
I M Happy to return at my cost.

ShoesPie Company is scam, and they didn't reply when I tried to reach them

I ordered shoes from the company www.shoespie.com, but after I chose the shoes and paid for them, I got confirmation info from completely different company, and I was anxious about it. So I went to this website and tried to contact the rep, but the phone number was fault or they simply switched the phone off, I wasn’t sure about it. I have no idea, but I have no possibility to speak with these scammers. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I ordered two pairs of boots off shoespie in early November for my daughter for Christmas. I had already sent payment when my intern asked me if I checked a scam website first to see if there were complaints on them. I hadn't, ugh. When she pulled up the scam reviews my heart sunk. The only thing I felt I could chalk up, was at least it was only $50.00 and I hadn't spent near as other customers had reported on the scam site. I emailed them once about four weeks later, asking about my order and much to my surprise, they emailed back. I misspelled, broken English, they confirmed that they had received my order and payment and my boots had shipped 'recently.' They showed up at my door 3 days before Christmas, phew just in time. My next worry was what size they would be and how bad was the toxic odor from dyes. They were the right size (both had a left and a right in size 7 1/2, like I ordered, I had seen several complaints of crazy pairing and drastically differing sizes) and thanks to good weather, I left them behind the bushes in the front of the house, with the lid open and propped up, to air them out. The smell was AWFUL, but it cleared up just enough to wrap them and stick them under the tree. They fit, they were cute, she loved them and they actually have held up and are 'comfortable;, but they stain her socks and still have a slight odor. For $50, I ain't complaining though. Will I shop them again? No, there is no trust, as in, I have no idea what my next experience would be. The shipping was terrible, because 6 weeks is just freaking crazy and unreasonable. I was lucky to have gotten time just in time.

ShoesPie Bad-quality and services

People, don’t buy from the company www.shoespie.com. I waited for the order about a month, but I got such crap that I was really upset. I bought shoes from them, and the seller informed me that it was leather, but he lied. It wasn’t leather and the seller refused to take the order back and provide the refund. People, simply stay away from them and don’t waste money and time. Please, post your comments and share your views about this company.

ShoesPie Item not as described/no money back

The shoe was damaged and not as described. The item is poorly and cheaply made for a item that suppose to be custom made and $71 including shipping. The side of the shoe has dents and you can see glue. The item was shipped to a completely different address. I had to contact UPS to retrieve the item. The shoe I finally received was not the same shade color as shown in the picture. When I informed the company about the defects they told me the color would look the same in a different lighting and offered a $18 discount because they said nothing major was wrong with the shoes. The shoe has scratches and look as if it is coming apart. The representative also told me that she did notice the scratches and dents but it was only minor. It took me close to a month to receive these shoes when I ordered them on June 21 and paid to have them expedited. So I expected a close to perfect shoe for all that time. It's not what I expected. It's not a custom made shoe it's more like a made to order shoe, but this shoe has too many problems so I can't wear the shoe. I didn't get my money worth.

ShoesPie Badly wrapped package and impossible to change the order

I bought 4 items, and it was heels, 2 bracelets and purse from the website www.shoespie.com. I got only badly-wrapped package and none of the items were in good condition, 2 bracelets were torn and I threw it away. I contacted the seller and asked to provide my money back, if they didn’t change the order. The seller told me to wait and after that he simply ignored me and stopped to reply to emails. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

ShoesPie I haven't got money back

I ordered ladies shoes from the website www.Shoespie.com. I waited couple of months, but my order was lost somewhere. The seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days, but it was also lie. They simply ignored me within these days and after they informed me that it was too late to return money. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I purchased 15 pounds of Crab legs back on February 4, 2023 using my credit card to complete the purchase through FaceBook Marketplace. I never received any order confirmation, order number, tracking number and no crab. Please credit my $ 156.69 can funds asap.

On January 17th I ordered crab legs, 15 lbs for 113 00 they said 3 day delivery have not received them and want a full refund immediately. Was not told they were coming from China this is a scam and will report to credit card.

My credit card was rejected which forced me to call my bank thinking there was a problem. There was not. Plenty of money. They advised me to go to their website and order again. After reading all the reviews/complaints l don’t think I will.

I went on the the dispute part because my right heel had broke when i was putting on the shoe. Very disappointed. I tried to upload video but it kept saying it was bigger than 2mb. I ordered the shoes back in January and decided to wear them the weekend that just passed and wasn't able to because this happen.

I need to return brown strappy sandals order #1174577. Shoe quality is very poor. The material shoes are made of is cheap looking as compared to description I saw online . The shoe heel is much higher than I expected. I would like to return the shoes and get a refund. The shoes took much longer to be delivered than I expected.
