this was such a BAD company to buy from! DO NOT buy from them! I bought a boot and even paid for next day shipping, but it took 3 days and still no boot. Now, I can't even walk. I emailed them 6 times and called twice, but no one answers. You should definitely go somewhere else to spend your money.

When I called, they said they were too busy to respond to calls. I gave up and went somewhere else, where I talked to a real person in under five minutes. I ordered a knee brace on 9/28 and paid extra for the two-day delivery service. it's been weeks and I still haven't received my brace. I tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but ain't nobody answering. Do they even exist, fam? I'm hella pissed cause I dropped 353 big ones on this thing and it ain't even here. Like, how do you run a business like this? I wouldn't recommend this joint to nobody, for real. If anyone else got played by these clowns, hit me up and let me know. Trust me, this ain't the spot to cop your braces from.

Bought knee brace from Shop-Orthopedics on 03/30. Ordered DonJoy SE-4 Legend knee brace (# ***). They sent the wrong one with a strap at the top front. Not happy! I emailed them a pic of the problem. They got it on 04/15. I want my money back. Been trying to call them everyday, but no answer or call back. They didn't reply to my email either. It's annoying to deal with this kind of problem. I got a return okay for the Ossur foot up drop foot brace, (after many attempts ending with me havin' read many bad reviews about their customer service on the ComplaintsBoard.com site) which I then sent back with UPS ground shipping address label you gave on 8/25, but haven't got a credit to my visa *** card yet. The UPS tracker number showed it got delivered on (9/02). I haven't gotten a credit to my *** credit card still as of 9/29. The shop-orthopedics.com website says that a credit shoulda been given in 7-10 days. I tried callin', sendin' emails (each one came back sayin' Mail Subsystem Delivery - Message not delivered), and phone calls are never called back. listen up. I wanna talk about my experience with Shop-Orthopedics.com. It was pretty bad, like most other people. Their customer service is the worst, man. Couldn't get in touch with them on the phone or email. It was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Finally got a response after calling the manufacturer of the orthopedic thing I bought. When I talked to them, they weren't even surprised. They knew how tough it was to get ahold of Shop-Orthopedics.com. Even joked about the voicemail message on their phone. Other customers had the same problem as me, trying to get help. It's not like they sell lazy things, you know? It's medical stuff that helps you recover from injuries. Every day without it is more pain, more risk, and more frustration. They don't care about their customers or the people who make the stuff they sell, plain and simple.

Shop Orthopedics is a bad choice. I buyed from 'em on 11/02 and 'til 11/25 didn't get what I asked for. I ain't alone, plenty others have the same problem. They're tricksters on 2 points: 1. Don't have goods on hand, but says "In Stock" anyways. 2. Phone number [protected] is never picked up - only hears a machine sayin' they're busy. 3. When I said "cancel this order," it took eons for them to make a refund. If they sell high-priced medical gear, I expect high-level help. Shop Orthopedics lied, don't care, and made it hard to work with 'em. Y'all gonna say I'm kiddin', but I think they really sent my stuff to Luis down there like it said. What a mess they are! Give your money to 'nother store. Look at the bad reviews, y'all!

I ordered a boot for my 91 year old mother's surgery. It was critical that we have it before the surgery which I made clear in the comments section. I paid $53.90 for 1 day air. When the boot didn't arrive, I called repeatedly and consistently got a message that they were too busy to answer my call but that they would call back within 5 hours - that went on for days with no response from them. I was notified 5 days later that the boot had shipped. This was not true because, when the UPS driver came with the boot the next day, the shipping label said "ground"! His response when I told him the story and asked that he return it to sender..."Boy, somebody really screwed up"! In addition to all the problems this caused, I ruined my back lifting her everywhere until I had another boot for her. If you need something in a hurry - DO NOT use this company!
