Absolutely terrible company to deal with!
I have ordered two tops from ShopJeen and paid $50. When they finally arrived two months later they looked nothing like pictures. Material was rubbish and very thin. Customer service did not reply to my messages so it was impossible for me to get my refund.
Recently my sister purchased an iPhone case from these guys and never received a payment confirmation. She also tried to contact ShopJeen but it got her nowhere.
ShopJeen is the worst place to buy from! Do not waste your money here.

The worst services, which I have ever received. I emailed the company www.shopjeen.com and asked if they had all items in stock. And the rep confirmed, but when I didn’t get the items on time, he told me that these items were out of stock. I was surprised to hear it. But he assured me that I will get these items and nothing has happened. The company mislead customers and needs only money from them.
I need money back, but the company has problems with PayPal
Almost a year ago I have bought from the company www.shopjeen.com. But the company hasn’t delivered the order, so I asked to return my money back. I have waited 6 months and didn’t get the money back. When I spoke with the rep, he told me that there were problems with PayPal. He asked me to wait, but I didn’t want to do it. bad-quality and seller doesn't want to solve problems
Don’t buy from the website www.shopjeen.com. I bought three t-shirts and backpack, but the received items looked completely different as they were on the website. I emailed the seller and told him that it was unfair, but this guy didn’t care and started to ignore me. The quality was also bad and the t-shirts torn after couple of days. I highly recommend all users to avoid them.
The t-shirt was used and smelly
I ordered backpack and one t-shirt from the company www.shopjeen.com. It was terrible deal, because the backpack was ok, but the t-shirt was already used. I understood it, because the t-shirt had really specific smell of human body and sweat. It was disgusting. I wrote complaint to the seller, but he hasn’t even reacted. People, be careful, because they sell already used and bad-quality clothes.
