I live in this community and I never got my first bill
I live in this community and I never got my first bill. I made several payments, but they didn't process them even though I see them on my bank statement. They don't like to do anything online because they want people to miss payments. This is called h o a fraud. If you have the same problem, look up the 15A HOA fraud form for the county and file it.

Managment fix mail box that broke many times, but now it not fixed
Managment fix mail box that broke many times, but now it not fixed. I call them many times to fix it, but no luck. When I get package, I have to go to post office which waste gas and time. Sierra management not good at fixing things.
The trash at the dumpster at building 18 of ***, Las Vegas, NV *** (*** Association) got worse
The trash at the dumpster at building 18 of ***, Las Vegas, NV *** (*** Association) got worse. I contacted sierra management to call the Janitorial company to clean the trash. The trash may contain used needles and other dangers for health. Unfortunatley, the Janitorial company did not show up for three to four days. Imagine if somebody children play around and in contact with the needle and others in the dumpster area and infected with HIV, HEP C, and other deadly diseases? I will leave the answer for Sierra management. They did not do their job. Sierra management did not follow if the janitorial company do the job. I want sierra management to follow with a janitorial company and clean the trash as soon as possible. Our children's health is at risk due to dispersed trash and other health hazards in the trash.
This company is so bad at what they do
This company is so bad at what they do. They're not professional, they're mean, and they're scammers. Our HOA switched to Sierra Community Management and we didn't even know. So, our autopay got canceled. We got a letter saying we owed money. We tried to pay it all online, but the company blocked us and won't let us pay. We've been trying to get in touch with them for days, but they won't answer our calls or emails. Tracy won't unlock our account or talk to us. Now, we're getting collection notices? This is so stupid. We just want to pay and move on. It seems like this scamming company just wants to put everyone in collections. We found out that other people are having the same problem. If they don't do their job right, we'll take legal action.

I got a 2nd notice from HOA to remove the metal screen door
I got a 2nd notice from HOA to remove the metal screen door. I thought the old owner got permission & that's why it's on the door but nope. I'm cool with taking it down. I hit up Sierra on April 8th to let them know I never got the first letter and I don't check my mail much & that's why I'm late. I do everything online which is faster and better. Deja P said I needed to remove it so I did. Then I wanted to do some touch ups on the door and the stucco so I needed the paint colors. I sent an email to Christina G on 5/06 to let her know the metal screen door is gone and I need the paint colors to touch up the door and the stucco but no response. I hit her up because I talked to her before. Turns out, she doesn't handle Sedona anymore & she didn't even forward that email to whoever is in charge of Sedona. Maybe she did but no one replied to me. So I sent more emails on 5/20, 5/23, 5/25, and 6/03 to let them know I need the paint colors for both. Deja P replied twice saying "The paint color is *** and that's it. I said I need the paint colors of the door and the stucco. I'm so tired of Deja P cold, uninterested, careless and incomplete replies. I don't think this is Sierra Community Management's standards but I don't know how to get anyone else's attention. I'm a nice person, never complain about anything, and always try to help out my neighbors. If she doesn't care about the community, she should leave so someone nice can step in. I'm pretty sure I'm on the "black list" (LOL) because of the metal screen door so I want to finish the paint job and move on. I'm so done being frustrated.
7/22 stating that they are still waiting for the vendor to fix the light and apologizing for the delay
7/22 stating that they are still waiting for the vendor to fix the light and apologizing for the delay. It's frustrating that it has taken so long for this issue to be resolved, but at least there is communication now. As for the water leak, I still haven't heard anything back from Sierra Community Management. Overall, I think there needs to be better communication and follow-up from this management company. It's important for them to address issues in a timely manner and keep residents informed of progress.
