I ask the Chinese staff to check why RedOne charged me more when I pay bill, and I found out it was SST, it was totally fine for me for paying the SST, but your staff SAY it was STUPID if someone doesn't know about the SST!
I couldn't imagine how can I continue my RedOne package with this kind of service attitude, uttered the phrase with acid sarcasm!
I'm sorry to say that I will cancel my RedOne package until the contract expires.
