Skechers USA sandals-product #38086

I own many Skechers shoes purchased from various retail locations and I am usually quite happy with the wear/life of the shoes. However, I purchased a pair of sandals a number of years ago which I have worn less than 10 times and they have completely fallen apart (see picture attached). While not in use they are kept in their original box in a climate controlled closet. There was no apparent reason for them to break as I was even sitting still at the time it happened. This is not the quality I have come to know and expect from Skechers. Being a few years old and purchased out of state I really have no option to return them. I don't even remember the purchase price. Can you offer a discount or compensation of some kind since I will have to throw these barely worn shoes out?

Skechers USA twinkle toes light up kids shoes

Bought these shoes for my 5 yrs old daughter. Lights on one shoe stopped work within one hour when she wore them. Returned them to stop from which they were purchased. Something happened 3 times now.. three time of returning shoes, 3 times one shoe shopped lighting up. This is totally u acceptable. My daughter really liked these shoes but gets very upset when we have to keep returning them to the store for new ones...

Skechers USA 77222 blk slip proof

on October 13 2019 I was walking out of kitchen slipped in your shoes went to hospital and need specialist twisted leg; your shoes are not slip proof even though they say it. 2 other people at my job just bought the same shoes and they slid all over the place. I would like at phone call from a representative of your company at [protected] asap. I had to get mri and cat scan on injury.

Skechers USA cashiers

No assistance offered while looking for shoes. Asked questions and sales clerk was rude. Checking out was even worse. Two clerks up front and the first clerk told the other one you ring her up. No thank you no nothing if I wasn't tired I would've spent my money elsewhere. Super Sorry Service. I will not be returning Customer. I spent $48.70 that I deeply regret.

Skechers USA madison avenue inner city shoes

Hello, I purchased me shoes last weekend. Since then, I've worn my shoes a total of three. In that time, the shoe seam began to come undone. I am upset that these shoes couldn't even last me a week without the seam coming undone. I'm hoping to get the shoes replaced with a new pair. I can provide a receipt and pictures of where the seam came undone.

If you suffer from terrible foot pain and can't figure out why. IT'S YOUR SKECHERS! I have worn them for years and loved them. Refused to buy anything other brand. Well, they have ruined my feet. I wish I had figured it out years ago. Please stop buying from this company. They don't care!I have tried to contact them directly and they refuse to respond.

Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to lay down my grievance here.

I halted here just before going to National Consumer Redressal Forum in India with a hope that I might get justice.

I am being made to run from pillar to post since last 4 months... First 2 months to get my valid exchange for the damaged souls of my shoes which eventually I got (after a long series of emails to & from Sketchers Customer Care, India) as a new replacement of similar priced shoes AND later 2 months that have been proved futile till now and my helpless fight is still going on & on...

Sir, the souls of my Skechers shoes had developed identical cracks in both the feet in mirror pattern during the use for less than one month. Not only this, upon getting the exchange for a new pair of same mrp, the 2nd new pair again developed the similar cracks in both souls in the identical, mirror pattern BUT this time, Skechers people in India (Mr.Saurabh Baluja, CCE & Mr.Amit Gupta, ASM) are reluctant to allow me the exchange with the similar mrp price on the pretext that I can not be allowed the similar mrp product in exchange as I had my original purchase effected by "discount" offered by Sketchers.

Sir, if this is their ground of reluctance then how did they allowed me the exchange when the first damaged had occurred in June 2019.

From 16th.July, 2019, I have been requesting them almost daily (thru' written mails) to exchange my damaged shoes with a request that I should not be asked to forgo my discount offered by Skechers but they won't listen.

Even I am ready to get refund of my paid money from the Retail Stores so that I can again buy the discounted shoes from any online platform but they won't agree to this either.

Sir, this was the "discount" factor which inticed me to go for as costly a product as Skechers otherwise my financial position doesn't allow me to expense INR 5000+ for a shoe then how and why should I be asked to let go this discount when the fault is not mine.

Please believe me, its the manufacturing defect of the Skechers which have caused similer cracks in both the souls...not once but twice. The designer deep lines beneath the souls are so deep in nature that its only obvious that cracks will develop.

In fact, I should have been appreciated for bringing this fact to Skechers' knowledge but in contrast, I am victimized.

I saw your this platform just now and thought to give my case a try in hope of getting justice please.

If you so desire, I can enclose all my requests put in my enormous mails to Skechers Customer Care, India.

Though, I am enclosing the major snaps of the shoes alongwith the documentary evidences here also.

I request you to please help me out in this episode which is threatening to adopt an ugly shape and hampering your noble public image.
I should be allowed to get the exchange of similar mrp shoes OR if higher mrp is choosen by me, I am ready to pay the difference in 2 mrps... OR I may be refunded my money back which I had paid at the time of my original purchase.

Please mediate this matter at your end now becoz otherwise, this episode here in India has been locked in an unsettlable mode.

Sir,

Thanks for providing me the platform to disclose my long ordeal with the Skechers India Customer Care at which Mr.Saurabh Baluja is at helm as the 'Customer Care Executive' and ASM Sri Amit Gupta.

I had purchased one pair of black walking shoes GogaMax GoAir 2 on 30/12/2018 under a discount scheme then offered by Skechers India through a Retail Store named, "Reliance Footprint" at Rashbehari Mall, Kolkata.

I am a moderate Service holder person, recently retired and this was your "discount" factor only which inticed me to buy a shoe as reputable and costly as Skechers otherwise it is beyond my financial capacity to expense a whopping INR 5000 for a walking shoe.

That shoe developed identical & mirror pattern cracks in both of its souls within a month during its usual wear & tear and since then my long ordeal started.

After a prolong series of mails to & from Skechers Customer Care and personal contacts, it was only possible on 8th.June, 2019 that Skechers India allowed me a fresh exchange of SIMILAR MRP shoe for which I stay obliged till today.

But this matter didn't end here happily and got even worst. Astonishingly, the new pair of shoes again developed the same typed and mirror pattern cracks in both the souls within one month of its usual wear & tear. I had started my morning walk from 20th.June, 2019.

I first informed Sketchers India Customer Care on 16th.July, 2019 of these cracks and since then I have been subjected to run from pillars to post to get my logical reprieve. My sufferings are still on and getting intense day by day.

This time your Skechers India people are asking me to get a Credit Note of the discounted amount and buy any fresh pair after paying the difference amount of the new MRP of fresh shoes.

Whereas in the similar case, in 1st case, I was allowed to get the same MRP pair of new shoes.
As I narrated, it was your discount structure which gave me courage to buy a Skechers shoes, I kept on requesting them to allow me the exchange of similar or a bit lower MRP shoes but they stayed reluctant and are so till today.

Even I have requested them to refund me my paid money so that I could buy my shoes from any online portal at lucrative discount but they are not allowing this refund either.

In a nutshell, my humble stand is that I should not be asked to forfeit my discount when the 2-times develiped cracks are due to the manufacturing flaw of the Skechers.

Please pardon me if I sounded harsh but the fact is that the designer lines beneath the souls are so deep in nature that it is only obvious that they will invite cracks when put to use.

In spite of appreciating my observation and bringing this flaw to Skechers' notice, I am being victimized.

I was about to approach the Legal way and contact the Indian National Consumer Grievance Forum for this but saw your this platform on the internet and thought it just to give this way a try at least with a hope that you might pull me out of this ugly situation please.

Sir, please help me out by allowing any one of my following two requests..

(1) A fresh exchange of similar MRP shoe be
allowed; if any higher MRP shoe is choosen
by me, I am ready to pay the difference
between two MRPs.
(2) My paid money be allowed to be refunded.

Sir, when the fault is not mine, why should I be asked to let go my discount. Had this discount been not there, I wouldn't have purchased this shoe please.

And, how can Skechers India belie its own precedent of allowing me the similar MRP shoe last time when the similar ctacks had developed.

If you so desire, I can enclose my enormous mails to/from the Customer Care of Skechers India alongwith the relevant documents too.

By the way, I am enclosing herewith some major snaps of the shoe and documents as well.

Can you please help me get out of this mess Sir..
I will be ever grateful to you for this..
I have now my all hopes pinned on you..
Please mediate for good..

Skechers USA memory foam women's shoes

I work in retail and am on my feet 8+ hours a day. For the past 5 years I have been wearing Style #SN22527 and was pleased with the comfort.
I recently ordered Style #SN23028 from Academy Sports because I was told I needed to wear a 1/2 size larger. The memory foam in this style was NOT what I expected. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I SPENT MONEY ON SHOES THAT I CAN'T WEAR! My feet & especially my heals have hurt extremely bad after work.
I also have an associate that wears Skechers mens with memory foam and said they were not happy with the comfort either.
I would like a refund of $60 or a style # that compares to #SN22527

Skechers USA relaxed fit easy going latte

I purchased a pair of Relaxed FIt Easy Going Latte shoes/slide ons...They are a faux furish lined suede winter slip on... i was disappojnted to see that they have a plastic sole not rubber liked youd expect in a winter shoe... when i went out into the wet weather with them i was slipping and sliding all over and nearly fell a few times... Whats the point of making a winter shoe you cant use in winter? Imagine if it was snow? id be face first into the ice! This company has gone downhill in the last few years... this will be the last pair i buy from them after years of buying their airwalkers and other slip on sneakers... they are cutting corners on materials and it shows! shame!

Skechers USA sketcher 50125eww

I have only had these sketchers for 2 months and the toe is separately from the sole...this is crazy and have never had a pair of sneakers fall apart so quickly. I love sketchers because of wide foot and comfort. They also look nice for business casual environment. But I might have to look elsewhere. As you can see in the picture, the sole detached from the fabric

Skechers USA footwear

Hi I bought two pairs of skechers from an out let last year in skegness.. I love them but both pairs have come apart at the seams near the toes on both left and right .. one pair I have hardly worn . I bought them for comfort but at for the price I paid I wolud have expected more wear from them . They are ruined as the material has come away from the rubber bit . Skechers USA customer service

On Tuesday, July 16, 2019 I tried to order three pairs of sneakers but had difficulty with my wifi so I could not complete the order. On Wednesday, July 17, 2019 I went back to my shopping cart and was able to complete the transaction. When I went to apply my Flash code it would not give me the discount. As per the transaction the code had expired. I called customer service and waited 20 minutes for someone to help me. I explained the situation and the guy said that the discount expired and there was nothing that could be done. Every time I asked a question he just kept repeating the same line. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me that the supervisor could not do anything. I once again asked to speak to a supervisor and he laughed and said hold on. After being on hold for a significant amount of time he informed me that the supervisor was busy and could not speak to me. I asked him why he laughed at me when I asked for the supervisor and he said oh I laughed at something else. He then informed me that "when I talk to you I have other things to do at the same time and papers to work on and that is what I was laughing at." He took down my name and number and said the supervisor would call me back. Today is Saturday 7/20 and I have heard not heard from anyone. I guess this guy has no clue what customer service. I have been wearing Skechers for years and love the shoes but I don't like being treated like a piece of dirt by Customer Service.

Skechers USA poor quality shoes

Bought sketches work slip resistant shoes SN:77130. They are very comfortable but both shoes split on the outer edge where the upper meets the sole. Very disappointing as I paid a nice price expecting quality. They are still great shape other than this. I have noticed by other complaints that this is a common problem with this shoeNot sure where to go to get satisfaction.

Skechers USA men sandals

Bought a pair of men Skechers Sandals we got the end of January 2019 the end of June of 2019 broken can not wear them at all we are very un happy because my hole family likes Skechers but if this is going to keep happening we will be going to someone else I paid good money for shoes if I am only going to 6 months wear then I need new Company for shoes

Skechers USA skechers shoes with memory foam

I bought the shoes and absolutely loved them so even bought 2 more pair (different colors). In less than two weeks I noticed that where the sole connects they were starting to peel and come apart! Usually I wouldn't complain but paying $60 for a pair of shoes I'd think they'd not start tearing up so quickly and now I'm afraid to start wearing the other 2 pairs I bought in fear of them doing the same thing, seeing how they are the same shoes just different colors! I've always loved Skechers but it's definitely unacceptable for this issue...

Skechers USA skechers golf shoes - stitching on a seam came apart

Purchased a pair of skecher golf shoes April 2017. I live in upstate ny i.e. we have short golf season. A seam on one of the shoes came apart. It did not rip, the stitching came undone. I sent the shoes to skechers and they determined my golf shoes were excessively worn and they will not replace the shoes. These golf shoes cost $123, I own 3 other pairs of skechers, needless to say I am done with skechers. Also note my hold time on my 1st inquiry was 38 minutes, 2nd inquiry 49 minutes & 3rd inquiry 24 minutes. Obviously skechers does not like talking to people. After my 2nd chat with a skechers CS I was told someone would get back to me by end of business that day. 2 days later no call back. Fair warning to all, skechers has a quality issue and they do not stand behind their products.

No photos are needed I sent skechers my pair of defective golf shoes.

Skechers USA work shoes

Skecher work shoes that are black, that have slip resistant soles. They are very comfortable shoes. Seen this is one of the complaints from others as well. These shoes are still in excellent condition other than these soles coming apart. The soles on the bottom are hardly even worn. The leather is still in excellent condition. Both sole came apart at the same time for no apparent reason.

Skechers USA poor quality

I bought a pair of skechers on 28 Dec 2018.
I bought them for my work shifts as a floor associate and I am on my feet all day.
The sole of the one shoe has come loose.
Macy's South Park mall Charlotte has a 45 day return policy.
Will you please authorise the return or replacement of these shoes.
My Nike trainers nearly 2 years old have not done this!

Skechers USA skechers go walk sneakers

While on a vacation trip to Australia/New Zealand, my new Skechers ‘Go Walk' sneakers caused me to stumble several times, but I was always able to catch myself. Then on April 2, 2019, shortly after we got to the Auckland, New Zealand airport to return home, I stumbled again on these same sneakers and was thrown to my face; bruising my foot, my knee, and breaking the Radius and Ulna on my left wrist -- badly crushing those bones. At the time, I was simply walking through the airport on a smooth surface. The airport medical team put a splint on my arm and, as we were only minutes from departure, we decided to wait until we got to Sidney, Australia to go to the emergency room for further treatment. When we got to Sidney, I was not willing to leave the airport to go to the hospital, and I elected to continue on to the Albuquerque NM for further care no matter how much pain I was in. This turned out to be the correct call—because they couldn't have just set my wrist, as it required a surgical procedure before it could be immobilized in a cast. The surgery left me with a plate, 6 screws, and 2 temporary pins in my wrist just to put it back together. Now (7 weeks later), I am still in a lot of pain and will likely require extensive therapy once the last brace is removed for good. I will be returning the shoes to the store and requesting the ‘Go Walk' brand of sneakers be removed from the shelf to prevent someone else from having a like experience or worse. I found a number of Internet reviews of serious tripping incidents just like mine while wearing certain types (including ‘Go Walk') of Skechers shoes.

Skechers USA skechers work

I buy skechers work every 6 months. For the last 15 yrs. This pair of shoes fell apart within a few weeks. I didn't change environment at all. I'm not buying anymore. You have lost a customer. I buy them from shoe carnival in Jacksonville fla. And I will try other brands now as a result. Never have I had your shoes made as poor as these were.
Can I get this issue fixed 75 dollars might not be much to some but it is to me
