Skechers USA memory foam shoes

After wearing shoes 8-9 times inside material/ foam is coming apart.
The material is folded over and now is very uncomfortable.
Sport memory foam shoes should last longer than a few weeks!

Skechers USA Skechers Arch Fit Shoe

After buying their Arch Fit shoe I have fell twice in two months, Sept. 7th and Oct. 13th, 2021. I'm afraid to wear this shoe anymore.

The first time was while walking on the sidewalk outside our hotel. I just fell forward for no reason. There was no debris on the sidewalk, and it was not wet or slippery. I was lucky and not seriously hurt, just a busted lip and scrap below my mouth and a bruised and swollen hand.

The second time, only a month later, happened after walking on the inside walking track. While turning to get off track I stumped my toe but couldn't stop and kept going forward and fell. Unfortunately, my face hit a medal bar when I fell. My cheek bone-eye socket bone was fractured and swollen, and there was bleeding on my brain. Fortunately, the bleeding on my brain has healed on its own, and my cheek-eye socket bone is healing good.

It was after falling the second time in two months in the same new shoe that I thought the arch fit shoe must be the reason for the falls. I wrote Skechers customer service who told me to write their legal dept. As of today, Jan. 12th, 2022, I still haven't received a reply from Skechers legal dept. It would be good if they would pay for my ambulance and hospital bills. I haven't worn this arch fit shoe again and haven't fallen again.

I too was seriously injured by wearing Skechers Arch Support sneakers. Last December 2021 I broke my left foot when my foot bent over the foot bed due to the flimsy upper shoe material. I should have threw them in the garbage then! I put one of the sneakers on my good foot and the boot cast on the other and the same thing happened. I broke my right foot the same way. My foot bent in over the foot bed again!

Skechers USA Toddler athletic shoes

We bought these for my granddaughter 3 weeks ago for $54. Size 6 toddler. This is the second pair of this type. Both pairs had the Velcro strap separate soon after purchase. The glitter is also coming off. She does not wear these shoes daily but they look like they are years old. She does not go outside with them at all. I just think for that money, this should not be happening. Thank you.

Skechers USA Walking tennis shoes

I have always bought your walking shoes as I have to be on my feet at work. I bought thru Amazon, a white pair size 9 1/2 walking shoes, and I have had no under 6 months. And the back where my heel goes is worn already and has rubbed a sore on the back of my heel.
I have bought your shoes for the last 10 years, and have never had them fall apart so soon.
I would appreciate either a new pair or a refund, as I am not sure if it just happened to this pair or what. But, I invest my money in shoes I know will last.

just wondering did you buy from the sketchers amazon account new or used? if it wasn't from sketchers themself then you might have gotten a used pair. i never heard of factory new shoes falling apart that quickly.

Skechers USA Sandals

I bought two pairs of Sketchers sandals. A pair of golf ones in blue and a pair of GogaMat in black. I have bought
sketchers sandals for many years without a complaint.
I bought both the middle of October via the websit.
The black pair is unwearable at this point (less then 2 months) as they have stretched out so much.
I called the customer complaint about it and was told. "look they will just say that they were overused, I can offer you a 35% discount on another pair.
NOPE. These are not cheap sandals. I would expect that they would last more then 2 months.

Skechers USA Men’s loafer

This shoe was faulty. Only had it 3 weeks. Took it back to the store where we bought it. Had my bank debit transaction but no receipt. Manager was extremely rude! Would NOT refund out money to the card we purchased the shoes with….. there are NO… I replete NO size 13 in the entire store.. he made us take a gift card? How can you not refund our money when you have NO shoes that he can replace the faulty ones with?

Skechers USA Skechers sport women's premium-premix slip-on sneaker

These shoes are garbage. I spent almost $80.00 and won't buy them anymore. The material, which is faux leather, peals and cracks if the shoe gets moister on it, then they look old forever.
Also, there is no heel or ball of feet support. I can hardly walk when I get home from walking for just a couple of hours, that's how low quality these shoes are now.
I want my money back!

Desired outcome: I want three new pairs of shoes for the wasted money I spent on the three pairs of sketchers I bought in the last two years

Skechers USA Return a pair skechers arch fit to moreno valley ca,

return-ed a pair of skerchers arch fit shoes to Skechers Factory outlet, 298000 Eucaptus Ave Morenovalley Ca, on9/17/2021.and paid for shipping, I called the store, and they recived the shoes, but They did not get refunded. they have shoes and out shipping and the money, 89.26 dollars, they were sold on ebay, no they did not help either, because didn't use there shipping label.don't
buy from vanngu 3853. I would never buy from them, I live on fixed income, now out money, no shoes NOT HAPPY.

Skechers USA Shoes

I bought 3 pairs of shoes from Alexandria, Egypt, city-center branch at a discount of 35 % each.

As per promotion then

Buy one get 15%
Buy two get 25%
Buy three, get 35%

And I had a quality problem with one of the shoes as the leather peeled off. So I took it back to the branch and they gave me a quality control receipt with a number: 05780, in 10/09/2021

And they said they will be calling me, I waited till then and finally I received a call after maybe one month and half

They told me that I can come and exchange the shoes,

So I went to the branch and I picked another model and I was surprised that they will not give me my 35% discount as the promotion ended.

But it's not my problem if the promotion is still available or not

I'm exchanging the shoes regarding a quality issue, which is not my problem

I have no hand in it,

And I bought 3 pairs to use the promotion back then.

And when I tried to explain to the branch manager there called Mr. Ahmed (has very bad attitude)

He said that this is the company policy

And all he can do for me is giving me back the money I paid for the returned shoes and also, he will deduct the 10% on each other pairs.

And I asked if I can reach his manager or someone from the quality team, he said I cannot, and he is the only one who can help.

I didn't take the money and I'm waiting for someone to call me.

Skechers USA Bob’s memory foam skecher’s

I purchased these on Friday. Went on a mini-trip Sunday-Tuesday, and worse these without bringing additional shoes. After about 6 hours (mostly in the car) I felt like a pebble was in my shoe. It wasn't. The discomfort continued and I noticed a metal wire was sticking straight into my foot from the insole of the shoe. My insole and foot were bloody. As I had no other shoes with me, I had to walk around for two days being constantly stuck by a metal wire. My foot bled continuously and I need a tetanus shot, and suspect my foot may be infected. These shoes ruined my trip. As an ER RN, I always wear Skecher's to work, but will rethink so moving forward.

Desired outcome: Replacement, PCP visit covered for tetanus shot, credit for additional pair

Skechers USA Skechers / shape-ups size 8 made in china

My daughter bought shoes for my christmas about 3 years ago. I wore them for a couple months. I had a problem with my leg and decided not to wear them for a while. I decided to wear them again, when started my walking again. The sole was coming off and the rubber between the sole and top of shoe was disintegrating. Upper portion of shoe is in excellent condition. Shoes were kept in my closet away from moisture or extreme heat. Is this a common problem with this series of SKETCHERS brand of shoe?

Skechers USA Skechers arch fit

I bought a pair of the new arch fit skechers from an outlet store. 4 months later, inside the shoe next to where my pinkie toe is ripped. Every time I walk my toe rubs against it and it's rough even with wearing socks. It hurts too much to even keep wearing it. I'm very disappointed since I always buy skechers and never had a problem until I bought this style.

Skechers USA 51866EWW/GYBK men’s 10.5

I purchased a pair of sketchers at Kohl's 51866EWW for 6499 and the left shoe appears to have a defective toe stitching it's bulging inside after wearing three or four times I wear this pair it bothers my toes
I've had three or four pair of the exact same shoe and I've never had a problem I think you sent out defective pair of shoes .

Skechers USA Skechers sneakers

I bought two pairs of skechers sneakers ($100) and haven't worn them in awhile when I put them on today both pairs fell apart. It is like the foam on the bottom of the shoe just deteriorated. How can that be?

I have New Balance, Niki, and Asics sneakers that are well over 5 years old and they do not have any defects of this sort or wear and I am wearing them every day.

You have a terrible product and I expect a refund on both pairs of shoes.

Skechers USA Shoe inserts have possible dangerous chemical

The Sketchers shoes I had ordered came today and I unpacked them, placing the inserts (they look like shoe molds) on the floor. It appeared they are made of a lightweight cardboard, very thin. My two cats sat by them and within 15 minutes both of them started throwing up repeatedly. They appear fine now and I've gotten the inserts out of my house but the public should be aware there is a dangerous chemical contained in these inserts. What if a child had put them in their mouth?! More chemical oversight is needed. I am now wondering what chemicals are in the shoes?!

Desired outcome: Test the cardboard inserts for chemicals.

I like Skechers shoes an$ I always shop from that store I asked her about the price
Buy one get one 50% off she said it's no more, and very rude and I said what's the deal now.
She looked at the shoes and said nothing. The same price I told her it's should be something.
She said listen it is what it is. And she pull up her shoulder and walk away from me..

Skechers USA Service in Tupelo Mississippi

I bought a pair of sandals on 19/5/2021 and requested that they get me another pair from another store.

Yesterday I received a phone call from the store requesting me to bring the shoes in, since UPS confused mine and those of another lady and it needed to be switched out.

I said I cannot come in maybe for another week since I have my own business.

I suggested that they contact UPS to fix the problem since they made the mix-up. She kept me on the phone for about 15 minutes.

The lady that called me said they have my shoes in the store

My husband had to go into town this morning and I asked him if he would do us a favor and take the shoes in and bring mine back. I gave him the receipt to show proof of purchase.

He called me from the store, saying the lady does not know about my shoes. She kept him waiting while she helped other customers.

He called me twice. The second time I talked to the lady who put me on hold so that she could service other customers.

I told my husband to request my money back and call it quits.

Then, when they finally figured out what was going on, she told him my shoes is not there and they cannot give me a credit, since it was delivered from a different store.

Then they expected from us to come back to the store to pick the right shoes up!

This is totally unprofessional behavior. The audacity makes me want to put the whole incident on my social media.

I ordered the shoes from Tupelo sketchers, so they should have been able to give me a credit.

They did not only waste my time yesterday and today, but they also wasted an hour of my husband's time.

They discriminated against both of us by servicing other customers that came after him in front of us, instead of sorting the issue out.

That was totally unacceptable!

He was doing them a favor! Now one of us have to go back to the store again and get the right shoes. That is completely unacceptable.

Skechers USA defective pair of shoes / exchange

I am a customer for years. I bought 2 pair of walking shoes on 03/19/2021.
I used both pair of shoes, one pair looks defective. It becomes unbalanced while walking.
I took it back to the store and explained to one of the supervisor and asked for exchange. the supervisor refused to help me and I was told that she can't help me because I wore the shoes. I requested that I found the problem after using the shoes and need exchange not a refund. she was very unfriendly and refused to resolve the issue .
I am very disappointed this kind of treatment from such a big company.

Skechers USA Skechers Slip-Resistant Work Footwear

My client, Kestutis Remoska (DOB 9/21/1972), saw an ad for your slip resistant work footwear. He specifically sought out, located a local retailer, and purchased a new pair of your "Slip-Resistant Work Footwear" on February 23, 2021 to provide traction at work, especially with the usual snow and ice encounters in Cook County, Illinois. Prior to his injury, he worked as a auto transport driver, shipping cars by truck between locations. His CDL is now useless, as he is physically incapable of driving.

The very first time he wore them, 2/27/2021, he slipped and fell on black ice while walking his small dog on a public street. (there are no public sidewalks in that area) There were no apparent defects in the road. The sole cause of his injury was the total lack of traction.

As a result of your product providing no traction at all, he suffered multiple comminuted fractures of his (L) ankle, requiring internal fixation (surgical intervention). He cannot bear weight for 8-12 weeks. He has lost his job, cannot work, cannot drive, has no health insurance and suffers from acute and intense pain. Given the circumstances, his only recourse is a products liability/ false advertising suit against Skechers. We have a video immediately after the fall.

He received emergency care at Palos Community Hospital, and underwent his first surgery at Stroger Center (Cook County Hospital), another surgery may be necessary to further stabilize the joint. I've requested the pre and post-op x-rays.

Brand new footwear, advertised and sold with multiple written promises the package that they are slip-resistant, a disabling, permanent injury, and our only possible recovery will be against the manufacturer, namely Skechers USA.

I have hired a consultant who I believe will opine the tread design was poor, and the advertising and packaging promises constitute false advertising. Rather than filing suit immediately, (it typically takes 3 yrs from filing to verdict in Cook County, Illinois) we hope to settle this matter informally now, given the severe financial problems this event has caused my client.

I am confused as to why is Skechers open to process transactions, send email promotions but they're closed to ship out the products, answer customer service inquiries, and answering emails. What kind of business are you running here?
