The process is very quick and easy have a PDF of your last pay stub and driver's license and this process can literally be done in a half an hour and the funds will be sent providing you are approved. I have now had two loans through skycap and on my first one they weren't able to help me with the full amount but we're still able to get me some funding very flexible even with bad credit.
Very helpful and the person I talked with was really helpful and friendly

I became a customer inadvertently after buying an *** mattress, and after paying for a while on the mattress, SkyCap offered to payout the mattress financing and give me a loan to do that plus some cash for Christmas. I am very pleased with the process start to finish with them. This loan will also help me repair my credit and it would seem that my proving my ability to make payments is what got me the loan. Very happy.

This is a typical high-interest loan service
This is a typical high-interest loan service. Firstly they are not clear about making a hard credit inquiry on your credit report. Secondly, the interest rate goes all the way till 39.9%. Thirdly, I told them that I am not interested in the loan anymore and they kept calling me and leaving me messages. My situation is that I want to repair my credit rating. Yours might be different, but I hope you don't get sucked into these type of loan shark contracts.

I called Skycap Financial today, unfortunately, I can't recall the name of the lady I spoke with however I have dealt with the staff on a few occasions and I find them to be very friendly and courteous. They took the time to explain to me all of the answers to my questions and even walked me through how to use their website so I can monitor my account. In my experience, while still in the process of learning how to use certain applications, I found the staff to be very patient and thorough with their explanations. This is the key to great communication skills to bridge the gap to technology. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

*** is quick, helpful and informative
is quick, helpful and informative. Yes they try to add extra stuff onto your loan but communicate that these are OPTIONAL and can opt out if you contact them. They are straightforward with what they are offering you and money is in your account within a day (this is also made clear to you before signing the loan). This is the first company that didn't try to sell me a credit score correction service through paying them $50 monthly in the hopes I may be able to get a loan in *** months time. This is also a good option if you have an okay but not perfect credit score (note, I do make a lot of monthly income). Now I can move out of a bad home situation thanks to their help.

Quick and fairly easy approval process
Quick and fairly easy approval process...BUT...I really hope everyone actually READS the documents sent to them... I received an approval for $1500. $33 a month for 36 months...WITH their "insurance" which almost doubles the payment amount. I right away refused the insurance. Sounded good until I received the documents...after all of their "fees" and 39.9% interest...my Cost of Borrowing would be just over $1800..? WHAT? THAT'S INSANE! I was told NO FEES after (asking several times what the additional costs were) cuz NOBODY loans money for free...and it's an "open" loan...well yeah because they make sure you pay for it in ridiculous amounts... Not worth it by any means. There are way better options out there for sure.

Horrible experience from this company
Horrible experience from this company. It happened around Christmas 2016. I called Skycap Financial from a posting on ***. I spoke to a gentleman who offered me a CREDIT SLAB (which was completely useless). I had never received an agreement. The guy was very rude and persistent in me signing a phony contract. To this very day, Skycap Financial posted their name on my credit report. They contacted me until 2017 saying they want their money.

The item they sold me u can purchase in *** for a fraction iof the price I tried to get out of this the day the bed arrived they refused , they took money out of my account twice in a month causing the first time a nsf because the money was not there I had spoken to a representative and was assured there would Be no issue , they then hit my account again when I had called again and spoke with them They told me my item would take a year to pay off now they have it down for three years 3700 for a roll up bed a single bed 78 bucks a month there crooks they lie and they take Money and cause issues they promise things and do not stick with there word there horrible please do not use this place or trust them I promise u are doing yourself the best thing u can
Skycap financial are thieves!
Skycap financial are thieves! They offered to advise me on what was to be a proposal towards my creditors and how I should deal with them and my credit I was sent a cheap lousy tablet that didn't even work and when it did work it was like having dial up internet! I never agreed to pay them a dime and they have placed my so called account into the credit bureau at a whopping $2345.00 as an open account showing that I've never made a payment which I haven't and never will give them a payment they never consulted me on anything that had anything to do with my creditors and miraculously they think that charging someone 140 dollars a month for providing no service to me whatsoever is appropriate! Imagine a company offering to help you consult your creditors and turning around and harming your credit by accusing you of owing almost $2500.00 for absolutely nothing?! Thats a joke! Shame on you SKYCAP FINANCIAL!

I don't think they are any good or honest they had the nerve to put a bad report on my mother's credit file that seem to always change date and go up part in ridulous amount of interest supposedly a $750 loan turned into $7,900 from sept 2015 till now. Regardless the factor my mother contacted them to inquire how exactly did the give her this supposed loan when she's never even heard of them did not have any ID or even a bank accounts since 2004.! She verified herself and it matched what they had on file but rather then admit or accept that they obviously were defrauded by someone using my mother's information the refuse to accept it and continued to remain on her file BECAUSE even though she matched the file and told them she hasn't had any ID or a bank account she could nt verify the name of the email address they had on file for her ***? How is some one going to be able to know the email address they have on file on application they did not make for a loan they didn't apply for from a company they heard of before? Now it even gets trippyer my mother passed away in January this year..and I'm taking a little dealing with things . but even thou I notified these people they still refuse to listen ..all and all and places like these really have to start doing their job right ...I carry the same name as my mother but obviously different birth year .these maggots latch themselves on to application for credit of any kind. I fill out an application and of course these idiots soon enough start their annoying phone call after phone call looking for my dead mother...is this an evasion of privacy have these people have no shame ..

In February , I began applying for a **** mattress and was redirected to Skycap Financial
In February , I began applying for a *** mattress and was redirected to Skycap Financial. They approved my application, and the mattress arrived on March 23. However, I never received a copy of the contract. Instead, I received an email stating that the total amount would be $2600. According to ***, it was supposed to be $1200 for the principal amount, and then interest would be added. I was told that if I paid earlier, I wouldn't have to pay as much interest. However, today they informed me that this is not the case, and they have been misleading me. I only discovered last week how much they were overcharging me.
I got a mattress from Skycap Financial about a year ago
I got a mattress from Skycap Financial about a year ago. I've been making monthly payments of $120. However, they mistakenly charged me twice in one month. As someone on disability with a fixed income, this has caused some financial strain. Now they're claiming I still owe them over $2000. I find their interest rates to be quite high. It's disappointing that a $1200 mattress could end up costing me $4000 due to what seems like false advertising. I believe their practices are dishonest and unfair, taking advantage of people like me who are already struggling.
I agreed to have this company find contacts so I can pay off my debts
I agreed to have this company find contacts so I can pay off my debts. They tried to collect money, asking for unreasonable amounts. I specifically agreed to pay $75 twice a month and for them to waive all fees. They are not responding to my last email, explaining what I can afford now after the inconvenience I had to experience that affected my quality of life. I am frustrated because I discovered that these collectors are the reason why they can't get a hold of me.

I got a loan for $1500 from SkyCap Financial to buy an "o" mattress
I got a loan for $1500 from SkyCap Financial to buy an "o" mattress. They promised to provide me with an app and a legal team to assist with my debt. However, they only delivered the mattress and nothing else. To make matters worse, they started taking double payments from my account. When I asked why I wasn't receiving any debt help, all they did was damage my debt with NSF fees. I tried to cancel the loan, but they refused because I didn't fulfill my part of the agreement. Now they're chasing me for $15,000. How is this fair for a customer like me who is trying to improve their credit? This company is fraudulent.
I was gonna buy a mattress from SkyCap Financial 'cause they said it's only 9.99 per week
I was gonna buy a mattress from SkyCap Financial 'cause they said it's only 9.99 per week. But when I checked, it actually costs 54.00 per month. So, I decided to cancel before it gets delivered. I called them up and they said they'll give my money back once they get the confirmation email. I got the email on June 22 and waited for my money. I waited for a whole week and then called them again. They told me it takes 10 business days to get the refund. I waited some more, but still nothing. So, I started calling them every day. But all I hear from the customer service people is that they need to hear back from the payments department. I even sent them two refund requests and an email, but got no response. On July 10, I asked to talk to a manager. The girl said she'll email the manager and they'll get back to me. But, surprise surprise, they didn't do that. I'm getting really annoyed and my patience is running out. Thanks.
I seen an ad for a matress offer so I called and signed up
I seen an ad for a matress offer so I called and signed up. I waited for the product but it never came. I called customer service and they told me it was on its way. Well, 2 weeks later, I seen a box thrown on my front lawn. I was curious so I went to check it out. It was a bed frame with my name sort of on it. When I opened it, there was no matress inside. I called and complained about how they delivered the bed frame and asked where my matress was. They said it was delivered, but I haven't received anything except for a box thrown on my lawn. Luckily, it didn't get swiped by anyone. They didn't believe me and thought I was lying or something. They said it wasn't possible. I told them it clearly happened and the delivery service should be punished. They said they would look into it, but in a really rude way. And then, I didn't hear anything for a whole month.
I saw an ad for a company called Skycap Financial that claimed they could help improve credit scores
I saw an ad for a company called Skycap Financial that claimed they could help improve credit scores. I decided to give it a try and signed up. They took $149.00 from my account within a week. But then I read some negative things about the company and got scared. I didn't want to be involved with them anymore. I cancelled right away and called my bank to make sure they couldn't take any more money from me. I found out later that Skycap Financial is the same as the company I signed up with. They are now reporting negative things on my credit report, making it look like I didn't pay a loan from them. But I never had a loan with them or the other company. I've tried contacting them many times to get them to stop reporting, but they won't listen. I really need them to remove themselves from my credit report and fix the negative things they keep saying about me every month.
In 2016, I tried to get a car loan
In 2016, I tried to get a car loan. During the call, I got transferred to someone who was supposed to help me with my credit. They said they would give me advice on dealing with my creditors, like calling them and offering to pay a lower amount. But they never actually helped me talk to my creditors or provided any services that were worth the money they claim I owe them. They've been charging me $149 a month for services I never received. When I tried to cancel with them because they didn't do anything to improve my credit, they threatened to garnish my wages! On my credit report, the bill is listed as an open account with a balance of $2345. I never signed anything saying I would owe them $149 a month. It was all done over the phone, and I spoke to three different people during that first call. Eventually, I ended up talking to Skycap Financial, who never gave me a loan or offered any services. Today, my employer called me and said they were contacted by Skycap Financial, who told them to garnish my wages until I paid off this supposed debt. I never received any court documents saying my wages would be garnished. They told my employer they would send a letter explaining the situation, but I haven't seen anything. If I never signed anything or borrowed any money from them, how can they ask my employer to take money from my paycheck? I told them back in 2016 that I wasn't interested in their services, but they've been harassing me ever since. Now, they've gone and contacted my employer without any valid reason, and it's making my life a living hell! I never used their services, I canceled them, and now they're threatening to send me to collections.

So, i made a purchase with a company, then later realized I could no longer make payments. Due to being a mother who’s only source of income is my child’s monthly tax. I have emailed said company, explaining Why I cancelled because I couldn’t make payments. Well I’ve just looked over my bank account and they still continue to take out of my account. Over the phone, the representative did not mention any thing other than that I was approved for a mattress!

Skycap Financial is reporting on my credit report that I supposedly have an unpaid “third party loan” of almost $5000 but I never applied for a loan with them or anyone else for that matter. I have spoken to them over the phone, they claim I did but when I asked for them to send me proof they sent me forms that were not only signed by electronically copy and pasting but IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MY SIGNATURE...in fact my last name wasn’t even spelled correctly! I want this removed from my credit report and this *** business shut down!

I had spoken with a lady over the phone in regards to an order that I had cancelled with **** Mattress
I had spoken with a lady over the phone in regards to an order that I had cancelled with *** Mattress. By the end of our conversation, she assured me I would receive a refund within ten business days for the funds withdrawn from my account for $*** by Skycap financial and I would be receiving a call from her Supervisor within the following 24-48 hours in order to receive a letter to forward to my bank regarding the NSF fees for the initial payment attempts going through the wrong checking account. On 21 August there was a deposit into my checking account from Skycap, although it was only $*** This leaves another $*** that I should have received. I also have yet to receive a call from any employee of Skycap regarding the letter needed for my bank. After contacting Skycap once again, I received a letter stating that the funds were taken from the wrong account in their error and not that of my own. The individual went on to explain that the remainder of the payment of $*** had been deducted to cover the fees of two returned payments. Even though they admitted they were at fault, I was to be held accountable. After speaking with my bank about the letter that was provided by Skycap, they had confirmed what I had already thought and they were not going to refund those NSF fees of $*** each. I t would be the responsibility of Skycap to provide this refund. Skycap has refused obligation to provide refund of two NSF charges totaling $*** from the bank as well as two returned payment fees from them of $*** each even after admitting to their error. The combines total of these charge is $

I applied online for a $500 loan to help rebuild my credit last Monday, May 18th
I applied online for a $500 loan to help rebuild my credit last Monday, May 18th. I chose SkyCap as it popped up as a recommendation on ***. A loan adjuster named *** called me on Tuesday and advised I was approved for a $1500 loan. She was very pushy for me to sign the paperwork. The underwriter *** also emailed me following up on me signing the documents. I had questioned *** on a Home and Auto Benefit that was listed on the documents. I told her the benefits were not useful during the current Pandemic. I also was questioning the LPP coverage as there seemed to be a lot of red tape if I needed to access it. She made it seem as though they were included in my bi-weekly payment of $57.58 so I signed the documents. On Wednesday May 20th, I had $1073.12 deposited in my bank account from SkyCap Financial. I thought the rest of it to total the $1500 I was told I was approved for would be deposited the following morning but it wasn't. I called *** on Thursday (May 21st) morning to ask why only $1073.12 was deposited, that is when she told me the other $426.88 was for the Home and Auto Benefit. The same one I had called and questioned her about the day before and before I signed any documents. I was not happy and wanted to cancel the benefit. She gave me the phone number of the company who offered the benefit as I had to cancel directly through them. They cancelled the plan and said they would be mailing me a check for the full amount of $426.88 but that it may take up to 30 days to arrive as it was coming from Florida. I called *** back and asked to also cancel the LPP benefit as I did not wish to keep it. I had 30 days to cancel it. *** the Underwriter *** sent me a form to cancel the LPP coverage and email back to her which I did. On Friday I tried to email *** and follow up to confirm she received my cancellation document and to confirm what my new bi-weekly payments would be but she did not reply to me. I then tried to call her but was transferred to *** who told me *** was very busy. I requested new documents with the LPP coverage removed to be emailed to me so I could have a paper copy of the change and also my new bi-weekly amount. *** was hesitant and said she saw the change reflected on her end and my new bi-weekly payment amount would be $39.22. I again asked for a new document to be sent to me for my records to which I was told I would have by Monday May 25th. I did not receive the documentation I requested so I again emailed *** and tried to call her but was transferred to . She told me again they were very busy and had never dealt with this situation before and was waiting for guidance. I did not receive the documentation today or a reply when I followed up with ***.
