I ordered things from Taobao. My parcel reached Skynet warehouse on 3 October 2017. My delivery address was at Putrajaya, Selangor. On 4 October, I tracked my parcel was at Skynet Sepang, but not out for delivery. I called Skynet Sepang and they said my parcel was not at their delivery area, so they would transfer my parcel to Skynet Kajang on the same day. On the next day, 5 October 2017, I called Skynet Sepang, they said my parcel already send to Skynet Kajang yesterday and they advised me to call Skynet Kajang. Thus, I called Skynet Kajang for my parcel and Skynet Kajang said they hadn't receive my parcel. In the end, where is my parcel? Please be responsible toward customer as we already paid for the service. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed and furious at the very poor service that was provided by Skynet. The parcel contained clothes that we wanted to wear for our religious festival of Eid. When the parcel was sent from Karachi it was promised to us that the parcel would get to our door on Wednesday; the latest Thursday, therefore in time for Eid which was on the Friday. I spent multiple hours on the phone speaking to Skynet customer services in London and the sub company Yodel only to find out that it should never have been promised to us that it will get here on Wednesday or Thursday as there was no chance of this happening. Furthermore, the staff at Skynet specifically said that ‘the staff in Karachi is always overpromising and they shouldn’t do that’. So this proved to me that your staff in Karachi blatantly and shamelessly lied to us just so that we would send the parcel. The most frustrating part of this whole situation is that it was a waste of our money, because we only needed that parcel due to it containing Eid clothes. If we were told correctly from the start that there was no chance of the parcel reaching in time for Eid we would never have even sent the parcel. I kindly request you to investigate this issue and come back to me with an explanation as I am extremely disappointed. I request that you consider some form of compensation also for the waste of our time and money.

Skynet online tracking keep on stating OUT FOR DELIVERY for 1 week but I never receive anything! Why put the status when the parcel never been taken out of the branch at all? Skynet seremban is the worst! My parcels keep on delaying for delivery and none of the staff care arbout this. Call them many times but they still have the guts to say NO IDEA WHY THE PARCEL IS HELD AT THE BRANCH! Lucky I terminate my account with them. Not worth to use!

Hello, I had posted a very important document for official business for my university in Kelantan on the 28th september 2017. I found out that until today, the receiver hadn't received the parcel yet. When I tracked the parcel, the latest one just stated "out of delivery locating in central point 1" which is basically still within the state I'm living in. My supplier has been sent out my things from Johor Jaya since 25th Sept 17 to Ipoh. My things until 28th Sept 17 still not arrive. Called +- 20times customer service @ Subang no answer. Call operator keep on repeating extension number, but cannot transfer through. Called pick up department ask them to help to check whether their line (operator/ customer service) has any phone faulty. Just mentioned i've to call customer service.

A parcel was sent by the sender from Pakistan on 20 September 2017. It was received in the London office on 22 September 2017. I contacted the office to receive an update about my parcel. I was told that my parcel has been lost and they require 24 hours to look for it. I was told the parcel is not in the warehouse and it could have been sent out for delivery without being scanned. I called the next day on 26 September and was told they require another 4 days to look for the parcel. I asked to be put through to the complaints department and was advised there is no complaints procedure/policy. I asked to speak to a senior member of staff and was told he was not available and that there was nobody else I could speak to. The person I spoke to was called Israel and he would not give me his surname.
I am appalled and disgusted at the service and complaints handling procedure at skynet. I have been left with no parcel, sloppy customer service and no procedure to follow for complaints.
I will never be using skynet again and neither do I advise anyone else to.

I was so disappointed with the service provided by one of your employees in Kluang Brach. He is a guy with long hair. Previously we encountered problems like delay delivery and your system wasn't updated. We understand that sometimes there will have some technical problems. Since our customer complaints about the delay, we need to show them the proof that we did send the product to your company. That is why we always ask your employee to write down the details like date and time, sign on the stamp and name or ic if possible, but your employee refused to do so. He even raised his voice and said we are very troublesome. I don't think we deserve this kind of attitude. I hope to receive your reply and information about the action to be taken. Thank you

Good day,
A very bad courier service that I never seen before. Every parcel sent to this branch thru, will get delay. It take several days to deliver the shipment. We have face situation where our important documents misplaced or lost by this branch without any cause of responsibility.
Worse thing, in line with many other customers have mentioned the staff are lazy and incompetent. They do not answer even a single phone calls made to this branch. I was actually working for a very big company and manage to answer most of the calls for the business development. But how come a courier company (branch) with plenty of staffs working but unable to answer to customers.
Are the management is aware of this or just close one eyes.
I hope action can be taken and changes will be done soon.

I had been calling to Balakong Skynet branch seeking for update, feedback received that "it was delivered" yet my customer clarify it was not being received and information showed on webpage still pending on delivery. Customer service team verbally claim that the parcel was delivered but none of verification of signature proof was provided via call return or email. Both of email has prompt reply error of failure presented of email address above. Customer service team insist that delivery status can be question via phone instead preferring email.
