What a ridiculous company ! Delivery man left a notice asked me to contact office for the parcel. So i called everyday fro 6.9.2017 till todday, no one answered [protected].
Then I googled up the complain centre of Skynet head office. This is what I obtain from their website.

The phone lines does not exist or not in service. What is the use of putting up telephone numbers that does not work? Lazada and 11 street should bar using skynet service. What attitude and ridiculous company is this? I hope the CEO or the owner of Skynet looks at this complain and take charge of your services!

I am Nur Azrinah, would like to complaint on your skynet service on Seremban based. I check my tracking no [protected] at SkyNet websites and stated there on 28 August 2017 already Out For Delivery. It is still before our long public holiday here in Malaysia which start on 31 August 2017.
Today (5/9/2017), I contact Skynet Seremban to ask about my parcel, and the staff there inform me that the parcel was out for delivery on (30/8/2017), but I still not received it until today. Then, when the staff contact the staff who responsible to take and deliver the parcel to customer, and she said that staff FORGOT to bring out along my parcel to deliver it to me here at No. 11, Jalan Orkid 4, Taman Senawang Indah, Senawang Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Then I ask when they will able to send it to me, she told me TOMORROW.
Oh, I really hope that your SkyNet mission: "SKYNET provides next day delivery for its courier services; international freight; Air and Sea; logistics and warehousing; pick & pack and special projects for customers" really grasp by each of your staff and company. I am really dissapointed with this kind of situation happen. Until this kind of thinking 'would no longer use SkyNet' services exist in my thinking. This is because, this is actually not the first time bad experience with Skynet service happen to me. The same thing happen when I purchase Washing Machine in Lazada websites, and your company was responsible to deliver it to me. During that time, it was SkyNet Kuala Lipis responsible for it. Luckily, Lazada helps so much on that matter to push your staff in Skynet Kuala Lipis Pahang to deliver it to my house there. More than one week late delivery you know. But I still consider to use your service here in Negeri Sembilan. But then that bad experience still happen.
However, I do hope that your company will educate your staff to became more alert on your company vision and mission to their customer so that customer will keep on satisfy using SkyNet services. Please take note on this matter as I am still waiting my parcel right now to be delivered to me. I don't think that I can go to the SkyNet Seremban to take it on my own. I paid for it to be delivered to my home, not to take the parcel at Skynet Seremban on my own.

Hi, I am Natasha from Faureal Beauty & Fragrances Outlet we send a parcel to Braamfontein from Cape Town on the 28 September 2018 and the customer never received his parcel, after many emails and phone calls we have not yet received any feedback, we were told that skynet Johannesburg could not locate the parcel, and that they will do an investigation on the driver but no communication whatsoever, We must constantly email and ask what is happening eventually we had to sort out our customer using another courier company and we have an account with skynet. No Customer service they would rather copy you in their emails they sent to their colleagues and not deal with you directly which is the Customer.

Please fix your tracking system a.s.a.p & Please ensure the branch pick up the phone.

i send a parcel on monday, and they shld be the next day delivery which my client is urgent to get it. Until today, the skynet have no tracking update to the parcel. I had make a call iand was informed by the operate that I need to call another number because of this parcel is not in their department, cant check up, system down and so sort of the nonsense... total I make up to 5 different call to skynet, until the 03-[protected] the operator even not polite at all to ask the situation and ask me to call another number ed with 171 then hang up. How could this kind of services can happened in skynet? I totally disappointed and would not use your service anymore.
The problem is until now I have no answer where my parcel is.. very funny.

I was received a call from [protected] on last Saturday, [protected]. He said he is from Skynet and ask me to go to the guard house for parcel right now. That time I was bath. Then I request for can he come to my door to pass the parcel. He said his job is only to send the parcel and they won't send parcel to door by door for apartment. And I still gently asking why the other Skynet Staff can send the parcel to door but he can't. The he started to threaten and shouted to me! "Sekarang U nak barang u tak! Ini barang u, u nak u Turun sekarang jug all!" I told him of course I want my parcel, I only want know a reason why he can't send the parcel for customer? I face with this problem so many times by Skynet before. I always have to come down to pick up my parcel at least 8times of ten. But that time I'm in high fever and chickenpox, I have medicine to show that I'm in an unhealthy condition. When I said to him my condition, he still refuse to send parcel tome or wait me. Then I start angry and said why he shouted to me even I'm gently for asking. Then I said I want know his name for complaint because

Maybe the driver can apologize to me. Actually what I want is only an apologize, not to fight or any actions. When I still take a coversation with the responsibility Staff, suddenly came another Staff show me his unhappy face, he keep stare at me and scold ask me not to buy things from online and don't use Skynet if I not satisfied Skynet. What I not satiesfied is their attitude! why a driver can be such rude to customer? And when i go to the office asking for help, ur Staff even no comfort me and keep challenging me!

He shouted to me! Then I request for meet manager/ person in charge of Branch. Then one of the Staff serve me earlier told me they don't have manager... The manager is located on Kempas Main Branch.

I sent a parcel with skynet (booked over packlink.es) from Spain to China.
This parcel is lost and I don't know what to do.
I contacted packlink and you several times, but never received any answer.
I want to launch a research process. PLease find the parcel and ship it back to the original address.
The customer who should receive the parcel doesn't want to receive it anymore due to your delivery delay!

On Friday (18/8/2017), one of your courier guys came to my office at Pusat Komersial TSB, Sg Buloh.
He knocked on the door and said "Ada barang". Normally, staffs from other courier service would walk in and ask me politely (since my table is close to the office door) but not him. He just stood at the door and wait for someone to come an take the item from him. I asked him "Untuk siapa?" he mentioned my colleague's name who was out for site visit so I pointed at his table (signalling that he can place the item there) but he ignored and said "Panggil dia sini". I was dumbfounded.
Never have I ever experienced such rude treatment from a courier staff. I don't know if this is your SOP (not allowing your staff to walk into office premises) but you have to do something about it. Other courier service company had no problem putting parcels on their customer's table. Oh and he did't even smile the whole time.

normally a courier should be receive in the following day from the date we sent out. But this time really make me dissapointed. I have an urgent document which my client sent tome from Johor Baru to Melaka. My client sent me on 14/8/17 and courier company pick up doc on the same day but until now 18/8/17 I still have not receive! this is an important documents with due dates which i need it urgently. I am very dissapointed with skynet service. I have been waiting all day yesterday.
The status is unclear. Ive tried to call many times your operator. The first one promised to return my call in 10 min. Waited until the office hour ends (30min) still nothing. Later make a second call, the operator take my cellphone number as office will be closed, to updates any reschedule delivery.
In system you claimed that delivery was delayed due to heavy rains (despite that all other courier services still manage to come over to my office to deliver as usual either by motorcycle or van) .
But today when i received my document, your courier guys said his on leave yesterday. Should be some one else take over the task but no action has been taken. Your courier guy said he has a lot of delayed parcel to be deliver today in a very rude way without even see my face and just walk out the door.

Why do you have a liar lorry driver & a rude one too working for Skynet ... [protected] is his phone no ... yesterday, Saturday 5 Aug at 6 pm he called saying the lorry was broken down so he promised to deliver the mattress today Sunday 6 Aug ... I've waited & waited but not one call from him ... so I called him instead ... again he said lorry was broken down & will deliver tomorrow Monday Aug 7 ... I've waited 2 full days of my weekend & wasted the days at home ... now he's saying he's going to deliver the mattress on a weekday which is a working day ... told him no one will be at home ... he replied rudely using bad Indian word "podah" & hung up on me ... I dont want him to be delivering my mattress anymore ...
