Mixed Experience with SmartCredit's Free Trial Subscription and Customer Service
I recently tried out SmartCredit's free trial subscription and overall, I thought their website was pretty well put together. I provided all the information they asked for, but looking back, I'm starting to feel a bit uneasy about it. After taking a closer look at what they could offer me, I decided to cancel my subscription. However, when I tried to do so via email, I was informed that I had to cancel over the phone instead.
I called their customer service line, but unfortunately, I was left waiting for what felt like an eternity without anyone picking up. Needless to say, I was feeling pretty frustrated and worried about the whole situation.
Overall, I think SmartCredit has some potential, but their customer service could definitely use some improvement. I'm not sure if I would recommend them to others at this point, but I'm willing to give them another chance if they can address these issues.
SmartCredit Review: A Fantastic Tool for Credit Control and Improvement
SmartCredit is a fantastic tool that has helped me in many ways. It has given me more control over my credit, which is important to me. One of the ways it has helped me is by removing a negative item from my credit history that was holding my score back. This has allowed me to improve my credit score and get it to where it should be.
What I love about SmartCredit is how easy it is to use. It provides me with a lot of information about the details that make up my credit score. This has allowed me to understand my credit better and make better decisions about my finances. I can see all of my accounts in one place, which makes it easy to keep track of everything.
Overall, I am a big fan of SmartCredit and will continue to rely on it. It has helped me repair my credit and given me more control over my finances. Thank you, SmartCredit!
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Transparency: My Experience with SmartCredit
I recently had an experience with SmartCredit and it was not a pleasant one. I reached out to them because I was being charged for a service that I never signed up for. The customer service was not good at all. It seemed like the agent, Audrey, was working from home and she did not use active listening skills. She kept telling me that I did use their service, even though I was sure that I did not. It was frustrating to talk to her because she talked in circles and did not seem to understand my concerns.
I also asked Audrey if SmartCredit was associated with Wallet Hub, but she did not know for sure. She said that they have hundreds of affiliates, so it was hard to keep track of all of them. This was not very reassuring, and it made me wonder if SmartCredit was a trustworthy company.
Overall, I would not recommend SmartCredit based on my experience. The customer service was poor, and it seemed like they were not very transparent about their affiliations. If you are looking for a credit monitoring service, I would suggest doing some research and finding a company that has better reviews and a more transparent approach.
SmartCredit Review: Inaccurate Credit Scores and Disappointing Experience
So, I tried out SmartCredit and they sent me my credit scores online. I was pretty excited to see where I stood, but then I decided to request a copy of my scores from the credit bureau just to be sure. And boy, was I surprised! The scores that SmartCredit had given me were actually almost 40 to 100 points different from what my scores actually were. I was pretty upset about this, to be honest. I mean, I had given this company my personal information and access to my credit files, and they couldn't even get my scores right? It's pretty disappointing, to say the least.
Honestly, I think this company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for fraud. I mean, if they can't even get something as simple as my credit scores right, then what else are they getting wrong? It's pretty concerning, if you ask me. I would definitely recommend that you do your own homework and check your own scores, just to be safe. Don't rely on SmartCredit to give you accurate information, because it seems like they're not very good at it.
Overall, I would say that my experience with SmartCredit was pretty disappointing. I had high hopes for this company, but they let me down. If you're thinking about using their services, I would definitely recommend that you proceed with caution. Make sure you do your own research and don't rely solely on what they tell you. After all, it's your credit score that's on the line here.
SmartCredit.com Review: Useful Credit Monitoring Features, But User Interface Needs Improvement
SmartCredit.com is a website that offers credit monitoring services to its users. However, I have found that the site is not very user-friendly. When trying to enter my credit information for my accounts, I have encountered several issues. For example, when filling in the name of the business or the credit item, followed by the username and password, it takes a long time to find or return with a message that the account is not found. This can be frustrating and time-consuming.
Furthermore, when I go back and try to enter the information again, the site tells me that I already have that account. This can be confusing and misleading. I do not have that many accounts, but I have found that 4 out of 5 accounts I was unable to enter my credit information for my accounts. This is a major issue and makes it difficult for me to use the site effectively.
Despite these issues, SmartCredit.com does offer some useful features. For example, it provides credit monitoring alerts, which can help users stay on top of their credit scores and detect any fraudulent activity. Additionally, the site offers credit reports and scores, which can be helpful for those who want to keep track of their credit history.
Overall, while SmartCredit.com has some useful features, its user interface needs improvement. The site can be difficult to navigate and the process of entering credit information can be frustrating. However, if you are willing to put in the time and effort, the site can provide valuable credit monitoring services.

Overall, I would highly recommend SmartCredit to anyone who wants to keep an eye on their credit score. It is very affordable and offers a lot of great features. With SmartCredit, you can take control of your credit and improve your financial situation.
CreditMason: The Credit Restoration Company That Boosted My Score by 180 Points in 30 Days!
I recently had a great experience with SmartCredit, a website that allows you to check your credit score regularly. I had been using the site for a while, but unfortunately, my score had taken a hit due to some old collections on my report. That's when I decided to reach out to CreditMason, a credit restoration company that I found online.
I was a bit hesitant at first, but I decided to give CreditMason a try. I registered on their website, www.creditmason.net, and was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. I was able to speak to a representative right away, and they were very helpful in explaining the process to me.
Within just 30 days, my score had gone up by a whopping 180 points on all three credit bureaus! I couldn't believe it. CreditMason had done an amazing job of getting those old collections removed from my report, and my credit was finally looking great again.
I would highly recommend CreditMason to anyone who needs a quick boost to their credit score. They were professional, efficient, and most importantly, they got the job done. I have no regrets about using their services, and my score is now a little over 800!
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with SmartCredit and CreditMason. If you're looking for a reliable way to monitor your credit score and improve your credit, I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
SmartCredit Review: A Frustrating and Difficult Service to Cancel
SmartCredit is a service that is not worth your time or money. If you are thinking about canceling your account, be prepared for a long and frustrating process. It seems like they make it so hard to cancel that you are likely to pay out 30 to 60 dollars before you get the account closed. It's a shame that they don't make it easier for their customers to cancel.
Once you find the link to cancel, which can be a challenge in itself, they try to "up sell" you over 4 windows. They tell you all the great stuff you are missing by canceling their useless service. It's frustrating to have to go through all of this just to cancel a service that you no longer want or need.
After you finally get past the up sell, they tell you that you must call to cancel. This is just another way to make it difficult for you to cancel. You will be put on hold for what seems like forever, and then the up sell starts again. It's a never-ending cycle of frustration.
If you do decide to cancel, be prepared to send escalating emails, starting at "please cancel" and ending in "I am going to flag future charges as FRAUD". It's sad that it has to come to this, but sometimes it's the only way to get things done.
In conclusion, I would advise you to stay away from SmartCredit. Even though Jean Chatzky's name is attached to it, they are BAD BAD BAD. There are plenty of other services out there that are much easier to use and cancel. Don't waste your time or money on SmartCredit.
SmartCredit Review: Inaccurate Scores and Poor Customer Service
I decided to give SmartCredit a try after it was recommended to me by another company that was funding me. However, I soon discovered that I could have used any tool to check my credit scores. It turns out that SmartCredit was recommended to me because they get a cut for everyone they refer over. I was disappointed to find out that the Equifax score SmartCredit provided me with was not accurate. They said my score was 737, but when KeyBank pulled it, it was only 680. This led to me being denied not only by KeyBank but by many other banks I applied to. Needless to say, I was not happy at all.
To make matters worse, when I signed up for SmartCredit, they charged me $29.95 twice. Once for signing up and another for the credit pull. Then, this company kept pulling more and I was charged two more times, for a total of four charges at $29.95 each! I was furious and called to complain, but they did not refund anything. They said it was my fault and their policy to not refund. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and felt like they did not care about my concerns.
In the end, I decided to never use SmartCredit again and stick to the free credit score tools available. They all do the same thing and show the exact same scores as SmartCredit does. Honestly, the best way to know your scores is to sign up directly with each credit bureau. It may be more expensive, but at least you'll have accurate scores so you know what you're working with before applying for loans.
Overall, I would not recommend SmartCredit to anyone. Their inaccurate scores and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. It's important to do your research and find a credit score tool that works for you and provides accurate information. Don't be fooled by companies that are just looking to make a profit off of you.
Beware of SmartCredit: My Frustrating Experience Trying to Cancel Membership
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with SmartCredit. I mean, if I could give them negative stars, I totally would. This credit monitoring company is just ridiculous. I went to their website on November 18th and have been trying to cancel my membership since November 20th. But because of the holiday, I wasn't able to get it done until now. I tried calling and emailing them, but you can't just go to their website and select "cancel membership". It's like they don't want you to leave or something.
Anyway, when I finally got ahold of someone, the guy on the phone argued with me about why I wanted to cancel. He even lectured me about how important it is to keep my membership and check my information frequently. Like, dude, I already do that with Credit Karma. And if I want to go through this same thing in December, he'll give me a free month. But I don't want that. I just want my refund and for them to cancel my membership.
The worst part was when I told him that I had been on hold for over 5 minutes both times I called. He tried to tell me that it was only 4 minutes and 18 seconds. Um, excuse me? I'm timing you on my cell phone, and it was actually 5 minutes and 28 seconds. It's like he was trying to talk me into staying with the service. It was so frustrating.
Honestly, I've never been argued with like that before. This guy had me seeing red. So, if you're thinking about using SmartCredit, beware. They might try to talk you into staying with them, even if you don't want to.

They make it so hard to cancel you are likely to pay out 30 to 60 dollars before you get the account closed. Zero Star Review and agree with "Single click sign up
If i could give negative stars of this "credit monitoring" company I would. This is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. I visited their website on 11/18 and have been trying to cancel my membership since 11/20 due to the holiday I was unable to accomplish this (I called and emailed -BTW you CANNOT go to their website and "select cancel memembership) Once I finally got ahold of the company the dude that answered the phone argued with me about me actually trying to cancel, lectured me about how I need to keep the membership and check my information frequently... thank you Credit Karma I do this with ease with you and if I would like I can go through the same thing in December because he will give me a free month... BUT I need to call back and try to cancel this again. No thank you just give me my refund and cancel this dang thing. I honestly have not ever been argued with in the way I just was, I said that both times I have called i was on hold for over 5 minutes and was told "hmmm that is strange because just now it was ONLY 4 minutes and 18 seconds." Um actually JERK it was 5 minutes 28 seconds... I am timing you on my cell phone without even having to push a timer... WOW way to talk a customer into staying and keeping your service... Beware of this one, this guy had me seeing red!
SmartCredit: The Game-Changing Credit Monitoring Tool with Personalized Recommendations and Identity Theft Protection
since I started using SmartCredit. It's been a real game changer for me. I used to have no idea what was going on with my credit score, but now I can see everything in one place. The dashboard is super easy to use and I love that I can track my progress over time.
One thing I really appreciate about SmartCredit is that they offer personalized recommendations based on my credit profile. It's like having a financial advisor in my pocket! They've helped me identify areas where I can improve my credit and provided actionable steps to take.
I also like that SmartCredit offers identity theft protection. It's a scary world out there and it's nice to know that I have some extra security measures in place.
The only downside I've experienced with SmartCredit is that sometimes the website can be a bit slow. But honestly, that's a minor inconvenience compared to all the benefits I've received.
Overall, I highly recommend SmartCredit to anyone looking to improve their credit score and gain more control over their financial life. It's a great tool that has helped me immensely and I'm sure it can do the same for you.

SmartCredit Review: Easy-to-Use, Helpful Tools, Great Customer Service, and Improved Credit Score
credit score is already going up. SmartCredit is easy to use and has a lot of helpful tools to keep track of my credit. I like the alerts that let me know when something changes on my credit report. It's also nice to see my credit score updated every month. The website is user-friendly and I haven't had any issues navigating it. The customer service is also great, I had a question and they were able to help me quickly. Overall, I'm happy with my experience with SmartCredit and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their credit score.
SmartCredit Review: Frustrating Fees and Lackluster Service
I can't believe that I have to pay for SmartCredit to monitor my credit and then when I want to check it out, they charge me another fee. What the heck, man? It's like they're just trying to squeeze more money out of me. I mean, I get that they need to make a profit, but come on. It's not like I'm asking for anything crazy here. I just want to see my credit score and make sure everything is okay. Is that too much to ask?
Overall, I'm not super impressed with SmartCredit. It seems like they're more interested in making money than actually helping people manage their credit. I mean, I guess it's better than not having any credit monitoring at all, but still. I feel like there are probably better options out there that don't charge you an arm and a leg just to see your own credit score.
That being said, I do appreciate that SmartCredit sends me alerts when there are changes to my credit report. That's definitely helpful, and it's something that I wouldn't be able to do on my own. So I guess it's not all bad. But still, the fact that they charge extra just to let me see my own credit score is pretty frustrating.
All in all, I'd say that SmartCredit is okay, but not great. If you're looking for a credit monitoring service, there are probably better options out there that won't nickel and dime you for every little thing. But if you're already using SmartCredit and you're happy with it, then I guess there's no harm in sticking with it. Just be prepared to pay extra if you want to actually see your credit score.
SmartCredit Review: Convenient Credit Monitoring, But Pricey Updates
I gotta say, SmartCredit is pretty cool. I like how I can check out all three credit bureaus at the same time. It's super convenient and saves me a lot of time. But, I gotta admit, the price is a bit steep. I mean, come on, why do I have to pay 20 bucks just to update my report every time I want to see how my credit is doing? That seems a bit much to me.
Overall, though, I think SmartCredit is a solid choice if you're looking to keep tabs on your credit. It's easy to use and gives you a lot of helpful information. Plus, it's nice to have everything in one place instead of having to go to each bureau's website separately.
One thing I will say, though, is that the website can be a bit confusing at times. There are a lot of different tabs and options to choose from, and it's not always clear what each one does. But, once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad.
All in all, I'd recommend SmartCredit to anyone who wants to keep an eye on their credit. Just be prepared to shell out a bit of cash if you want to update your report frequently.
SmartCredit Review: Improved My Credit Score & Identity Protection
but after using it for a few months, my credit score has actually gone up! The website is easy to navigate and the customer service is helpful. I also like that they offer identity theft protection. The only downside is that the monthly fee is a bit high, but I think it's worth it for the benefits. Overall, I would recommend SmartCredit to anyone looking to improve their credit score and protect their identity.
Disappointing Experience with SmartCredit: Difficulty Cancelling Account and Charged Despite Attempted Cancellation
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with SmartCredit. I had some trouble cancelling my account and ended up getting charged even though I tried to cancel and even sent them an email about it. It's frustrating when you feel like you're not being heard, you know? I'm not sure if this company is legit or not, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it. If you're in the same boat as me, I'd suggest disputing the charges and finding a different credit monitoring service. It's just not worth the hassle.
