Well, I guess I’m not any different than the other people who have done reviews someone stole $380 out of my account and they told me there were no errors and that the dispute was closed and there was nothing else that I could do about it even after I gave a police report showed them that I was at work almost an hour away from where the transaction happened. I gave them more than the evidence that they asked for and they still refused to give me my money. I’m totally disgusted with this company and it is only a matter of time before they are shut down.
Recommendation: Please stay away from this company if you want peace of mind.

I have the child support smione card which know one recieving child support approve of this type of card as or form of payment to have our child support payments to be submitted to by the eternal revenue but it's the IRS decision so what can we say or do about it . I ordered an item from a online store and it was canceled the same day due to it was not available but anyways the company that I ordered from refunded credited my smione child support card and smione received my refund credited back to my card & they kept my child's support money and it never appeared in the form as being on my card so that I could use it they are crooks and liars and steal from innocent children child support monies and this isn't the first time that money magically disappeared from my child support payments being credited to this useless smione card

They aren't friendly when I have called, the hold times are long and they seem to read from a script or have a standard answer for everything. My deposits aren't usually available within 24 hours even though child support has released them. It's really inconvenient. I could not imagine choosing this card willingly.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service representatives. Three times I called and I still can't get into my account. The first two women I spoke to were more concerned about my passwords than helping me. They told me it was being reset and gave me temporary passwords twice that never worked. I was asked if I was on the correct website which is ridiculous seeing how they all come to the same login page. They also sent an email saying my address had been changed which I never requested ..

It take longer to receive other deposits on your card if it isn't child support...ex: stimulus or tax refund they are unable to see the deposited because it's not from child support eventually you get your money jus not on time sucks...other than that card not so bad jus don't like waiting longer on money that's mines... I tried calling customer and was told that there wasnt a deposit of that amount made just that $49 the actual amount loaded to my card. That type of mistake should never happen. I only get my back support payments when they can finally catch up to him so I didn't even know I received some. Again my fault. This is VERY MUCH A GOOD way of receiving payments if you read and learn the info. SmiOne card does not help you when your card has been stolen or lost. My whole wallet was stolen while I was moving and a lot of money has been taking off my card. I informed customer service about everything that happened and the dispute team. They don't help you at all and don't understand on my end of what is going on. All I ask is if they can't refund me all of the money that was stolen from me at least some of it. I still have a family to take care of off of limited income. This the first time that this ever happened to me smh. I don't advise anyone to use this card for anything because they do not care if your card was lost or stolen at all.

This complaint isn't just about the SmiOne card. The Attorney General of Texas is not good at anything. I have had the card and a case open for over a decade. I called to check on my card which is independent of the AG office. I call SmiOne to have some questions answered (I had just printed my report from AG office.) Tried to get my new card that they said I needed activated and all three ways do not work. Frustrating at the least. It's not about the money. Their father owes over 50,000 and I keep getting the run around. In any case like this they should much easier to deal with. Shouldn't have had to get a new card. The latest representative told me to sign up online. Yea, that didn't work either.

Smione customer service is a joke! I guess because they think this is just a child support card they can treat people like garbage. I called to have funds released that were being held by a merchant, the rep says no problem we can do that then puts me on hold for 20 minutes and blindly connects me to the next agent who does the SAME THING. I call back and ask for a supervisor who shows NO empathy for what was just done to me. He says oh I don't know why they did that but you can call the merchant blah blah, finally my funds are released I asked the supervisor to connect me to the survey I heard about in the beginning of my phone call and he hangs up on me. Terrible service. I wish I did not have to have this card at all.

They put the money back. As I was attempting to use the card for my son some things the card declined...how when I was supposed to have 25.88. Looked again and they retracted the money...called but was told I had to talk to another department about their decision. Their decision to what give me my money back then decide I didn't qualify?! I am disappointed I've never had an issue that the company wouldn't resolve Doordash won't talk to me because as I said I didn't order it...the only people I could contact is SIMone and they didn't help me!

I have used SMIONE card services for 3/4 years now. I have my support payments and also my tax refund deposited to my account. I have had the best experience with them and their employees. I am honestly thinking about having my payroll checks deposited to my SmiONE card. Anytime I have had to call and speak with a representative they are always kind and informative. I would definitely recommend using them. Great job SmiONE! Only issue I have had is someone continues to try and use my card on Google play store and I've already cancelled my card and had a new one sent out. Still receiving notifications that someone is trying (& failing, thanks to great customer service and fast acting associates) but that is really my only issue with this card at the moment! Hope to continue to do business for maylny years to come SmiONE

I got a stimulus check deposit on 04/07. I have a habit of checking my card via online. And yesterday morning, I find that my account was cancelled. I'm a payee for my daughter, who gets SSI and been her payee since 2009. I was issued this card via Missouri Child Support Enforcement and I know any of their terms and conditions in regards to this card. Anyway, I made a couple of purchases and I checked my card before I could pay my light bill, my card was cancelled. No phone call, no email, no nothing. And I know they gonna come up with that lie stating "We tried to call you, but you didn't answer!" It's awful funny that when you're money gets stolen off your card, they're quickly blamed me for it and saying it's my fault this happened, but when my child's stimulus check shows up, they quick to block my card. I don't why to email them an award letter for my daughter's SSI to prove that she's my child?

Don't get this card! I have this card and everything was ok then they put a block on my card because my childrens stimulus checks were direct deposited into my account. Um when you have kids and you file taxes the stimulus checks are sent to.the account you recieved you refund with. And each children gets a stimulus check in their name then usually later not before the letter comes with both the child and parents name on it. So to get the block off my account they wanted me to send in an award letter showing im their payee. But I only have that letter because I'm their payee for the deaf benefits from my husband passing otherwise I'd be waiting months to get this stimulus letter that showed both my name and the childs names. Because of this I wasn't able to get food for my child. Lucky I was able to get the award letter sooner but what if i couldn't. So stay away from smi one card they'll stop and block your finds! Plus they changed their website so you don't have the option to send money or transfer funds. The website is small and disorganized. Im good id rather go with CHIME OR WISELY card.

Stimulus checks were deposited into my kids name into our child support account. Almost a week later after the deposit my account was canceled. I received no notification as to why, just an embarrassing moment at the store when I couldn't use my card for the kiddos. I sent copies of birth certificates to prove I am their mother and school identification information. I am still being told that's not good enough. They are now saying I need a statement from my 10 and 8 year olds NOTARIZED authorizing the deposits. NO ONE will notarized documents from minors. I even called my lawyer and she said that's not possible. I even stated why not accept my court order. I was told it wasn't a legally binding document!?. This is ridiculous. Zero communication from SMIONE and their consumer. If the deposit was not acceptable it should not have went through. A hold should have been placed at that time with communication established with me concerning the hold, not a week later after some of the funds have been spent. I am a new customer to SMIONE less than a year and I am so disappointed in the treatment I've received.

Lack of correspondence and resolution of UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES on my SmiOne card
Good morning, my name is Angela Colbert. APPEAL CLAIM # 23040301060C…I’m a SmiOne card holder on March 31, I reported my pouch/purse lost along with items that were inside it to Harris county precinct 4 police department. CASE #[protected]
There were 4 unauthorized ATM transactions taken from my act. I filled out and submitted the statement of fraud form on 4/3/23 along with the information card given to me by officer the date of report.
On 4/12/23 a decision was rendered that there wasn’t any errors and I’ve been APPEALING this decision every since that date with NO RESOLUTION OR UPDATE as of yet.
On 4/26/23 I’ve emailed the Original Police Report as requested and still haven’t gotten a response or a call back from supervisor as I requested.
I’m asking this department at your convenience will you please evaluate my claim as this is very imperative thank you kindly,

My child support card has not been delivered in a timely manner. I needed to order a new card due to some fraudulent activity I noticed. Went to the website to get a replacement on 2/7. When replacing a card they do not verify what address is going to so the card was mailed to the wrong address. (Even though I updated with child support, I needed to update with them as well apparently.) I then called about the status and asked if my card would be forwarded since I updated my address with the postal service. The rep advised me that yes, it would be. Today, when viewing the child support website I learned that my card would in fact not be forwarded. They charge 20$ for an "expedited" card that still takes 3-5 business days, no possibility of transferring money to another account and no way to access my money without that card. Criminals.

Not knowing that it wasn't a child support pymt, I withdrew $1380.00 via ATM on 04/08. Then 7-8 days later SMIONE BLOCKS my card bc of documentation needed for 3rd party transactions. Now I currently have received addtl child support pymts but now I cannot get to those funds/pymt bc my card is blocked for the sole reason that someone employed at SMIONE did not catch the 3rd party transaction & let it go through. Now I'm expected to pay out of pocket for someone else's mistake.

My child support is going on a smione card. I have a problem with my daughter going in the computer and changing my information to get the money out. I'm guessing it's by phone or enternet. I called and complained so I was advised by them to set a pass word and 3 security questions. Evidently it didn't work because I checked my acct and she did it again. I called to let them know I wanted to change the child support to go to my bank and I was told my pass word and all the information I was giving was wrong which tells me she was able to bypass the security they so call set up and told me I can't get into that acct because the info I gave was wrong. Even to my social security number must was changed on it. They have very poor security that allows somebody else to go in your acct when so call barriers has been put in place.

I was provided a smiONE card by NC child support. My card was wrongfully used by a vendor. I reported the incident to the fraud department and requested that my card not be deactivated. Today when trying to use my card to remove funds, smiONE placed an unauthorized block on my card without any form of verbal or written notification.

I contacted customer service and was told the transaction would reverse within 24 hours. So I decided to travel to another atm and this time the amount I requested was for $160 and once again no money was dispensed and a receipt was dispensed stating as it did with the $600 transaction that the bank was "unavailable". This keeps happening, so every week when my child support money is deposited, I would typically load the funds to my cash app and then deposit it into my Bank of America account but this is also not working. I need my $605 reversed back to my act

This is also my child support card. In 2020 i was filing to receive my stimulus check and had it directly deposited to my account. Also i had my spouses stimulus check deposited as well due to him not haveing a bank account himself. Now 2021 comes around and we also received ALL 3 (6 including both together) stimulus checks. Mind you there was no issue with receiving nor withdrawing either of these.. Now then a few months ago i try to go purchase something at a store with this card and its declined so i call them and they tell me there is a hold on card due to my spouses stimulus chk being deposited and i would have to send some things in for them to release hold. I send in required docs. And still no release. I have over $500 on there that i need for my every day living that is stuck . I Need my money !

I have an SMI ONE card that was issued by the state of Missouri for child support. 2 years ago I made a purchase through stubhub for concert tickets as a Christmas present for my daughter using this card. Covid hit and all concerts were postponed and then canceled, but for 2 years I was unable to get my money refunded. Finally about a week ago stubhub refunded my money to my SMIONE account and then SMI blocked my account. I was told it was because the return did not have the same company listed as the purchase, but I went back in my records on the SMI website and this was not true. It shows in 2019 I made a purchase through stubhub and that this year in 2021 stubhub refunded the same amount of money. I was told to send in the original receipt for the purchase, but it was 2 years ago! I sent what info I could find but I have no idea if it will be accepted. I have no other way to access my child support except through this card. How can they legally prevent me access to my child support?

Per the card holder agreement authorization hold are to last 7 days or less. When I use this card to purchase groceries for pickup, often there are items that are out of stock or items that are weight based so *** puts a hold on the card for an amount higher than what the total ends up actually being. The difference between the two amounts always takes a minimum of 2 weeks to be returned to my account. I will se a pending charge for the pre authorized amount, and then exactly 7 days later the completed charge from *** will go through. Then the difference is left in the pending column with an entirely new transaction date allowing them to hold these additional funds for another 7 days. They are currently holding in my pending area $23.03 which was from shopping I did on March 1st, and $53.03 which was for shopping done on March 7th. I have called to complain about this practice and have been told it is on ***s end and not theirs however this does not happen when I use a different card, the pending funds are returned at the same time the true charge is sent from ***.

My card is blocked due to my kids father getting a direct deposit sent to my card.hr sent in a statement and his license proving he authorized it. I cannot use my smi card that has money on it and the company is keeping my money that my children's father authorized to be sent to my card .we had no idea third party deposits were not allowed so when the card was blocked a representative told us to send in a copy of his license and a statement saying he authorized it.He sent it in to smi one and it's still blocked we called again and was told we need a notarized statement ..my kids father was arrested for having a weopon and is now in federal custody we have no way to get a notarized statement so smi is just holding in to the funds.they have not sent it back and still have my card block it is illegal to just hold someone's money.he sent in his license and a statement saying he authorized it to go to my card.how can they just hold on to someone's money .why hasn't the portion that was left on the card been sent back if it's a problem they are holding money hosage ..if there is a problem return the money or unblock my card so that I may use my support payments

smiOne has made me jump through hoops to obtain my monies that were fraudulently taken from my account as a card that was reported stolen back in September was used at the end of December. I first had to file the dispute, then I had to request the monies under extenuating circumstances, today I was told the monies would be on my account by 8pm today and they were not. I called back around 8:30pm and was told there were no notes on my account saying I was to receive this. After speaking with the disputes agent I suddenly received an email stating the investigation was complete and there was no error with the transactions. I provided the police phone #, officer, and case # for this issue. I can prove my daughter was at home over 400 miles away from where the card was used. We have Life360 and other means of showing her locations. People depend on the money from these cards and it is a shame that we are put through the ringer like this. I did a *** search and found many people with the same problem I am facing. I think it might be time to pursue legal actions because this are some shady dealings with them. I want all my money returned to be and I want additional funds provided to me for the h*** they have put me and my daughter through.

I lost my card
I lost my card. I have called the Texas number for customer service many times with a Your call cannot be completed answering service. I lost my card for the 1st time in 5 years. I called the XXX-XXX-XXXX, and tried to report it lost and I keep getting a response stating my call cannot be completed at this time and it hangs up on me. There is not an email or support service other than the number. I am sending a letter in the mail. I have money on that card that I cannot touch. I also, went on the app and reported it lost. It told me to call the number that doesn't work. Last week when I called the number it was saying the number cannot be completed as dialed. This week I was at least able to the the automative answering service to answer but I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help me. I do not know if you have the correct address to send me a new card, I do not know if you are sending me a new card. I cannot ask because you are not convenient to get a hold of. This is a nightmare that I have to go onto the Complaintsboard.com to put in a complaint because I cannot speak to your company or even email your company. This is well below PAR as a company handling many single parents money for support for their children. I am very disappointed in the customer service your company provides which is NONE.

I have been dealing with disputing fraudulent charges on my smiONE account since Nov 2021. My claim keeps getting closed out with the fraud department claiming since I had the card in my possession, I knew about the charges. This is unacceptable do they not know that hackers can gain card information by other means without having the card?! I had my account wiped out by about $4,000 and for them to do nothing about it is ridiculous. This is the second time my account was compromised with them and this issue has still not been resolved. Its frustrating to see other people have has similar issues with smiONE disputing claims. They need to reevaluate their fraud department if this is truly the case. I just want to know I am banking with a bank that has my best interest at heart and is going to do what they need to make things right. I understand these things happen but we expect them to take care of their customers when issues like these arise. I provided proof that even after my dispute was made and I got a new card the person was STILL trying to make transactions on the old account! They are allowing someone to get away with wiping my account clean and when I get a phone call from my sons school stating my payment had not gone through then finding out my account was cleaned out is horrifying. I really hope the fraud department can resolve my issue because Id rather not have to go to court for this but If I have to I will.

So recently I found out that in those 2 years and 2 months I was locked up that I was indeed receiving child support over $11,000 to $13,000 and also in which I had no access to. I have reported this because at the time I first got locked up my now dead niece stole all my belongings purse, id,social security cards, and my phone. She had access to everything that I had written down in my journal with information from smione from my old acct with *** of America cash app Venmo and varo accounts. And since my niece did live with me that is the only reason she stole everything. I had no control over that so I reported to police but they said can't do much if the person of interest is dead. So smione gave me back a lil over 7 thousand dollars back then I got an email that I need to pay all that money back bcuz they found no error. Umm excuse me how is that if I had no money in prison and that they will not be paying me the remainder of my money. I've sent in my parole release papers stating clearly when I got locked up and when I got out. Also the papers from the actual unit(prison) I was in and also the police report. Now I keep appealing it over and over and quickly they deny me still saying I have to pay back what they gave me. I don't know how else to prove to them that my late niece was the one responsible. She even changed my number my email address the address to where I lived. I had no control of her or anything outside of prison that was going on. Please help me get my money that belongs to my kids.

My son got arrested, his estranged father came into town from Texas where he lives. I left my purse at the table that we were sitting at to speak to the DA and I surmise this was when he took out my child support card. I didn't realize it was gone until 1) I tried to help my son get an apartment and checked my account to see that there was 2) over a thousand dollars deposited and then immediately taken out as a cash advance at Wal-Mart, where I do not shop. I went to find my card, it wasn't there. I called SMIONE immediately and explained to them what I think happened and they filed a complaint. I was denied because they said I would need to know the pin to make a transaction. I appealed, explaining that even if that were true and it wasn't because I also sent them video of my using the card without the pin, he may likely know it on the few occasions that I would give my son the card to pay for dinner when his father would show up because his father lives out of his truck and I always insisted that my son pay. I waited from June until today to find out my appeal was denied because I didnt file a police report. I showed them on my account how the first cash advance was in my town while he was here for my son's arraignment, and then showed them that it was attempted several other times in Texas, where he lives. I sent them the video showing them you can use the card as Visa debit without the pin. An agent went through and submitted to them that in all the history of transactions with my card I've NEVER shopped at Wal-Mart. All signs supported my claim that I was not the one who deposited 1k on my own card and then took it out, and then flew to Texas to attempt again, I told them several times that I would not file a police report. The man lives in his truck. He has to live with what he did but I *** not kick a man while he is down. Their denying this claim, with the AMPLE evidence I provided is simply a cheap and very deceptive means of not having to pay out the money he took. Plain and simple.

My husband and I did our taxes and we used my account as the direct deposit for a tax returns. Well when the government sent the stimulus it was sent in my name and my husbands name. All went well we used the money then 2 weeks later I'm shopping and my card won't work? I look it up online it says it's cancelled. So I call them they said fraud dept put a block on my account because I had a third party deposit. Then said it was for my husband. I said oh yes that's my husband. They said well your husband is a third party and we do not accept third party deposits. Well I did not know that. Well it's on your terms and agreements when you receive your card. I said no one really reads all the way thru that's especially when you don't have choice because child support picks the card for you! So then I ask why did you let it come thru and let us withdrawal it and leave it alone for weeks after and why did you not contact me if there was a fraud on my account instead you just cancelled it and now I have no money I get everything deposited on there my paycheck my child support. It was just my husband you can speak to him if you'd like. They said no they need his signed social security card his photo ID and a letter stating I had permission to get that deposited into my account that's notarized. So it took me a few days because of work and such but I got the letter and all the other documents and now I have emailed them. Well now it takes another 24-48 hrs for them to process the documents. So still no money for me? I asked to speak to the fraud dept. they said I can not they have no way to transfer me to the fraud dept! I said well I'd like to know if there was fraud on my account why didn't you guys call me and ask me or warn me of what was going on instead of just cancelling my account and leaving me with nothing? You've verified my phone number each time I've called you about this and my address and why did you let it deposit and wait over two weeks to cancel it? After the money has already been used. She said the fraud dept put the block on she can't answer me as to why they didn't contact me to let me know there was suspicion of fraud. You know I do understand about they are saying about the third party because their are people out there that do things like that. But my husband and I share the same last name maybe your fraud dept could have called me before they cancelled my card and caused all this headache and asked me what was going on I could have explained it they could have said we need this documention within 2 days or we are going to cancel your card so I would not be going without right now! Let me explain the circumstances and give the documentation warned me. It was honestly something I didn't know we are married. And now that I have turned in all the docs they say it's gonna take another couple days before they can process it! You cancelled it in like two seconds why can't you review my email and un cancel it! And you waited until after the money was long gone to suspect fraud! If you guys do not take third party deposits it should have been rejected! So now I'm waiting longer with no money to pay my bills or get food or gas because of the way your fraud dept ( which I find very weird you can not speak to anyone in the fraud dept or to a supervisor of some sort) and she could not answer any of my questions at all as to why they did not contact me if there's fraud on my account? Did not let me explain anything or give me a chance to give them documentation before they just up and cancelled my card no warning no nothing! No letter in the mail no phone call no email and they have all this information! I've never had anything else ever remotely wrong with my account for it to be like this! I would like to know if there are things wrong with my account or some kind of security process of some sort to warn someone. Or a warning that my card won't be working and to call you! So I could have maybe straightened out before

I have been trying to get my $1700 Dollar that was stolen from my account and I have been told that I am out of luck getting it back even know I have filled with the temple police department that my card was stolen and I have sent in my email showing that I wasn't the one who made the changes and I am still not getting back my money.
Every single day I have called from my phone to find out my balance and I get a recording saying my call can't be made at this time?! Please check your phones. Also when I called from my friends phone it goes through.
