I originally signed up for SDC back in 2020. The initial start to the programed seemed fine. Throughout the entire process which I believe was a 6 month program, I followed the instructions completely. At the end of that time, my teeth were not aligned like it was presented to me. At that point, I called in to get a touch up kit. I had to call back multiple times to get the touch up kit. There were issues with photos within SDC system along with many time delays. After being left in the dark multiple times and after multiple phone calls and chats, it became very apparent that the customer service reps at SDC were failing to follow through with their promises and thus causing delays in my progress. After the second alignment, my teeth still were not aligned as promised. Again, I went through the process to order yet another touch up kit. I had more issues with customer service. On this most recent touch up request, it seemed to be going fine over the phone. I received an email about the touch up kit, clicked the link within the email and was told the kit was on its way. After waiting over a week I called in again to see what happened. I was told that the previous customer service rep didn't finish their step and that they now were going to finish it. Again I received an email and followed the instructions. Another week or so went by and nothing came so I called again. I then found out that there was a payment issue which I was never told about. I finally reached someone that was going to take care of it and said to wait for their call for the next steps. They never called me back, still to this day I have not heard from that customer service rep. I ended up calling in again to see what was going on. I was notified that they never put the request through. It has been so difficult dealing with this company and they never follow through with the requests. It's been 3.5 years in this and nothing to show for but stress and pain. I never got what I paid for.
