I purchased a $28 pair of Spanx stockings at my local Dillard's. Obviously knowing what I purchased was exactly the size and color I needed, I did not keep the receipt. (Stupid me!) The first time I put the stockings on I got a huge run up the inside of the left leg. Thinking that I could just contact Spanx customer service and get a replacement pair, I emailed them. They informed me that since I did not have the original proof of purchase, they could not help me. They said, "If the item is defective, the original retailer should be able to offer you an alternate resolution." Well that makes sense! Or not! I really do not see how Dillard's is responsible for a defective item of the Spanx brand! Maybe if it were a Dillard's brand I could see this being a logical course of action, but no. Spanx, I'm sorry that's just ridiculous. NEVER BUYING SPANX PRODUCTS AGAIN!

I've tried twice this year to order from Spanx. The pretty catalog arrives but nothing is available. First not available, then pre-order, back order and then the entire order was cancelled. I'm done with Spanx.

I'm done! They are way too expensive for glorified panty hose..they never last more than 1-2 weeks...I will no longer fatten Sara's wallet for shabby merchandise.

I purchased a Boostie yay camisole contacted the company about this thing rides all the way up till your bra, you are in public can't breath, digs into your ribs they discontinued it and even thou it s guarantee they have a one year grace period . Its brand new was only worn once before and they only offered me 10percent off another purchased. Can't believe it 98.00 for the garbage and think I only bought it for a special occasion and it nearly killed me that I took it off at the wedding and stayed without anything. Good think I am small

Spanx does not stand behind their product they will discontinue it but they won't replace the item, so sweet 10 % off next purchase I can easily get 20 but who wants it their garbage. Bought a boostie yay camisole that bruised me and road up to my chest I couldn't breath and they don't care. at 98 dollars I will spend my money at good co. like Macys one that guarantee and wants customers.

never purchase anything from spanx they say guarantee but what their saying is your stuck with it

I am completely shocked. Their website and packaging looked so friendly and professional. I just assumed all this color and presentation came with an equally pretty guarantee policy. However, that is far from the case. They offered no help, no replacement to my damaged item after it was passed the return time limit. It was a very pricy item and after having almost all good service in terms of warrantee and replacements for other clothing businesses in the past I was taken aback. I'm for sure going to be weary if I decide to order from them again. Customers BEWARE...Always read THEIR FINE PRINT before a purchase.
