Mixed Experiences with Pinup Girl Clothing
As a passionate lover of vintage-inspired clothing, I was initially drawn to Pinup Girl Clothing for their unique designs and inclusive sizing. However, my experience with the brand has been a rollercoaster ride. While the quality of the garments is generally good, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I've encountered issues with wrong items being shipped, delays in processing orders, and poor communication regarding stock availability. The recent decline in the brand's service standards has been disappointing. Despite my love for their designs, the inconsistency in service and the pricing compared to similar items on other platforms have made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand. If you decide to shop at Pinup Girl Clothing, be prepared for potential challenges in customer service and stock management.
Won't buy again
I went through quite a PUG phase a couple of years ago and bought hundreds of dollars worth of clothing (all directly from the website, no seconds or PUG "yardsale" items). Over the course of a year I bought dresses, shirts, skirts, and pants. I can honestly say I only ever wear two of the items I bought. Although I like the fabric quality of all the clothes, every item has some flaw (poorly sewn seam, slight ripple in the cloth, bulging pockets, slightly uneven hem) or strange thing about the fit. I look back and can't believe I invested so much money in PUG clothing. When I first noticed the little flaws, I tried to ignore them, as the returns/exchange process with this company is expensive and onerous. Unfortunately, the flaws would bug me everytime I put on the clothes so I just stopped wearing them. Quality control seems to be a major issue with PUG, and for the price, the clothes really arent worth it. (Expensive) lesson learned, I won't buy from here again.
Terrible Customer Service and Return Policy at Pinupgirlclothing
Pinupgirlclothing has the worst Customer Service I have experience in years. The arrogance and careless Attitude of the Person I had to deal with was unacceptable. Besides her Lack of listening she constantly interrupted me and referred to the companies Return policy which I think is the most ridicilous I have ever Seen. It is a Money maker for the Company if One is not fast enough or has not read the Return policies you are out of Luck. You will get a Store credit sind younwill be Stuck. I am overseas and it took the Package to arrive 13 days, yet, the Company Expected the Package to be back by a certain day which was impossible to accomplish from My location. Granted, After another complaint, I received an Extension which was still not enough to send the items back in time; i had to spent $52.00 to Sent it express and hopefully I will get My money back. Don't order there! Very unfortunate, because they offer some nice Things, but it is not Worth the headache dealing with their Unprofessional Customer service and them Riding the "Read the small print" and " you agreed to our Return Policy" when you Ordered. Don't Do it.

I have only good things to say about the furnace/duct cleaning service provided by *** with ***/McKnight Cleaning. It was easy to request an appointment online and the company immediately followed up with a quote and possible appointment times available. *** showed up on time, walked me through the service, answered my questions patiently and clearly, and completed the job in the given amount of time. Great job and thank you!
I will book with *** again! They were here quickly and did a great job. I had an emergency and they were so helpful! Very friendly and professional;! 5 Stars!
Had a wonderful experience with Big Ben Cleaning. Very professional and my carpet looks amazing! Definitely will call them again.
Arrived right on time, excellent job done efficiently with friendly service!Highly recommend to anyone interested in getting their carpets and sofas cleaned.

Pinupgirl: A Decade of Smooth Shopping and Top-Notch Customer Service
I've been shopping with this company for over 10 years, man. Started off going to their warehouse for sales and then their online presence got bigger and I could buy stuff online, you know? It's always been a smooth ride, man. Never had to exchange anything, you dig? I just follow the size guide and listen to the other fans of the brand, they know what's up. They tell me which items are true to size, which ones I gotta size up or down on. Not everything is made the same, you know? Some stuff is real structured and it makes you look stunning, man. And let me tell you, I always get my packages within 3 days, normal shipping through FedEx.
Customer service is always on point, man. They're quick and polite, you know? The owner is always there for the customers, making sure everything is top-notch. I love the funky fabrics, the sexy shapes, and the high quality this brand brings. It's my number one go-to, man. Never had any problems, so I'm surprised to hear some people complaining.
Oh, and let me tell you something else. Most brands don't hold their value if you wanna sell, man. But Pinupgirl, they'll get you at least half of what you paid, man. Can't say the same for other brands, except for those fancy designer labels. So yeah, Pinupgirl is where it's at, man.
Disappointed with Pinup Girl Clothing: Sizing Issues and Poor Customer Service
I totally agree with all the ladies on this site. I ordered a dress for the first time and looked at the size chart. I figured I was a XL. When I received the dress it wouldn't zip up more than a third up my back. So I quickly sent it back priority mail, since the return policy is ridiculous and ordered a bigger size. When the bigger size came, which was bigger than any other piece of clothing in my closet, it still only went up a third of my back. Yet again, I contacted them to complain. They said, "Oh, we don't do misses sizes. You should read the size chart." I responded with "I did read the size chart and I wasn't referring to misses sizes." No response. When I received my refund for the first dress, they took an extra 8.25 off because they had to ship it to me in the first place. From that point on, I decided to NEVER order from them again. I told them so in an email with no response.
They do not care about their customers. I'm really bummed because I think the clothing is so cute on this site, but I don't dare try buying something again for fear it would not fit and then I would be out the costs of shipping and whatever other money they decide to take from me.
I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with Pinup Girl Clothing. I mean, come on, I ordered this dress thinking it would fit me just fine. I even checked the size chart, thinking I had it all figured out. But nope, when the dress arrived, it was a total disaster. It barely zipped up a third of the way up my back! Can you believe it?
So, I wasted no time and sent it back pronto, using priority mail 'cause I wanted to make sure they got it real quick. But let me tell you, their return policy is a real pain in the you-know-what. And guess what? I had to order a bigger size 'cause apparently, the first one was just way too small. When the new dress arrived, I was shocked. It was bigger than anything else I had in my closet, but guess what? It still only went up a third of my back. Can you believe the nerve?
So, I reached out to them to complain, 'cause seriously, this was getting ridiculous. And what did they say? They had the audacity to tell me, "Oh, we don't do misses sizes. You should read the size chart." Well, let me tell you, I did read that darn size chart, and I wasn't even talking about misses sizes! But did they bother to respond to my valid point? Nope, not a peep.
And you know what's even worse? When I finally got my refund for the first dress, they had the nerve to deduct an extra 8.25 from it, just 'cause they had to ship it to me in the first place. Like, seriously? Talk about adding insult to injury. That was the final straw for me, my friend. I made up my mind right then and there that I would NEVER, ever order from them again. And just to make sure they got the message loud and clear, I even sent them an email telling them so. But guess what? No response. Typical.
Honestly, it's such a shame 'cause I really think their clothing is super cute. But I just can't risk going through this whole ordeal again. Who knows if anything I order from them in the future will fit? And then I'll be stuck paying for shipping and whatever other random fees they decide to throw at me. No, thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere, where they actually care about their customers.
Warning: Terrible Customer Service, Shoddy Products, and a Scamming Owner - Stay Away!
Man, it's hard to wrap my head around the fact that even after shelling out thousands of dollars, they don't want your business anymore. I mean, seriously? I've been supporting these guys for years, and I've always had positive experiences. But lately, it's like they've taken a nosedive and completely lost sight of what it means to value their customers.
Last November, I had a major bone to pick with them. I was seriously dissatisfied with their rude behavior, lackluster customer service, and the quality of their products. So, I decided to voice my concerns. But you know what I got in return? No explanation, no apology. Just some snarky pushback from this lady who calls herself an "admin" on their Facebook group. Talk about a letdown.
And get this, months later, I find myself kicked out of the group. Can you believe it? Why, you ask? Well, simply because I had the audacity to disagree with the owner on their little forum. Oh, and by the way, this owner refers to herself as the "Supreme Overlord." I mean, seriously, who does that? That should've been a major red flag right there.
But here's the kicker, my friends. The owner recently posted this video, all teary-eyed, talking about bullies and how she's shutting down the store for good. Well, guess what? It's all a load of baloney! She's just trying to play the sympathy card while her poor customers keep the lights on by buying her subpar products. What a scam, right?
And let me tell you, my dissatisfaction isn't just a personal thing. There are tons of folks out there complaining about their terrible customer service, shoddy product quality, and how downright miserable the owner is. I mean, have you seen that lawsuit with her former employee? It's all out in the open, for everyone to see.
So, take it from me, folks. Laura, the owner, is nothing but a con artist. Save your hard-earned cash and spend it elsewhere. Trust me, you don't want to be part of her so-called "curated" experience.
Pinup Girl Clothing: Poor Quality, Inaccurate Sizing, and Strict Review Policies
The owner of Pinup Girl Clothing ain't too keen on negative comments 'bout her products on the Facebook group. Nope, she don't want no comments 'bout other clothing or other websites like Instagram or Pinterest either. If ya break these rules, she'll block ya and kick ya outta the group. So, let's say ya post a pic of yerself wearin' a PUG shirt with different pants, that post is gonna get taken down and ya might just get banned.
Now, there ain't many places where I can say that the clothing from Pinup Girl ain't all that great. The fabric they use is real cheap, ya know? It's thin, worn out, and stretches out real quick. And the way they put the clothes together ain't too good either. They got a size chart and all, but the clothes tend to run either 1 or 2 sizes bigger or smaller than they should. How does that happen? If they call a pair of pants an XL and it's supposed to have a 36" waist, well, it better have a 36" waist. But nope, sometimes it's got a 32" waist or even a 40" waist. They gotta call that a different size, ya know?
I've never bought a piece of clothing from Pinup Girl that was actually the size it claimed to be.
And get this, they don't really do returns or exchanges. Can ya believe it? The prices they charge for these poorly made clothes are just outrageous. And they're real strict 'bout their reviews on Facebook and their website. They don't want nobody spillin' the beans 'bout how their products are made. And if ya dare bring up any of this in the Facebook group, they'll straight up tell ya how little they care 'bout what the customers gotta say. Ain't that somethin'?
Nightmare Experience with Pinup Girl Clothing: Wrong Orders, Inconvenience, and Public Harassment
Oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with Pinup Girl Clothing. I gotta warn you, it's been a real rollercoaster ride. So, I decided to share my story on Twitter and my podcast, just to get the word out there, ya know? If you want all the juicy details, you can check out my Twitter page, no pressure though.
Alright, here's the lowdown. I ordered this cute dress on July 27th, super excited to rock it. But guess what? When August 6th rolled around, what did I get? The wrong dress! Can you believe it? I was pretty bummed, so I reached out to them through email and sent that wrong dress back the same day. I thought, "Okay, they'll fix this, no biggie." But boy, was I wrong.
It took them nearly three whole weeks to send out the replacement dress. I mean, come on, that's just too long! Finally, on September 3rd, I received the replacement dress. And guess what? It was the same wrong dress! Can you believe the audacity? At this point, they had shattered my trust into a million pieces.
I was so fed up that I had to take matters into my own hands. I actually had to drive all the way to Glendale just to make the exchange. Can you imagine the inconvenience? It was a real hassle, let me tell you. And to top it all off, they practically forbade me from sharing my experience on their Facebook page. Talk about censorship!
But wait, it gets worse. Just the other day, the owner, Laura Byrnes, made a downright nasty post about another customer. Can you believe the nerve? And to make matters even worse, she posted that customer's personal information on the Pinup Girl Clothing Facebook page. That's just crossing the line, if you ask me.
So, I saw this as an opportunity to share my recent nightmare with the Pinup Girl Clothing community. But guess what? They shut me down immediately and banned me from the page. Can you believe the audacity? I was just trying to warn others about my terrible experience, and they silenced me.
To add insult to injury, Laura Byrnes herself publicly claimed that I was a liar. Can you believe it? She had the nerve to say that she had no record of any orders under my name. And get this, she even tried to stalk me on Twitter, claiming that I never complained there. Well, let me tell you, I did complain, just not under the same account.
I reached out to her, politely asking her to stop embarrassing me and letting her know that I had email proof of my awful experience. But did she respond? Nope, not a peep. It's like she didn't even care about the mess she had created.
Now, I'm dealing with all sorts of people attacking me because the owner called me a liar. It's a real mess, let me tell you. I feel like I have nowhere to turn. I'm even considering taking legal action for slander. I mean, this woman is just despicable.
So, take my advice and steer clear of Pinup Girl Clothing. Don't buy from them, don't work for them, and definitely don't associate with Laura Byrnes. Trust me, she'll send her toxic fans your way to harass you. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually cares about its customers.
Terrible Return Experience and No Refund Policy - Beware of PUG's Return Process!
I done ordered from PUG before. The whole process is tiring and the sizin' on their site is questionable. I only kept one dress I ordered, but had to send others back 'cause they didn't fit right. But I'm a 'forgive and forget' kinda person, so I just thought it was 'cause of my body type and learned from it.
The most recent incident done made me swear NEVER to shop there again, and I'm gonna write as many bad reviews as I can.
I ordered the Monica dress in white, and 'cordin' to the size chart, an extra small shoulda fit me. It finally arrived, and it didn't fit. So, I got a return authorization to swap it for a small. Believe all them reviews 'bout the returns process with this company... it's long and ridiculous. Most online shops have free shippin' and free returns. But not this company.
Anyway... they finally got the dress back, and I had to pay for shippin' to return it to 'em. They told me it couldn't be returned 'cause of some tiny makeup smudges on the inside of the dress, but for $8, I could pay to have it shipped back to me. They sent pictures of two REALLY SMALL makeup smudges that they didn't even try to remove. So now I'm out 'bout $190! They didn't offer no partial refund!
I reckon it's downright awful to make money this way, 'cause I'm sure they gonna sell the dress again. If I was in a physical store and tried the dress on and got makeup on it... it woulda gone right back on the rack. They said they tried to get rid of the stains... but I highly doubt it... and the pictures don't show no sign of treatment.
I could understand if the dress was torn or stained real bad... but it wasn't. This kinda thing happens when folks try on dresses in a store. And not offerin' at least a partial refund is just bad business. DON'T BUY from 'em. In this day and age... they need to have a better return/shippin'/refund process. This company sells dresses twice to make money.
It's just terrible.
Nightmare Shopping Experience with Pinup Girl Clothing: A Warning to Stay Away!
I gotta say, this company, Pinup Girl Clothing, deserves a big fat zero stars from me. They're straight-up thieves, and let me tell you, this shopping experience was a real nightmare. I've been around the shopping block for years, and this was by far the most traumatic one yet. So here's the deal, I had my eye on this gorgeous gown from them for ages, but it was always out of stock. Then, one glorious day, I saw that it was back in stock and I pounced on it like a hungry lion on its prey.
Now, here's where things went downhill. I wasn't sure about my size, so I thought, "Hey, why not order two sizes, just to be safe?" Well, that turned out to be my fatal mistake. I ended up returning the dress that didn't fit, and that's when the real trouble began. I reached out to this company multiple times, but guess what? No response. It felt like I had been straight-up robbed, I tell ya. Months went by, and still no word from them. It was like my messages were floating around in cyberspace, completely ignored.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I started getting responses. But get this, it was as if they hadn't even read my messages for months. Suddenly, I got identical responses, all saying they were "working diligently" on my refund and apologizing for the delay. Delay? Are you kidding me? According to their return policy, I should've gotten my refund processed within 7 to 14 days. I was fuming, to say the least. And then, they had the audacity to ask if I wanted a merchandise credit for more than what I paid. Like that would make up for all the trouble they put me through!
I had had enough. I sent them one final email, threatening to file a complaint with PayPal if they didn't get their act together. And you know what? I actually followed through with it. Lo and behold, suddenly they started bombarding me with apologies and promises to make things right. But I wasn't buying it. I didn't even bother replying to their emails. And you know what happened next? Within a few days, I got a refund and an apology from PayPal. Thank goodness I used PayPal, or else I'm pretty sure they would've swiped my hard-earned cash without a second thought.
But here's the sad part. Now, every time I look at that dress I wanted for so long, all I feel is negativity. It's tainted, you know? It's like a constant reminder of the terrible experience I had with this company. Trust me, folks, this company is a straight-up nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from them. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually treat their customers with respect and run a legit business.
Oh, and here's a little side note for ya. One of their former employees, who had the guts to sue them, started her own company called Vixen Clothing. I decided to give it a shot, and let me tell you, it was a breath of fresh air. The clothing is pretty much the same pin-up style, but the quality is top-notch and the craftsmanship is on point. Plus, their customer service is like lightning-fast and super helpful. So, if you're in the market for some pin-up clothing, go check out Vixen Clothing instead. Trust me, you won't regret it.
Mixed Experience with Pinup Girl Clothing: Amazing Style, Frustrating Order Processing, and Customer Service Woes
I gotta say, I'm a huge fan of pinup girl clothing! The style, design, and quality are just top-notch. Seriously, these clothes are made with some serious skill. And let me tell you, they fit like a dream. I couldn't ask for anything better in that department.
But, here's the thing. I've had a few hiccups with this company. It's like a rollercoaster ride, you know? I'd place an order for items that were supposedly in stock, only to find out that they took their sweet time processing and shipping it. And guess what? By the time they finally got around to my order, the items I wanted were no longer available. Talk about frustrating, right? I mean, if it's in stock, it should be available when they get to my order, right?
Oh, and let's not forget about the long wait for them to actually ship your order. I've had to twiddle my thumbs for weeks, wondering if they even remembered that I exist. It's like waiting for a bus that never shows up. Not cool, Pinup Girl Clothing, not cool.
Now, let me tell you about this one incident that really got my blood boiling. I had placed an order, but then something came up and I needed to cancel it. So, I reached out to their customer service, all polite and stuff, asking if they could cancel the order for me. And you know what they said? They responded super quickly with a "OF COURSE, WE'LL CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY." I was relieved, to say the least.
But guess what happened next? Within ten minutes of receiving that email, I got a text message and a shipping notification saying that my order had been processed and shipped. Can you believe it? I was livid. So, I called up customer service right away, but they have these weird hours, only open from 10 am to 2 or 3 pm Eastern Time. I finally got through to someone, and although they seemed nice, I could barely understand a word they were saying. All I caught were "mistake," "intercept shipment," and "sorry." I asked about a refund, and they assured me it would happen immediately.
I kept a close eye on my order online, and eventually, it was marked as canceled and refunded. But here's the kicker - they only refunded HALF of my purchase price. They canceled the whole order, but only gave me back half the money. Can you believe the nerve? So, I tried calling customer service again, but they were closed this time. So, I resorted to emailing them, hoping for a resolution.
Let me tell you, those next few days were a nightmare. I desperately needed that money for medical reasons, and I was so anxious that I wouldn't get it back. Being unemployed due to illness, I rarely get to treat myself, so this was a big deal for me. I had hoped for a wonderful experience, but instead, it was nothing but stress and disappointment.
BUT, I will give credit where credit is due. They did agree to refund my money and stop shipping my order. And I have to admit, I've never been disappointed with any garment I've purchased from Pinup Girl Clothing. They really know how to make some amazing clothes.
So, all in all, Pinup Girl Clothing has its ups and downs. The quality and style are fantastic, but their customer service and order processing can be a real headache. If you're willing to take the risk, you might end up with some incredible clothes. Just be prepared for some bumps along the way.
PinupGirlClothing Review: Overpriced, Poor Sizing, and Terrible Return Experience
I'm a first and last time buyer of PinupGirlClothing, and boy, do I have some things to say about it. Despite my friends warning me (which I should have listened to), I caved in and bought the Jayne dress from their website. Brace yourself, because this review is going to be a long one.
Let's start with the website. It's nothing special, really. Nothing to write home about. I don't have any strong feelings about it, positive or negative. If everything else wasn't such a mess, I might have been more nitpicky about it. But let's be real, PinupGirlClothing has bigger problems to deal with before worrying about fine-tuning their website.
Now, let's talk about pricing. It's laughably high, if you ask me. I mean, seriously, with a little digging, you could probably find the same quality stuff for half the price from some online Chinese sellers. There are way better vintage reproduction websites out there with fair pricing. PinupGirlClothing just happens to be in the spotlight for some reason (probably because they send free stuff to influencers in the right communities to get their name out there). And let me tell you, I absolutely hate it when websites are stingy with free shipping. I mean, come on! Standard pricing for free shipping should be $50 or more. These clothes aren't heavy, so it's absurd that I had to pay an extra $7 on top of the $82 I already spent. And get this, even if my dress wasn't on sale, I still wouldn't have gotten free shipping. Can you believe it? Their free shipping only kicks in at $200. Talk about a great start, huh?
Now, let's move on to shipping. I placed my order on April 13th, which was a Friday, and I received the package on April 20th, the following Friday, via FedEx. Not much to say here, really. It was probably the only decent part of this whole transaction.
Now, let's get to the juicy part - the quality and sizing. I only had the dress on for a short period of time, so I can't confidently speak to the quality. But let me tell you, I was more distracted by how off their sizing chart was. I'm a short girl with 36-37 hips and a 24.5-25 waist. So, I carefully reviewed their sizing chart to make sure the small size would fit me just right.
According to their website, a small fits a 26-27 waist and 37-38 hips (I just checked right now). So, I thought I was in the clear. But boy, was I wrong. The moment I put on the dress, it felt like an XS. It was ridiculously tight, hugging me in all the wrong places. I couldn't believe how off the sizing was. The dress I bought had minimal stretch, but it should have fit me without looking so ridiculous. And no, I'm not in denial about my measurements. I have similar dresses with the same proportions (and no stretch), and I have no problem wearing them.
I mentioned this to a friend, and she said she knew someone else who had a similar issue with the sizing chart. So, it seems like this isn't an isolated problem.
But wait, it gets worse. Let's talk about returns. Brace yourself, because this was the worst return experience of my life. I can't for the life of me understand why they would want to make their customers jump through so many hoops. I'm an avid online shopper, and I've had many instances where a garment didn't fit me. But the ease of a return has always made me a repeat customer.
As soon as I emailed their Customer Service for my return authorization number, I was bombarded with a saga-length of return instructions. I had to read each sentence line by line to make sure they couldn't deny my return. You know how it goes, the more complicated the return instructions, the less likely the company wants to refund you. It's like they're trying to keep your money at all costs. I'm pretty sure their strategy is to deter people from returning, and let me tell you, it's super effective. If you go on eBay or Poshmark or any third-party selling site, you'll find a bunch of PinupGirlClothing stuff from poor souls who got screwed over and are trying to recoup some funds.
So, after sighing and eye-rolling my way through the return process (by the way, you have to pay for return shipping, isn't that cute?), I shipped the item back and even got tracking on it (because I knew not to trust them). Oh, and of course, there's a restocking fee. So, say goodbye to $8 of your refund on top of the return shipping. And to add insult to injury, you only have 14 days to return a garment for a refund. If your garment is received on day 15 or 30, tough luck, you're stuck with store credit. I shipped my garment out on April 27th, a Friday, and it got there on April 28th or 29th, Monday or Tuesday. I immediately sent an email, refusing to accept store credit, and asked for a refund ASAP since my 14th day was that Friday.
To my utmost surprise, I received a reply within the day. Someone assured me that a refund would be issued. I made sure to save that email and let bygones be bygones. I got a confirmation email stating that I would receive my refund on May 3rd, and I let out a sigh of relief. But of course, that wasn't the end of it. After waiting for 4-5 days, I started to worry. I'm not an unreasonable person, but by May 10th, I felt it was time to check in. And guess what? I was brushed off and told to check with my financial institution. Like, seriously? I've never had any issues with PayPal withholding my money. And honestly, it feels like a cop-out response that most companies give to shut people up. I wrote back, explaining that I had checked my PayPal account and found nothing. They then gave me a transaction ID number to share with PayPal, which I did. But surprise, surprise, PayPal said that number wasn't connected to anything. Sigh.
Given the horrible experience I had with PinupGirlClothing so far, and my long-standing positive history with PayPal, I immediately put the blame on them. I followed up again on May 11th, explaining what PayPal had told me. But guess what? I didn't hear anything back. By then, I had run out of patience, so I had to submit a case to PayPal on May 15th. Since PinupGirlClothing couldn't handle a basic refund, I had to bring in the adults to sort it out. I opened the dispute at 11 am, and by 3 pm, it was resolved. I was finally issued a refund today. Thank you, PayPal.
Oh, and guess what? Today, I received an email from PinupGirlClothing saying, "You should have received the refund by now." Um, yeah, obviously! I had to open up a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. If I hadn't done that, I'm confident I still wouldn't have my refund.
Sure, some of their designs are cute, sexy, and interesting (despite the absurd pricing), but I will never, ever, in this lifetime or any other lifetimes, be purchasing from PinupGirlClothing again. At this rate, I don't see how they can last much longer with the way they treat their customers. It's not hard to believe that one of their long-time designers, Micheline Pitt, left. She probably decided she didn't want her name associated with this mess anymore.
If you really want something from their website, my advice is to troll the internet. As I mentioned earlier, plenty of people sell their stuff in desperate attempts to get their money back. So, if you hold out long enough, you can probably find the item you want at a reasonable price too.

Pinup Girl Clothing Review: Non-existent Customer Service and Disappointing Returns
Pinup Girl Clothing is like this really strange company, you know? It's kind of like when you order something from one of those Instagram stories and you're not really sure what you're getting yourself into. It's a bit of a mystery, I tell ya. And let me tell you, their customer service is non-existent. I mean, seriously, they don't even have a phone number you can call. How are you supposed to get help if you have a problem?
I've known about Pinup Girl Clothing for a long time, and I used to hear that girls could find some cute dresses there. But let me tell you, things have changed. It's not a real site to order from anymore, if you ask me. I decided to give it a shot and ordered the same dress in two different sizes. Turns out, the fit was just plain weird on both of them. So, naturally, I wanted to return them.
But oh boy, getting someone to actually respond to my return request was like pulling teeth. It took forever, I'm telling you. And when I finally did get a response, I had to pay for the shipping back myself. No refund, no nothing. And don't even get me started on their email situation. It's like they go straight into the abyss or something. I never got a single answer to any of my emails.
And let's not forget about their chat feature. It's like a ghost town in there. I swear, I could hear crickets chirping every time I tried to reach out for help. It's like they just don't care about their customers at all.
But here's the real kicker. After all the trouble I went through, they had the audacity to block me from their Facebook group. Can you believe that? The Facebook group is the only place where you can actually reach the owner. So, I thought, maybe I can describe my issue and ask for some help there. But nope, they shut me down real quick. Talk about a slap in the face.
So, yeah, rest in peace Pinup Girl Clothing. It's a shame, really. They used to be a place where girls could find some cute dresses, but now it's just a mess. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money or time on this site. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Terrible Experience with Pinup Girl Clothing: Late Delivery, Forgotten Item, and Unfair Return Policy
I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real rough time with Pinup Girl Clothing. I was all excited for this function, so I ordered myself two tops and a skirt from their website. Now, here's where the trouble starts.
First off, it took a whopping 10 days for them to deliver the tops. I mean, come on, that's a long time to wait, right? But that's not even the worst part. When I called them up to ask about the skirt, guess what? They had completely forgotten to send it! Can you believe it? I was fuming, let me tell ya.
So, I explained to them that it was too late for my function and I needed to return everything. And what do they do? They go ahead and ship the skirt anyway! I mean, seriously, what were they thinking? Talk about adding insult to injury.
But here's where it gets even more frustrating. Even though they messed up big time, they had the nerve to make me pay to ship the tops back. Can you believe that? I was livid. And to top it all off, they threatened not to refund my money because the tops arrived in 15 days instead of the 14-day return policy. Can you say ridiculous?
Now, I did eventually receive the skirt and sent it back, just like they asked. I made sure to return all the items in their original packaging, you know, to keep things fair. But guess what? It took a whopping 10 weeks for me to finally get my refund, and they even deducted the shipping costs. Can you believe the nerve of these guys?
Let me tell you, folks, this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I swear, I'd rather go naked at Dapper Days in Disney World than ever visit their site again. Trust me, save yourself the headache and steer clear of Pinup Girl Clothing. You'll thank me later.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Pinup Girl Clothing: Ignored Emails, Broken Phone Numbers, and No Refund
So, I ordered this dress from Pinup Girl Clothing on May 12th, right? They sent me an email saying I'd get a tracking number within 5 business days. Cool, right? But guess what? I never got that tracking number. I even logged into my PUG account and sent them a couple of emails through their Contact Us form, but they straight up ignored me. Not once, but twice! Can you believe it?
So, I thought, maybe I'll hit them up on Instagram, right? But nope, they told me they don't deal with customer service stuff there. What a bummer! I was desperate, so I emailed them directly not once, but twice! And guess what? They ignored me again! I even tried calling all the numbers I could find for them, including the one on their Better Business Page. But either they ignored me or the numbers were just plain broken. Can you believe the nerve?
I was so fed up with their nonsense that I decided to file a complaint with the better business bureau. And guess what they did? They emailed me back, saying they added me to some refund list. But you know what? I still haven't seen a single penny from them. It's like they're playing games with me or something. It's beyond frustrating, you know?
And let me tell you, their customer service is just plain shady. I mean, even their emails don't have the name of the person who's supposedly helping me. How sketchy is that? It's like they're trying to hide something. This is exactly what scam companies do, and it's not cool at all.
Overall, I'm just so annoyed with Pinup Girl Clothing and their complete lack of customer service. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I wouldn't trust them with my hard-earned money, that's for sure. So, be warned, folks. Stay away from these shady characters.

Horrible Experience: Terrible Quality, Poor Customer Service, and Dishonest Practices
This clothing place is absolutely terrible, I can't even begin to describe how awful my experience was. Seriously, don't even bother wasting your hard-earned money here. So, I decided to order this green Beatrix gown, right? Well, let me tell you, it was a disaster from the start. The fit was all wrong, and the quality? Oh boy, it was just plain awful. So, I did what any reasonable person would do, I sent it back and paid for the shipping myself. I mean, come on, the least they could do is cover the shipping, right?
Now, get this, I sent it back and it was delivered on 11/22. But did I hear back from them? Nope, not a peep. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted them on 12/2. Finally, they responded and said they received it and would do an inspection. Alright, fair enough, I thought. But guess what? Two whole weeks went by and still nothing. Can you believe it? I had to email them twice during those two weeks just to get a response. It's like they were purposely ignoring me or something.
And then, when they finally did respond, they had the audacity to say that the dress didn't pass inspection. Can you imagine? I mean, I literally tried it on for like 5 minutes, and they have the nerve to claim it had an odor? What a bunch of liars! And to top it all off, they had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted the dress back, I had to pay for it myself. Can you believe the nerve of these people? The dress was cheap and definitely not worth the money I paid for it.
Let me tell you, I'm all about reading reviews and buying from trusted sources. But after this experience, I can safely say that I will never, ever buy from this place again. They are just not trustworthy, plain and simple. This company is absolutely terrible, and I strongly urge you to go somewhere else for your clothing needs. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Pinup Girl Clothing
I had a real PUG phase a couple years back, man. I dropped a ton of cash on Pinup Girl Clothing, straight from their website, no seconds or "yardsale" stuff. I'm talking hundreds of dollars, dude. I went all out and got dresses, shirts, skirts, and pants. But let me tell ya, I only rock two of those items now. The fabric quality is solid, I'll give 'em that, but every single piece has some sorta flaw, ya know? Like a poorly sewn seam, a little ripple in the cloth, pockets that bulge out, or a hem that's a bit wonky. It's crazy to think I spent so much dough on PUG gear. At first, I tried to brush off those little imperfections, 'cause returning or exchanging stuff with this company is a real pain in the butt and costs a pretty penny. But man, those flaws just kept buggin' me every time I threw on their clothes. So I just stopped wearin' 'em altogether. Quality control is a major issue with PUG, and for the price they charge, these clothes ain't worth it, man. It was an expensive lesson, but I ain't buyin' from 'em again, that's for sure.
Disappointing Experience with Pinup Girl Clothing: No Refund, Poor Customer Service
Pinup Girl Clothing is a company that I had high hopes for, but unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. I decided to splurge and order a dress from their website, spending a hefty $200.00. When the dress finally arrived in the mail, I eagerly tried it on, only to find that it didn't fit me quite right. Disappointed, I decided to go through the process of returning it, paying for the shipping myself.
I promptly sent the dress back the very next day, making sure to track the package to ensure its safe return. According to the tracking information, the dress made its way back to the company within a few days. However, despite my efforts and numerous emails to their customer support team, I have yet to receive a refund. It's frustrating that there is no option to call and speak to a live person, as the phone number provided has a full message box and doesn't allow for leaving a message.
Now, I must admit that I have been a loyal customer of Pinup Girl Clothing for quite some time, having spent thousands of dollars on their clothes in the past. I have always been pleased with the quality and style of their products, which makes this return experience all the more disappointing. It has been over a month since I returned the dress, and still, no refund has been issued.
I am starting to feel like I have been taken advantage of, as if my hard-earned $200.00 has simply vanished into thin air. I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against purchasing from this company. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs. If you're in the market for a fabulous retro dress, I suggest checking out Amazon instead. They offer a wide selection at a fraction of the price, with a hassle-free return process.
Pinup Girl Clothing seems to be nothing more than a scam when it comes to returns. It's disheartening to think that they may be intentionally keeping customers' money without providing the promised refunds. In fact, I believe that a class action lawsuit should be considered against this company, as I'm sure many others have fallen victim to their deceptive practices.
In conclusion, I urge you to steer clear of Pinup Girl Clothing. Don't make the same mistake I did. Look elsewhere for your retro fashion needs and save yourself the headache and disappointment.
Pinup Girl Clothing: A Nightmare Experience with Unethical Practices
I gotta say, this has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a clothing company. Pinup Girl Clothing, man, they really don't give a damn about anything except grabbing your hard-earned cash. I mean, seriously, I dropped over 500 big ones on their website, thinking I was gonna get some killer clothes. Boy, was I wrong.
So, here's the deal. I made sure to do my homework, you know? I checked all the rules and regulations about importing stuff into Australia. And guess what? If your purchase is under 1000 Aussie dollars, you're all good. Well, my order was well within that limit, no doubt about it. But what do those Pinup Girl folks do? They go ahead and slap the wrong amount on my invoice, 'cause some of the items were on sale or whatever. And now, they're refusing to fix it for me. They won't send an amended invoice to customs, 'cause apparently, they only accept it from the sender. What a load of crap!
Because of their stupid mistake, the total on the invoice adds up to 1002 Aussie dollars. And you know what that means? It means I gotta cough up an extra 300 bucks in taxes! Can you believe it? I'm already paying for their screw-up, and they won't even lift a finger to help me out. I've been waiting for my package for over two freakin' weeks, and not a single soul from Pinup Girl Clothing bothered to reach out to me. Nope, I had to be the one to ask where the hell my stuff is. Real classy, guys.
Oh, but it gets even better. Those Pinup Girl jerks had the nerve to tell me that if my package gets sent back to them, they're gonna deduct the cost of the taxes it took to return it from my refund. So basically, I'll be left with squat. Talk about being ripped off! These guys are nothing but a bunch of thieves, I tell ya. I swear on my mama's grave, I will never, ever shop with Pinup Girl Clothing again. They can kiss my hard-earned money goodbye.
So, take my advice, folks. Stay far, far away from Pinup Girl Clothing. They don't give a damn about you or your money. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually cares about their customers. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Communication: A Warning About Pinup Girl Clothing
They don't answer your emails, PM's, chat box messages, or comments under FB posts. They just don't care about customer service at all. So, if you're gonna buy something, make sure it's the perfect size and item, 'cause if there's a quality or sizing issue, don't expect any correspondence at all.
I returned an item for a refund, but I haven't seen any money transfer happening. And the company hasn't contacted me at all. It's like they vanished into thin air.
Oh, and that 15% off your first item if you sign up for emails? Total scam! I signed up, but no voucher or offers were sent my way. And guess what? No response to my messages either.
I had to go to consumer protection to get any sort of response, which is just ridiculous. If they've closed down because of COVID or something, they should let us know on their social media and website. Leaving us hanging like this is just not cool.
Clearly, they don't care about us customers or our money. But hey, there are plenty of other brands out there who actually value their customers and want our money. So, why bother with Pinup Girl Clothing?
Pinup Girl Clothing: Beware of Inaccurate Measurements and Poor Customer Service
I used to be a regular customer of Pinup Girl Clothing online, but not anymore, ya know? So, I ordered this dress in a Medium size, right? I made sure to measure myself and compare it to their online measurements. But when the dress finally arrived, I couldn't even zip it up, man! It was like trying to fit into an XS or something. So, I whipped out my trusty tape measure and guess what? The measurements clearly showed that it was an XS, just like I suspected!
I decided to give 'em a call and let 'em know that their online measurements for this dress are way off, ya dig? I mean, it's their fault for not having accurate measurements posted online, right? So, I asked if they could at least refund the shipping cost since it was their mistake. But, oh boy, they have this ridiculous return policy, only 14 days! Can you believe it? I had to pay 20 bucks just to ship it back, and in the end, they flat out refused to refund the shipping cost. Can you believe the nerve?
I even went ahead and complained to a manager, but they didn't give a hoot, man! They didn't care one bit that they were losing a loyal customer like me. It's a real bummer, ya know? I mean, their clothes are pretty nice, but their customer service and return policy are just plain awful. And get this, they ain't even BBB-accredited! There are tons of negative reviews out there, especially about their return policy and customer service. It's such a shame, really.
So, yeah, I used to love Pinup Girl Clothing, but now I'm done with 'em. It's a real letdown, 'cause their clothes are super cool. But hey, if you're willing to take a risk with their wonky measurements and lousy customer service, go ahead and give 'em a shot. Just don't say I didn't warn ya!
Terrible Business: Delayed Refunds, Ridiculous Return Policy, False Advertising
I ain't never gonna buy from your website no more, I swear! If I could just go around and leave bad reviews everywhere so nobody else has to deal with your terrible business, I totally would. I've been waiting for ages, you've had my package, the dress I'm sending back, since November 28th and you still haven't given me my money back (it's already December 26th, for crying out loud!). The way you handle things, the time it takes for returns, and the crazy deadlines us customers have to follow just to get a refund is absolutely ridiculous. But then you take your sweet time to give the money back, even though I had to shell out 14 bucks to ship the darn thing back to you just to make sure it arrived on time, 'cause once again, your return policy is a joke. I was so darn disappointed with the product, I swear it's false advertising to show the clothes on models without mentioning that they're wearing corsets or shaping underwear, 'cause the dress doesn't do what it claims. And now I gotta deal with all this mess, let me tell ya, I'm beyond disappointed. I might even have to go to the bank to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN, ABSOLUTE WORST.
