Good day . I went to take my frame to specsavers possibly on 6.2.2020 (got an sms from discovery). I received an sms that my specs were ready on 14.2.2020 . A few minutes after collection on 17.2.2020 I decided to wear my specs. I realised the script didn't seem right. I took it back the next day, only to be told someone else's script was fitted to my frame. I was told that they would mark my refit urgent. It's nearly the same amount of time that had passed when I took my frame in earlier this month.
My irritation for them mixing my script with another client has turned into frustration.
I don't feel like something is being done to ease my frustration of the mistake on their part.
