Speedlogix is the bomb! They got all the Mopar parts you need. I got me a strut brace and a catch can for my Hellcat and it was a smooth transaction. Highly recommend this joint!

I did biz with Speedlogix and gotta say, not impressed. Heard Alexis R. works there, but I ain't no employee. They don't pay their suppliers and got blacklisted by a bunch of distrubitors for not payin' bills. Plus, they rip off other companies' designs. Communication? Non-existent. Watch out, folks.

I bought 2 things from Speedlogix, Inc. and they charged my card, but then they said my address was weird and asked for a picture of it. I said no and told them to cancel my order. It's been over 10 days and I still haven't gotten my money back. They said they tried, but I don't believe them. They offered me a store credit instead of a refund, which is shady. I ordered on 8/27 and when they asked for more info, I told them to cancel on the same day. I never got my stuff and now I just want my money back.

I bought a strut tower brace from Speedlogix on November 29th for $341.41. I emailed them on January 15th about a problem with the powder coating. They said they'd replace it if I paid $70 for shipping both ways. I paid on February 24th and sent it back. They sent me back the same brace on March 3rd, just re-coated. I sent it back and paid another $30 on June 11th for one way of shipping. The new brace arrived on July 24th. It seemed okay, but it started rusting and leaking rusty water a few months later. I asked for a full refund, but they only agreed to refund the original cost of the brace minus $35 for shipping back to them, totaling only $265.00. They won't refund me anything now.

I bought something from this place in September . When I went to track it, it said it was on back order. Finally, it shipped on February 1st. On February 15th, it got scanned at a UPS place and then it never moved again. I called a bunch of times and the company said they'd contact UPS and then UPS would contact me, but that never happened. I called the company again and they told me to call UPS. When I did, UPS said that since there wasn't a claim made within 120 days of them having the package, there was nothing they could do. The company made it seem like they put in a claim before those 120 days. I asked for a refund or a new item shipped, but they said they couldn't do that since it had been so long. I tried to get a refund from PayPal, but it had been too long since I bought it. I contacted my bank and they said the same thing. I don't think it's my fault since the item was on back order for months.

I talked to Speedlogix on 3/30/22 about a problem with their billet adjustable control arm/tension arm kit for my Dodge Challenger. I bought the kit from them. Me and the folks at *** Performance, who were putting the parts on my car, talked to Speedlogix about the issue with their parts. The problem was that there was too much slack where the bushings sit in the control arms. This meant that the bushings were too small or the control arms were too big for the bushings. On 3/31/22, Speedlogix said to *** Performance that the parts were okay to install. *** from Speedlogix sent me an email saying, "We're on the phone with them now and all is well. The parts are fine to be installed and we have explained everything to them." After that, *** Performance put the parts on my car. Speedlogix said that the slack in the bushings would go away once the parts were on the car. I paid for the labor to put the parts on my car. A few months went by and I didn't notice any problems with the parts because I don't drive my car much. But when I drove my car a few times, I felt vibrations when I was on the highway. On 6/27/22, I took my car back to *** Performance and they found out that the control arm bushings were defective and had too much slack. I talked to Speedlogix again and they said they would send me new press fit bushings to replace the bad ones. But Speedlogix won't pay for any of the labor costs to take off the control arms and fix their bad parts. I have to pay for more labor because of their bad parts. I don't know if Speedlogix will give me my money back for the bad parts because it will cost me more to pay for labor to fix their bad product.

I heard a noise from the control arms, but they said it was normal. Then one of the parts broke on 6/24 and I had to stop driving my car. I tried emailing them, but they didn't answer. I called them a bunch of times, but they didn't have the parts I needed. They finally said they would send them to me on 8/21, but they also said they would have to send me an invoice.
