I am so very angry. I provided detailed information as to my needs. The salesperson assured me she knew best and told it would work for my wheelchair. Well after waiting almost a month, got it installed a 90-minute ride from my home, and get back home, the wheelchair does not fit. I have contacted them, and they have not taken responsibility. They offered to return and charge me 20% plus almost $400 freight. The lift install has put holes in my vehicle with screws and they cut the molding to put the lift in without my permission. Who pays for the damage to my brand-new vehicle if it is taken out. It was not my mistake, it was theirs. I used to have great respect for spinlife, but this experience has ruined it. I desperately need a device that will work with the lift now. I asked them to provide, and they ignored me. Lot of back in forth to get nothing. I now have to seek legal advice because they will not do the right thing on their own. When you sale to the disabled population you would think the service would be optimum.
Claimed loss: $4500 plus travel cost and the damage possibly to my new vehicle
Desired outcome: they provide me with a suitable mobility device that will work. Like pride evo 614 or victory 10 3 wheel. Need something quickly so I can get back to living.
