Spotify Security

My account got taken over several times. 2FA would have stopped this from happening. I eventually figured out how he was getting in and stopped him. Now they won't give me my account back and I am paying for a service that I can't use. They won't update me on what is going on with my account and what is taking so long. I literally provided them with all my bank information. Everything they needed to verify that it is my account and I am the one paying for it. I am a victim of DV and my ex shouldn't be able to do this to me. I just want my account back. f5e6060e-d8bd-49cc-8247-0a8425d26f00

Desired outcome: I want my account that I am paying for back! I don't know how else to prove that it is my account! I also suggest that you create better security features in the future to prevent this from happening. This is really frustrating.

Spotify Horrible experience worst app and company

I took premium duo plan to share with my daughter which never worked , when i contacted the customer care they made me change the country, do the bank trasactions etc. I lost almost 30 euros. Lost my duo premium account to individual account. And my almost 4 hours of sunday evening. Never suggesting this app to anyone. Please avoid. The worst experience in my life about some app. problem.

Spotify I can't get into my account

I have had an account with Spotify for a few years, my wife and I. Now when I try to get into any thing to play my music it says I have to log in. When I log in it doesn't recognize my name, email, or password.

I'm being charged for it.

Steve teasck, [protected]@msn.com, or [protected]@gmail.com. I've tried both and neither works.

Now when I try to send this it says it's now long enough and won't get the attention it needs. What the [censored] is up with this company. I can't contact anyone directly, to [censored] or get it corrected. This sux.

Desired outcome: I'd like to be able to access my account and play my music

Spotify my password being rough

when I try to get into Spotify, I put my password in and it says it is rough, but it is not I even got an email from you guys and look and my password management and still won't let me in and you guys need to get this fixed be this is driving me crazy and without my Spotify i will have to go to a different music player and they are all trash so please get this fixed. account email rocket.[protected]@student.somersetnv.org

Spotify Spotify

You are deleting 100s of podcasts from Joe Rogan based on uninformed individuals and misinformation. You are also violating an individuals right to freedom of speech everyone has a right to their own opinion as well thats what makes America great no censorship thats what led to WWII. All Joe has done is offer a medium to others to speak and offer their opinion be it professional or other. He does what others in journals have forgotten to do. He interviews and asks questions. As for Neil Young, he is out of touch and just an angry old man who does not respect others opinions.. He makes me embaresed to say I was born in the same country as him

Spotify Service

My checking account has been charged for $9.99 since September 12, 2021 through January 12, 2022 without explanation. I never subscribed to their program. It is not possible to access somebody to clarify my situation and demand an immediate credit and suspension of any future charges to my account.

25, November, 2021 I was trying to find the Soundtrack to West Side Story 2021 what I found was a lot of songs and artists that had nothing to do with the 2021 film! Disappointing & to me an insult to the 2021 film

Spotify Not receiving service I'm being charged for.

I'm being charged for Spotify premium and every time I try to find music on my Smart speaker it tells me I don't have a premium account but every time I turn around it's being taking out of my account. I'm being charged for it. Fix this please, I can be reached at [protected]

Spotify Taking out double payments for one account

Spotify have been taking out 2 x payments for my spotify account. When I complained they said I had 2 accounts but I said I originally only set up 1 account so why are they continuing to take out 2 x payments out of my paypal account. I asked for a refund and was told to contact paypal, and that they can only refund the last payment that was taken out of my paypal account.

Desired outcome: pay me back for all of the additional payments in which were not athorized to be taken out of my paypal

Spotify Order never arrived since 16 march 2021

English version/ Dutch version below

On 16 of march 2021 I bought via internet website SpotifyGlas UK a Night Light Matte, a custom text greeting card & a VIP service. together 36.92 GBP.

Since than I am waiting and mailing about status update and at 3 may I ask for my money refund.

The answers I got back by mail:
The tracking status is not correct.
The clearance process is not controlled by us.

Emails I have sent to [protected]@gmail.com

At 8 april 2021 I asked for status update
At 3 may 2021 I asked for my money return because the order is still in Hong Kong according tot the stracking status
At 11 May 2021 I asked for status update &money return
At 19 May 2021 I asked for status update & money return

I would like my money refunded on my visa which was used during the purchase.
According to the terms from SpotifyGlassUK the average delivery time is 2 weeks.
My purchase was on 16 march 2021 it is now 7 of June 2021.
So that is way overdue

Spotify music service

i am writing as i have now contacted spotify about 3 times with regards to money being taken from my account that i have not authorised, i have cancelled the direct debit but they are still taking money out of my account, i have emailed them 2/3 times since january 2020 i have tried to get spotify to stop, i don't even use spotify, but can't get any answers to my emails, or any way to stop them from taking money out of my account

Spotify Free trial code from Currys, but no confirmation or contact until started to get chargef

Dear Spotify,
I noticed on my last credit card statement a charge of £9.99 from Spotify in Jan, Feb and March and thought it fraudulent. However customer services advise a free 6 month trial ended in Dec and automatically switched to premium. This free trial was via Curry's code, but as we revived no confirmation that the trial was set up or any other email from Spotify since then, we did not know we had to cancel any subscription. I have cancelled the subscription now, but feel duped by the lack of transparency. I do not feel these payments were authorised. Any other subscription provides confirmation of the set up and length of free period. Perhaps this is a glitch with setting up through a curry's code? However I would like a refund of £29.97 for 3 months unwanted and unused subscription. Customer services advised all they could do was close the account.
I hope you can assist with this complaint.

U have stolen $14.99 on my credit card.
Such CROOKS.
This was UNAUTHORIZED. I have never dealt with u. No wonder u refuse access.

Spotify Playlist feature

I make playlists for each month of the year, and I added some of Anson Seabra's singles to them. The first four songs show up in the playlist cover picture, and after his new album came out, each of those pictures (the cover art for his singles) were replaced by the album's photo. This was long after I made the playlists and added hundreds of songs, and you can't rearrange them without remaking the playlist, which takes a lot of time. I had specifically chosen those songs to color-coordinate within the picture so I was really mad that Spotify changed the covers. It's incorrect besides. Anson Seabra has not deleted those songs or anything so I don't understand what changed all of a sudden but I don't like how it looks.

Desired outcome: Change the pictures to be correct please. My username is MacyJohnson8. These are the playlists, in the photos.

Spotify Spotify

I received several emails that my account was accessed by Thailand, France, and United States. I attempted to access my account to change my password, but I received an email that I didn't have an account, so I tried to create an account, I received an error that there was already an account with that email.

This prompted me to I contact Spotify via chat since I received contradictory error messages. The agent said I should create a new account with a new email. How is this the resolution?

Desired outcome: I would like to access my account using my email and change my password.

Spotify Spotify Premium

I previously attempted to renew my Spotify Student membership (as you have to prove your enrollment into an accredited university/college); however, when I go to choose from the schools it will only let me scroll down until La Sierra University (Alberta)(Calgary, Alberta) an no further. The list is alphabetical and I go to the U of S.

Spotify Your lost!

You have a big decision to make. Some of your employees are seriously testing the boundaries of fair practice and rational thinking. I do not need faceless employees at your company to dictate what is appropriate for me to watch. This is absurd that a group of people have decided to be the moral compass for millions of people, without asking our consent. I have watched many of Joe Rogan's podcasts. Many disagreements on his stances, but nothing close to speech that needs to be shut down. You have to make a serious decision on having misguided moralists who have no concept between hate speech, and free speech. I think there is a clear narcissism and lack of broader observation from your "Moralist" employees. Progressiveness is always good, but not when you decide for others what is morally right. We are not dumb children that need to be protected and guided by Spotify. There is a reason why Joe Rogan has a huge following. To deny his platform is wrong. Did you ask the viewers what "we" think. No. You know what's best for me. Trying to make some power move like Trump. Get right! Do better!

this person sell spotify account and only works for 2weeks plus, the title said lifetime. when being ask why like that he reply very slow and until next day no help from him at all. he claim himself that he upgrade the account but there is no sign at all. bought 2 times from that seller only works 2 weeks plus. what is this? vpn problems? country problems? work only 14 days? this guy selling illegal spotify premium upgrade account. please acknowledge this guy and do not buy from him. its very funny when hypocrite say that he would help to fix the problem, instead nothing happen. mocking others stated they also were not being help. how is this a fair trade? you sell something but got a lot of problems?!

Spotify canceled spotify account being charged

You guys are crooks! Not only have I been charged $10.46 per month for a supposed "free" Spotify account for years...I canceled my account altogether on July 14, 2019, and yet I'm still getting charged monthly. I had to cancel my credit card today just to stop your bogus company from charging me anymore for a useless service I don't even use. Y'all should be in jail for fraud!
