I purchased UK dress sizes as per thier measurement chart for 2x bridesmaids. I measured the bridesmaid myself, it should of fitted. Prom time again and I ordered a dress for my youngest daughter. Then the war in Ukraine broke out and it took forever to get the dress to the UK. The most stressful time was had with me chasing the parcel by every tracking mode imaginable only to be told one tale after another. Finally the dress arrived - couldn't believe it. It was beautiful and fit to perfection. We have been lucky twice so it did work for us.
Outfit for wedding
Dont ever order anything from them ordered a size 18 outfit as sizes small came more like a 12 Im only a size 14 e mailed them to return as no return form was sent told it was custom made no it wasnt asked for money back no chance paid ?111.50 with shipping in dispute with them never order anything from them I looked at the reviews on their site and they were brilliant wish I had of looked at other reviews sites independent ones like this site I would never ever of ordered anything

Amazing Prom Dress
My daughter saw dress online and I felt price was very good for made to measure outfit. Ordering online was easy - we used the online chat facility to clarify the colour choice we wanted (selected the "as per picture" option which was a great idea to have when ordering, as very often it's the picture you've seen that you want). Once ordered they clarified measurements (be sure to check your spam mail). They said delivery would be early Jan and they delivered by end of December. Daughter is very pleased with fit and so am I... thank you. It's a beautifully made dress.

I was unsure as to buy a dress from the internet such a important dress (mother of the bride).
I had never heard of them before, I had no need to worry, I forgot to put my measurement for the length, a really nice man phoned me up to take the information he needed, he also confirmed on the phone the date I wanted my dress.
My dress came 3 days early, and when i opened the dox I was overjoyed, it was even better than the picture, and fit me perfect, I am more than pleased with it, I will defenatly be shopping here again. Thank you all for makeing me my beautiful dress at a fraction of the cost on the high street.
What can I say?
Just as well I did not to read all the negative comments before I placed an order. I went with my pocket at the end of the day, and ordered a debs two piece which in my mind was the nicest I had seen, and boy did I look around. I received an e-mail and phone call advising colour of the top would be slightly different than ordered so I went with it. I knew it would take a while and was probable made in China but what is't these days. It arrived yesterday and everyone in my house loves it and so do I. The quality is great and it fits just perfectly. I am so looking forward to my debs. Thanks to the girl that made it. Rock on
Great Quality
I ordered two dresses 3 weeks ago and they arrived yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work and materials used. Stacees kept in touch with me during my order process as they didn't have my first colour choice available for one of the dresses. I submitted custom size and length as one dress was required to be longer than the usual cut at the front as the lady this dress was for wanted to cover a scar on her leg. Both dresses were a perfect fit and I was pleased to find that they were double lined and the off the shoulder style dress has a bra built in... Fantastic for the price. We are both looking forward to wearing our dresses and will definitely order from Stacees again for those special occasions..
Returns, refunds and customer service dreadfull!!!!
I purchased two prom dresses in standard size 6 for my daughter to try. At the time i was ordering i got reassured from Cassie the live chat agent that returns and refunds wouldn't be a problem! 3 weeks later no return labels and no refund, just offering to keep the dresses and offer £50 compensation! This is absolutley disgraceful and I would not recommmend this business to anyone! I have reported them to trading standards! shocking customer service! UK COMPANY NO WAY MORE LIKE HONG KONG!

Awful scam company
I ordered dresses for the bridesmaids in my wedding and paid £86 for garaunteed expedited delivery to ensure they arrived on time. I contacted customer services prior to placing my order to check they would come, during the delivery process to check things were on track, and on the final/latest day my dresses were supposed to be delivered. Each time they said the dresses would be delivered on time. They were late. The company even gave me a delivery window that I later found out was made up, as when I spoke with the delivery company they said they have no contact with the delivery service in this capacity. As a result I had no dresses for my bridesmaids the day before my wedding. I had to buy new ones from a local shop which was very stressful and expensive the day before the wedding.
Worse yet, when explaining this to their customer service team they refused to refund me and let me return the dresses, despite me putting in the request to do so within the 14 day returns window. I had double checked with the company before ordering that the standard size dresses I had ordered would be eligible for return if we didn't like them when they arrived and they had reassured me it would be fine. When I contacted them they just pretended not to understand that I had requested a return and offered me £29 compensation for my order that cost over £700 with no return or refund. They finally stopped responding to me with no resolution or explanation.
To be honest, the dresses (once they arrived) were actually good quality. But I will never order from this company again and warn you against doing so unless you are confident you won't need to return anything and don't have a deadline for delivery.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am having to follow up my claim with my credit card company and will be hiring a solicitor to help me with my case.

FIGHT, FIGHT FIGHT TO GET A REFUND. I DID AND I WON!
A few weeks ago, I reviewed this appalling company on this site after receiving a dress I couldn't wear. The dress was SO tight and was definitely NOT made to my measurements, which were recorded meticulously by my husband. After Stacees Customer Services constantly referred to my 'inaccurate measurements' and then applied a number of stalling tactics when I asked for a refund, I went into battle mode. I refused their paltry offer of a ?10, then ?20, then a ?30 refund. I refused to send them a second batch of photographs. I contacted Hong Kong Trading Standards who are investigating and notified Stacees of this action and my contact with UK Trading Standards. I also told the company that I was going to publicise everywhere I could about their appalling business model when it came to refunding customers for ill-fitting and shoddy goods. I went on Facebook and JibberJabber and contacted two national media consumer programmes. I notified the company that there were a lot of angry customers like me and that I wouldn't give up until I got a FULL refund. It was a battle of wills and I WON! I returned the Mother of the Bride dress to China, taking photos of it, the parcel and the order number. I sent it via Royal Mail and had it tracked. I had to demand that Stacees confirm in writing that it was going to refund my money in full. They finally agreed and put it in writing. Four months and over 50 emails later I have finally received a full refund. I had to fight every step of the way; even when the dress was received at the factory in China, I was told I would have to wait for 8 to 15 days for a refund. I contacted my credit card company who said that I shouldn't have to wait that long and that they would investigate if I didn't receive the refund sooner and that they would sort it for me. I notified Stacees of this and asked them to send me photographic proof that my refund was being processed. They did this straight away and two days later I had the refund credited to my account. So, to anyone who reads this who has been on the receiving end of the worst customer service ever, battle fiercely and relentlessly. Please note that Stacees does NOT have a base in the UK. I repeatedly asked for the UK address and, of course, there isn't one. Good luck and DO NOT give up!
