The greatest customer service experience I have ever had with a company! *** or as I first knew her as *** 8, deserves a medal for dealing with my inquiries looking for a part for our Stamina Wonder Bike. Started emailing and never expected a reply, not only did I get a reply that day, but every time I would check in on the part I needed she would respond and after several weeks of being out with the passing of my mom I get an unsolicited email from *** that my part is in and how to order it! Talk about service! Very grateful and I hope everyone at Stamina understands how invaluable *** is to your team, because I will forever be a customer! Thank you very, very much!

WOW, I really don't know what I can say. But during the Pandemic, I used my InMotion for my Isolation period and never looked back. I feel like I'm in the best condition of my life. GREAT EXERCISER.

Outstanding customer service. I purchased a Stamina DT Pro Rower in February . The machine works well and is well-made. I ran into a problem after a couple of weeks of use with one of the rower pedals bending (a random problem, since the other pedal is fine), so I contacted customer support to request a new pedal for the rower. There were immediately responsive, asked for a little bit of information, and then shipped an entirely new rower to my house which arrived in 3 days. I only asked for a replacement pedal, but they were so concerned about trying to make things right that they shipped an entirely new rower to me. I'm hard pressed to think of a company that has done a better job of standing behind their product.

There was a problem with the assembly involving connection to the tension setting cable, it was stuck because the temporary clamp holding it to the bracket would not pass through the hole leading to the adjustment cable. To fix it required some disassembly of the bike involving removal of the side panel so I could get at the problem and resolve it. I could not have done the repair without the aid provided by customer service rep. *** was very responsive and prompt in answering my questions, without her guidance I could not have done the *** it was properly assembled, I'm very satisfied with the finished product. But I think, Stamina should rework how they hold the tension bracket for easy assembly by the user. It took a while to repair.

We love our Conversion II bike/rower. After 5 months had a problem with it. Called customer service and had the whole issue resolved within 24 hours. Our issue was so unusual, that they chose to replace the machine.All communications were professional, friendly and helpful. We are both so relieved the process was easy and resolved. I have and will continue to recommend Stamina Products.
I am on my 2nd Stamina product
I am on my 2nd Stamina product. The 1st rower was a simple machine with pneumatic tubes. Great machine for over 5 years. Decided to upgrade to an air rower and purchased the Stamina *** Air Rower. Very nice machine with variable resistance based on how hard you pull. I was not happy though when at 6 months the spring box broke. I contacted Stamina and talked to Tricia. She was great to work with and took care of the problem fast and efficiently. I received the new spring box about 10 days later and instructions on how to install it. The tower is again working well. Tricia was easy to work with and extremely helpful. In spite of the early spring box failure, I will stay with Stamina for my future workout needs. P.S. I have not been compensated in any way for this review.

I had a gym membership for about 2 years. My favorite equipment at the gym was the Rowing Machine. I stopped going to the gym because of Covid and decided to buy a rowing machine. After 2 months of research, I bought a Stamina rowing machine. The machine arrived damaged. I contacted Stamina Customer Service and spoke with Abby a Customer Care Specialist. Abby was very friendly, helpful and professional. After submitting the requested information, I received a new rowing machine within a week. The rowing machine works great and it reminds me of the one I used at the gym. I highly recommend Stamina Products because of their great quality and especially for their excellent Customer Service. Abby thank you very much for your time, your help and your commitment to excellent Customer Service.

I ordered a rowing machine and started using it as soon as I received it. Prior to ordering, I did some research and eventually settled on Stamina's item. The price was great, but also the fact this is the only rower with a rowing motion similar to the actual sport. I love it! It's everything I need. The only thing missing is a more elaborate display monitor, but it's understandable due to the price. Frankly, the information provide on this monitor is sufficient to plan your exercise. When I put the machine together, I noticed the piston was leaking oil. I contacted customer service and spoke to a lady on the phone, explaining the problem. A few days later, I received a new piston at no charge. Customer service followed up on my issue, and were pleasant an professional. Highly recommended.

The womens waist trainers are not made as they say they are. They do not fit most sizes . They do not grip. They do not retain body heat, and the fabric is not comfortable not neoprene just a sports bra with Velcro. And their customer service didn't even try to make things right in anyway because the warranty says you can't take it back to the store I have had it 2 days just to be certain that it did not work the exact way it said. Was gonna buy the mens it looked made way better and like it it might work the way they are supposed to. Not wasting anymore money to be disappointed. So women buy the mens waist trainer if you do but one at all. The idea of this is great if made better. Stamina feel free to send a free replace for me of the mens I big on second chances . *** from Illinois

I was having problems with my recumbent bike/rower machine and customer service, specifically Tricia, really came through! Logically, we tried a few troubleshooting steps in order to see if the problems were treatable with a simple part replacement or adjustment. When it was clear that nothing short of a replacement was going to do the trick (which was the case after I sent in a couple of videos demonstrating the problems I was having), customer service promptly shipped a new machine. I received and assembled the new machine yesterday and am very pleased! (The new machine seems to be working perfectly so far!) Thank you very much for the attentive and caring customer service! I highly recommend the recumbent bike/rower combo and will definitely be checking out other Stamina products in the future!

Stamina is awesome for customer service! I bought a combination recumbent bike/rower in 2014, and used it nearly every day for years until the one way pulley failed. Not only did they send me a replacement at a very reasonable cost, but they actually had to pull one from an assembled unit in their warehouse in order to send it to me. And they sent very clear instructions on how to replace the faulty part. Now in 2021 something else has gone bad, which is no disgrace since I use the bike literally every day of the year. They sent a replacement magnetic unit for only $30, along with instructions on replacing it. This company is definitely a five star company, their products are well made and their customer service is above and beyond normal expectations. I would definitely buy any of their oroducts again.

I bought a rower through ***. It doesn't work. The tension becomes loose very quickly. This is a problem other reviewers have had as well. Customer service has given me run around for 2 months. Now that assembled, too heavy for me to return to store. They asked me to send video of the product malfunctioning. I did that. I called. I've left voice mails. They don't return messages. I once called and got through early in morning and lady said they knew the part I needed but it wasn't in stock and I asked if they could just send it to me when it was in stock and she said they couldn't do that. Huh? Told me that I needed to call back but never able to get through again to live person. In short, their customer service is worst I have ever experienced. I gave a break for 2 months because of Covid but the truth is they have probably benefited the most by selling home exercise equipment, raking in the money, and leaving purchasers taken advantage of. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I know what I clicked on and I know what I ordered. ORDERED trampoline with armbands for rebounding excercise. What I got for 79.99..+ blablabah.(btw same model with bands on *** for 45.99) was just a trampoline..despite what the image showed. The product is great but missing armbands so not happy. I purchased from stamina products because I figured comes with 3 videos and if i get issues thier service would probably beat *** since *** is notoriously terrible service. Nope. Just as bad and I was on hold for 10 mins, just to be told for hassle of exchange and my time instead of just sending me arm bands. I was wrong! I ordered the wrong thing! Nope! Not cool. I will be getting my equipment accessories from *** cause it's cheaper at least and instore i can check before purchase. So whatever I guess. Dont even want refund from them cause I have been using it and having to return box just to wonder if they will follow thru. (Messed up once and blame me because that won't happen again) No thanks. I can take the hit but now will not be purchasing anything more ever from Stamina products. :)

I made the mistake of trusting the reviews on the Stamina website and bought an oval fitness jogger (small trampoline). It turns out they only let mostly positive reviews on their site. After less than 2 months 2 of the tension bands had broken. Since it was still within warranty I contacted the company for a replacement mat, which they sent right away. It was very difficult to put the new mat on the frame. The tension bands on the new mat broke even faster than the first time, lasting only a month. Additionally the tension bands and jump counter broke as well. I contacted the company again, twice, but this time they ignored me. The warranty on this product is 90 days. I was only a few days past 90 on the original purchase date and only about 30 from the time I received the replacement mat. Since I received no response, I wrote a review of the product on their website. I received an email from Stamina 2 days later saying that they could not publish my review because it "did not meet their standards." They did not say what standards it did not meet. Now I know why the reviews on their website are mostly positive. They reject all the negative ones.

I purchased a magnetic rower some time ago and had a horrible experience with their customer service dept. The rower came with three cracks in the main frame. I immediately called their customer service line to speak with a woman about the issue. After giving her pictures of the damage, the purchase date & location, model #, serial #, etc. she said I would be receiving a new rower. The only catch was that they were out of stock, so it would be a TWO MONTH delay. I was not happy about this, but said ok, fine. So two months later, shocker, no rower. I called to follow up on the replacement order that was supposed to be in their system. Well guess what, surprise, they could not find record of this in their system. I was ANGRY. They said they would take care of it. So three days later I receive an email asking for the SAME exact info that I had provided before (purchase date/location, model/serial #'s, etc). And they also asked all of these ridiculous "survey" type questions, like "where is this being used?" " Is it used in a home or in a commercial business?" Ridiculous. I replied to NUMEROUS of these questions by politely saying that the faulty product had not been assembled because it was DAMAGED TWO MONTHS AGO! Finally, two days after that, I get a reply saying they're shipping a new one out that afternoon. I asked for confirmation # and tracking info. A day later I received a confirmation # but NO TRACKING. I follow up AGAIN two days after that. Guess what, NOTHING had been shipped. They said AGAIN that this unit was not in stock, but that they were sending the next model up. It took another two to three days to finally get tracking information on this new replacement unit. I haven't been able to use this thing for OVER TWO AND A HALF MONTHS! The customer service at this company is absolutely ATROCIOUS! I would never purchase another product from Stamina ever again, & I would caution others the same!

Contacted Stamina to purchase replacement rollers for an older Pilates reformer that required a special extra part. I spoke with a customer service agent who requested photos to ensure the parts fit. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I received the items quickly and now my reformer rolls like new. Thank you Stamina!

We've had the Stamina mini fitness trampoline for five years. I have three sons and they all enjoy jumping on it and using it in various obstacle courses around the house. It kept us sane during the Covid lockdown! After five years of steady use and abuse, the trampoline is still going strong, but the cover is ripping. I contacted customer service and they responded right away. Customer Service Specialist #4 was friendly and helpful, and found us a new cover easily. Thank you!
