I made a deal with Stan Egan's Auto World to buy a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He said he fixed it up, but I still ain't got my car yet. Been paying $152.63 since June 3rd, but no updates. He just says the mechanics are working on it. I made 4 payments and still no car.

Me and my hubby signed papers for a Kawasaki Vulcan on September 19 with a down payment of $1400. Stan said the bike needed spark plugs and he would put it in a special shop for us. Two weeks went by and the bike was still not ready. At 2 1/2 weeks, we checked on the bike at the shop. The manager mentioned it needed a new battery to be ordered. We informed Stan at Egan's Auto World about this. He promised to order the battery but also tried to sell us a Honda needing a tune-up. We insisted on the Kawasaki Vulcan. To date, we have no bike. My hubby sat on the Vulcan just once and Stan Egan still has our $1400. We closed our bank account before the first payment draft as we refuse to pay for something we haven't received.

I bought a 2006 Nissan Murano from Stan Egan Auto World on 12/13 for $2,100. Stan Egan promised to fix all the issues with the car, including the sun visor, back door latch, check engine light, steering wheel, locks, air conditioner, DVD player, and remote. However, as of 3/1/2022, the owner has refused to repair the remaining issues with the vehicle. Only the back door latch has been fixed, and the car still has many mechanical issues that make it unsafe to drive.

When I brought the car to Stan Egan, he said it was well taken care of and had only a few owners. However, since having the vehicle, I have experienced many problems, including a steering column that locks up, steering that is hard while turning, shaking, and squealing brakes. The air conditioner doesn't work, and there are electrical issues, fuel system issues, and ongoing oil leaks. The battery had to be replaced, and the check engine light is still on.

I have tried to get the car fixed by taking it to *** Auto Repair, but it still has many issues. I called Stan Egan within the first two weeks of having the car to return it and get my money back, but he refused, saying that he would be out of business if he allowed everyone to return their cars. He promised to fix everything wrong with the car and make it safe to drive, but now he is refusing to get the repairs done that he agreed to do when selling me the vehicle.

If Stan Egan had been honest and said he wasn't going to repair the issues, I wouldn't have bought the car from him. The car is not safe to drive, and I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Stan Egan Auto World.
