MY name is Pete and my family and I regularly purchase Starbucks coffees. And until your Starbucks Manager and staff proved to me that they need more training on customer service and not be rude to people. I purchased a chi latte for my wife together with a cappuccino for myself on Sunday last week. When I gave the chi latte to my wife after ordering it from inside it did not taste well. My wife walked in and asked to speak to a manager and she explained it did not taste well and did not have vanilla in it as I had ordered it. The manager had attitude and told my wife next time to tell your husband to say vanilla. Also there have been a number of times I have ordered through drive through and the order has been wrong McDonald's and Panaras give better coffee and service never again Starbucks
