Me and my wife woke up and decided to have some coffee for a change get to the Starbucks in Baton Rouge, went inside and it was only me “black male” and a white male that was in the store.I have locks in my hair so they stood there looking at me crazy and was talking about me so They called his name and everyone said have a good day, soon as I get our order stood there and the same lady that gave him his and told him have a good day looked at me and rolled her eyes and walked off! As I’m walking to the door “nothing at all” no have a good day or anything and let me remind you that everyone that was working in that store was not my color at all! I feel so violated that I wanted to confront them about it but being a black man in America if I did and the cops came my kids might not have seen me agin and this is sad! We deserve the same respect as ANYONE ON THIS PLANET!
