Have been waiting for 2 months for an adjuster to look at the roof on the home I have in an estate.
Numerous phone calls to 2 different adjusters have never been returned.
What do I do?

Contacted State Farm for an insurance quote. I provided all information required and was quoted. I agreed with the quote and paid in full. I then received an additional invoice for 50% of the quote. When questioned I was informed that they need additional information on the loss run report (No losses or claims for 32 years) and once provided the invoice would be cancelled. All information was verified and once again State Farm invoiced me for 15% of the original quote. When questioned I was told to contact the agent which was done with no response. Everything I did was verified true and correct. This is a classic case of BAIT & SWITCH and when dealing with them you get the feeling they could care less. BEWARE

2% of my house value for my deductible. State Farm has valued my home at $388, 000. This is more than $120, 000 over the value of my house. Higher value of a house, less they pay on a claim. If this is such a great business model, than why haven't other insurance companies doing the same thing? My home is 1392 sq ft and was built in 1955. I asked who determined the value of my home. All I get is an underwriter did. No, I can't know which one it was, they don't have phone numbers and I can't speak with them. Around midnight July 22, a car involved in a high speed pursuit with local police drove through my yard, taking out two retaining walls, damaging my garage door and destroyed areas of landscaping. My dog didn't bite anyone. I didn't leave a tap running. I wasn't negligent in any way. I had absolutely NOTHING to do to cause this event. How would State Farm fix this? Give a realistic appraisal of the value of my home. And DO NOT tell me that it would cost $388, 000 to replace my house if it was a total rebuild.

Ur statefarm customer hit me in the rearend while I was on vacation in Florida. I'm from Indiana and have been paying for housing since March 15 out of my own pocket. They are going to cripple me with all the time loss at work and the expense of housing while my truck is fixed. 1. I have been a loyal customer with home insurance and with 4 cars insured
with State Farm 1972 to 2010. The housing market collapse in 2010 St$ate Farm cancelled all house policies in Broward County, Florida. Then the state let teachers go which was me. Lost the house after Bankruptcy
2 Moved to Greenacres, Florida and my auto insurance went up. Agent told me
you moved to a bad area code 33463. I was being overcharged auto insurance
from 2011 to 2021. Is that any way to treat a Navy Veteran and accident free
customer?
3. Then 2020 came with the Pandemic. My miles per month was 40miles.
These miles were to take my sick wife to doctors & Hospital. I was charged $900.00 dollars for every 6 months My policy (584 9466-A06-59N) renews every Jan 6th & July 6th. State Farm reduced my auto rate for a one month rebate of $71.87. They were going to offer another reduction for policies July 1st well I did not qualify. So my rate was increased and I paid back that $71.87.
4. My policy was going to increase on July 6th 2021. I have just cancelled and went with a veteran car insurance company.
State Farm you owe me money. I suggest you Take Jake off the payroll on your commercials. People are disgusted with this jerk.

I vehemently object to the commercial State Farm televises with the gross stacks of meat being stacked on a scale. Not everyone subscribes to eating red meat let alone viewing it on TV.

Ventor towing service and state farm
I am making a complaint against State; the claims dept (namely Gail Bess) and my agent (Adam Crandall and his team) My car was stolen on May 22, it was found and returned on May 28 only to be stolen again from my apartment parking lot. It was found the next day and State Farm sent a towing company (vendor) Auto Towing LLC (owner Abdullah J Mohammed [protected]) he kept the car in his lot for well over 2-3 weeks because State Farm wouldn't or couldn't pay him. I was asked by Gail Bess if I could pay him. I declined. I think my insurance should pay to retrieve my car.
This is a mess. Finally yesterday (July 2 2021) I heard from Mackin Hollywood auto body shop they have the car; which was delivered by IAA (Insurance auto auctions) -Kevin Roberts [protected])..who towed my car to Mackins. I'm not sure how it got from Auto Towing LLC to this shop? anyway, no one during this time gave me any satisfactory answers as to not only where my car was but when it would get fixed. I am very angry over this whole mess. Over a month for this all to unfold.
I would like something about the towing/vendor service and how they are chosen; how to keep customers in the loop as to what is happening and lastly that this whole event never happens to another customer in the future. Same thing in Phoenix Tempe Chandler area (AZ). The Agent, "Select Providers" and Claims team feel like they can hold your auto hostage. The towing and car lease benefits and or comprehensive coverage are a sham. Time for a class action?

I want to file a formal complaint against Linda Allen Agency 5328 Boat Club Rd, Ft Worth, TX 76135. They have been extremely difficult to work with and we have a huge problem. David and Alejandra Lopez applied for Flood coverage for their property located 1440 Eagle Dr Fort Worth, TX 7611.
David and Alejandra Lopez are in the process of closing on a refinance and the flood declaration page just came in and the flood coverage is for the wrong property. The flood coverage that was sent in was for 1140 Eagle Dr.

I was involved in an accident on 8-4-20. CHP was called and a report was filed, determined this was the other drivers fault as i was hit from behind on the highway.
state farm claims they are unable to get information on the driver at fault even though the driver was working for yellow cab service at the time of the accident. It has been almost one year and my car has still not gotten fixed. I feel like i have no other options than to hire an attorney. This is wrong on so many levels.

fail to contact my insurance company after parking lot incident
After an incident in a parking lot of convenience store State Farm claims called me to get my side of story which claims agent stated to me that it looked like to him it was a no fault incident.After a time a second claims agent called me for same thing which i him about that i already that given a statement. I had already called my insurance and gave them all the information.My insurance company never heard not one word from State Farm either thru voice or letter. All of a sudden I receive a call from a lawyer(collection agency) wanting info about my insurance company policy number.My said they represented State Farm, I replied that if they represent State Farm they should have information that I had given there claims people.Checking on lawyer found out there were 400 compliants filed against them thru BBB and federal gov.Have been harrassed by lawyer and treated rudely by State Farm. State Farm refused to pay claim
Had two different adjusters come out for significant hail damage to the roof. They both had different stories on why they refused to pay the claim. Roofer said that he pointed out over 40 hits and shingles damaged. I have video of the hail storm. Disappointing after paying for 19 years and making no claims. I had no idea I was paying for nothing. The area roofers are all saying State Farm just isn't paying anyone.

State Farm Agent, Casey Houston, will not return my calls....
I have called multiple times to Agent Casey Houston's office and she NEVER returns my calls. TOTALLY frustrated! Sorriest agent ever... I have ask her assistant to have her come to our home to verify we have the proper coverage for our home. She has never been out to take photos, measurements of the square footage, has never ask for photos of the contents of our home or anything. ALL SHE DID WAS ISSUE A POLICY AND STARTED TAKING MY MONEY.
Not covering replacement of damaged wheel set
In accident with a State Farm policy holder, which was at 100% fault of the accident. Besides fender and suspension damage, 1 wheel was damaged. The wheels are discontinued and 1 wheel cannot be found to replace the damaged wheel. State Farm states that they only have to replace 1 wheel and I will be responsible to replace the other 3 wheels to complete the set. If have discussed this up as far as the claims manager. So unbelievable that my wheel set is now worthless because of the accident, and State Farm will only cover 1 wheel to replace the set!
Not fully paying a claim and taking advantage of an 80 year old woman, who is a 60 year customer
I'm writing in regards to my mom (Elaine Crook), who is 80 years old, and her claim.
Back in February my mom had ice damming on her home. My mom is a 60 year customer ( that has never filed a claim) contacted you and was assigned Shannon Romero as her claims adjuster. He sent out Keith Borkowicz to examine the claim. When Keith arrived, I thought he was running a marathon. He ran all over the outside and inside of the of the house as fast as he could. Not sure if he was over booked for the day or just wanted to get home early. He looked at things that had nothing to do with the claim and would not listen at all to what we said was wrong. My mom had damage to her ceiling and the west wall in the kitchen which Keith diagramed as a much smaller area. The kitchen cabinet which was hanging down off of the wall Keith completely ignored. Window trim and baseboard trim needing to be replaced. Also mold was found inside the wall. Nobody listened to me about that. The ice pulled down the gutter that contributed to the water getting in the wall and ceiling of the kitchen. Again told Shannon and Keith and was completely ignored.
A couple of days later I received the quote from Keith. With all the work that needed to be done, they were only going to provide her with $1235. My mom does have a $1000 deductible that makes the total $2235. I couldn't believe how low the quote was and immediately contacted Keith. He said if there were additional things that needed to be done or if the estimate for work was higher to contact Shannon about that. My mom had some illness during that time and we hired a contractor who did a good job painting for her in the past. He charged $3875 for all the work which I thought was fair. With my mom being in the hospital and not feeling well we proceeded with the work. When completed I summited everything to Shannon thinking he would send the difference to make everything whole. No, instead he wouldn't listen and just kept insisting that we over paid the contractor. I kept telling him the measurements were not right, there was mold, cabinet was coming off the wall and a gutter problem which we never got fixed. He would not acknowledge any of that. He just kept arguing that he was right. I'm sure whoever is reading this has had work done. Where can you get all that work done for $2235.
I think ripping off an 80 year old women that's been with you for 60 years is a crime.
I've been in business and I would never lose a customer over $1640.
But that's what's going to happen.
I personally use Allstate. I had hail damage about 10 years ago, and they went over and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. I still can't believe what a horrible experience this was.

Unethical Behavior by agent, lied unable to complain to supervisor
I feel uncomfortable with an agent who lied to me about keeping a list of attorneys that make policy limit demands, and told to warn other attorneys that State Farm is keeping a list of them. - Agent Peter Niebla conversation on 4/16 and them again 4/29
I immediately left a message for his manager, never got a call back . 4/16, 4/21, 4/22, 4/23 and 4/26.
Peter Niebla called me on my personal cell phone at 3:40 on 4/29, I told him I feel uncomfortable and wished to speak to his supervisor, told repeatedly I could not speak to him, he will not call me and I have to deal with him. Sent a confirming letter/ fax on 4/29 requesting a new adjuster since I filed a complain about his unethical behavior. Also instructed him Peter Niebla not to call me, my cell phone, office ect... I will speak to another adjuster or supervisor.
Desired outcome: Supervisor to call and new agent assigned to deal with me.
Auto claim
How long does State Farm have to fix your vehicle before they need to compensate you in some way for a vehicle you had to purchase because you've been without a vehicle going on 55 days now. There has to be a Illinois law that gives them a timeframe that a person can reasonable be without a vehicle before they should be compensated in some fashion. Then to make things worse they still want me to pay for my deductible and for a new battery they had to replace because they said mine was too old. So not only did filing the claim to get my car cost me 1000 for deductible and battery but 4700 plus tile and taxes because I had to have a car I have 2 kids, a job and health conditions. So that's a total of 7000 to get my car fixed when repairs were on 3500 and it's still in the shop.
Desired outcome: I want them to pay for the vehicle I had to purchase and not pay for my deductible or battery.

My whole family has been with State Farm for over 20 years. Recently my agent retired and his practice was divided into 3 agencies. I didn't receive a notice and therefore my policy was cancelled. 2 days later I had a small claim that was not honored. We have spoken to claims to managers etc no one cares. Good Morning Sir or Madam,
I would like to bring to you all attention regarding a concern/matter I have been having with one of your agents, B.J Goosby located at 1144 Airport Blvd. Suite 230 Austin, Texas 78702. My first encounters and discussions with Mr. Goosby have been rough and unprofessional. He is rude and speaks to me in a degrading matter. He can never provide any information on my account due to the fact he never knows. He can never get me to a rep when asked to speak with some one else that can better assist me. He is very hostile and perhaps should undergo some more training. He yells stating, "You can just go to another agency" that is very unprofessional and horrible customer service. One should never tell a customer something like that I spoke with him this morning (04/16/21) regarding a follow up with payment for April not yet paid. He did not inform me of an extra payment for the month of MAY also being pulled out my account. When I questioned him about this he did not respond attempted to proceeded with the the payment of 116.76. When asked again why. had my payments changed. He became frustrated and begin to talk loudly and talk over me, not allowing me to finish what I was attempting to explain to him. My payments are $58.38 monthly on auto draft. I called in March payment which was paid March 13, 2021. When told that I should not be billed for May, he stated that he could not provide that information because he did not know or have the information. Again, I asked if i could speak with someone else. H e again stated that I should go to another agency. II also brought to his attention that every time I speak with him it is always a problem and he is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional and degrading, speaking to me as if I have no idea what is going on. Please address this issue immediately. I am afraid if you all do not you will lose customers. This is gentleman is

Car collision and mechanical repairs were not inspected for safety
The car is a 2016 BMW 320xi with 52xxx miles. It was crashed on the right passenger side into a parked car on a Saturday night, March 6, 2021. It was not drivable so it was towed to my home. On March 8 it was towed to a collision shop that is 75 miles from my home that was recommended by the BMW dealer where I get my car serviced. It was there for approximately 4 weeks. My son picked it up for me when it was finished because I was working. That was late Friday afternoon on April 2. When I first got in the car and was backing out of the garage I heard a loud rubbing sound in the right front tire area. I thought maybe something was tight because it had just had extensive repairs. I got out and looked around the tire and tire well and didn't see anything unusual. The sound got louder and more noticeable and was grating when I turned the steering wheel all the way to the left and more so all the way to the right. It was not noticeable driving down the road. I called the collision shop April 6 and was told he couldn't imagine what it could be except maybe the rack and pinion. He gave me no advice and did not tell me to stop driving it. April 8 I called the dealership that had done the mechanical work and they asked if I wanted them to come and get the car. When they realized I had not bought my car there I was told they wouldn't come and get it and they said I could bring it the next day so I drove it 75 miles to the dealer April 9. After looking at it they said it was the rack and pinion; there was some binding inside it, and it was caused by the accident. The dealer gave me an estimate of 4684.84 and requested the claim be reopened. The total already paid to the collision shop and dealer was 11029.10 The insurance appraised the rack and pinion at 554.20. That was for a used part, no labor, or alignment. I feel the added 4684.84 amount would have totaled the car so the insurance appraiser started cutting corners and gave the dealer enough money for a used part that the dealer won't even warranty the labor for in order to keep from totaling the car. The appraiser said she didn't believe the damage was from the accident. This was a virtual appraisal, she saw nothing. I want what is fair and right and I do not want substandard work.

Product and service also warranty issues
From March 18 to March 25, 2021 Dothan, Alabama had very bad weather which included multiple Tornadoes. My Agent Blake Guy and I have been trying to contact these people with no avail. As of today's date, April 12th, 2021 I still have not heard from neither Charles Smith nor Carey Remo (972)-657-2004. I have called continuously leaving message after message and neither have returned my call. I have even called supervisors, leaving them messages and still no one has bothered to return my call. State Farm also sent out their adjustor from Hancock Claims Consultants who stated that there was a lot of damages to the roof caused by the storms and that shingles are missing. I've gotten them several estimates and informed them that it continued to rain for the past few days, that my roof needed to be tarped. Not once have they given anyone the consent nor approval needed to get the repairs done to my home to prevent further damaging. The is now a foul mold and mildew spell in my home and they still have not sent anyone out to inspect it. Due to my medical conditions which outline asthma, having to use a c-pap and inhaler, the smell of the odor makes me sick to my stomach and interferes with my breathing. Finally they sent out Daniel from Servepro (334)-796-0768 who stated that his sense of smell was off, that his co-workers often asked him how he couldn't smell what everyone else could in a room. He was nonchalant about the smell about the mold and mildew smell within my home. Daniel from Servepro also stated that he was too big to crawl around in the attic to find the source of the smell. He only stood at the top of the stairs and looked around the garage area of the attic. Daniel's only concern was trying to get $800 from me to clean out my vents. Just like State Farm, these people only care about the money coming in. They do not care about what we are paying them to do. State Farm collects plenty of money from me every month from 10 different policies and is about to lose them all. The people they send to my home works for State Farm and as we know they will lie for State Farm and give as little as possible to the customers. I've had several Insured & Bonded Roofer to state there are hail and storm damage.
The full repair of my roof and because of their lack of concern which caused the mold and mildew smell, to find the source of the mold and mildew smell and repair it as well. I am attaching the estimates to this complaint. My next step will be to seek legal counselling
