Stockx Disappointed with StockX: Mismatched Retro 5 Raging Bulls

I recently purchased a pair of retro 5 raging bulls size 3.5 (GS) 2021 from StockX for my grandson. My son, who is no longer with us, used to get a lot of his shoes from StockX, so I thought it would be a good idea to continue the tradition. However, I was disappointed with my recent purchase.

The sneakers I received were different colors, and one looked a bit dingy and worn. The suede was rougher on the used-looking one. I was very unhappy, so I emailed StockX and sent all of the required pictures. They opened a claim, but their response was not satisfactory.

In their response, they informed me that the issue I was referring to was a consistent manufacturing variance throughout its production. They took a look at my photos and saw that this item would be acceptable per their deadstock conditions and from the retail shop or manufacturer. I disagree with their assessment and believe that the sneakers I received were not acceptable as retail or from the manufacturer.

If I had known I would be getting mismatched sneakers, I would have never ordered them. StockX's attempt to make it okay by offering a $30-off discount code for my next purchase with them or a $20 partial refund for this purchase was not acceptable. I won't be ordering from them again and will either buy retail or use GOAT.

These sneakers cost $134 shipped. Who would pay that for mismatched shoes? If it were a retail store, they would probably have sent them back to the manufacturer, and I don't think the manufacturer would have even shipped this pair out like this. In my opinion, this is not normal. The colors should match, and the suede should not be rough on one and smooth on the other one.

Stockx StockX Review: Unreliable Payment Process and Unprofessional Behavior

My teenage son was eager to try out StockX as a way to sell his shoes and make some extra cash. I allowed him to start with just one pair of shoes to test the waters before diving in headfirst. Unfortunately, the experience did not go as smoothly as we had hoped.

Despite following all of the necessary requirements and adding his bank information, my son was never paid for his shoes. We reached out to customer service multiple times over the course of seven months, but were met with unhelpful responses from representatives who claimed that the payment had already been made. This was a complete lie, and my son was understandably disappointed that he had not been paid for his hard work.

After conducting some research, I explained to my son that StockX is a multi-million dollar company and that their unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. Even though it was just one pair of shoes, we had the right to take legal action to get the money that was owed to us. I eventually filed a lawsuit against StockX, and was surprised to receive a call from a senior paralegal named Heather McDonald just a few days before our court date.

Heather offered to pay us the money that was owed, as well as a $25 gift card, in exchange for dropping the lawsuit. I was taken aback by this offer, as it seemed like a last-minute attempt to avoid going to court. I declined the offer and insisted on seeing the case through to the end.

In court, Heather lied and claimed that she had offered us a $100 gift card in addition to the payment. This was incredibly offensive, and only served to further highlight the unprofessional behavior of StockX. Despite their attempts to avoid paying us what was owed, we ultimately won the case and received the payment we were due.

Overall, my experience with StockX was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. While I appreciate the opportunity for my son to learn about business and finance, I do not believe that StockX is a trustworthy or reliable platform for selling shoes. Their customer service is unhelpful, their payment process is unreliable, and their attempts to avoid legal action are unprofessional. I hope that StockX will learn from this experience and begin to treat their customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Stockx StockX Review: Terrible Customer Service and No Returns for Wrong Sizes

So, let me tell you about my experience with StockX. I was searching for a pair of shoes on Google and found them on their website. I have the app, so when I clicked on the shoes, the app automatically opened and showed me the shoes on the screen. I didn't think much of it and proceeded to check out. In my profile, my shoe size was set to 10 1/2, but I didn't realize that the shoes I ordered were a size 8 until a day and a half later.

According to StockX's policy, I had two days to make any changes to my order. So, I sent an email to them asking them to stop the process or change the shoe size to the proper size, which would be a 10 1/2. However, no one got back to me within the two days that they said it would take for someone to get back to me. My package got delivered to StockX for verification, and still, no one got back to me.

After the package left StockX's facility, an attendant reached out to me and gave me the tracking number through FedEx. I called FedEx to see if they could cancel the order because the shoe size was wrong, but they informed me that only the sender could stop the order. So, I had no choice but to wait for it to be delivered.

The same day the shoes were delivered, I reached out to StockX and asked them for a return label because the size was not right. However, they gave me nothing but pushback. They told me that I could sell it back on the platform and make more money or that upon looking at the order, that's the size that I chose, and I had two options to verify whether I wanted that size or not. So basically, because StockX has an option to choose your shoe size, any mistakes you make while making an order are final, whether it's a mistake or not, if it's your size or not, if the order was placed without your knowledge or not.

I don't know about you, but it just screams scam to me. I've never heard of a company not satisfying its customers as much as StockX. Literally, the package came in on Saturday, and I tried to get a return label with the package still in the packaging and the shoes still in the box, pictures and all, but StockX denied it.

I don't know what scams are going on, but I've heard they have a big lawsuit going on for selling replicas instead of the actual shoes. So, I would hang on to every dollar I get as well if I'm selling replicas. Now, I have to look through all my shoes to see if they're real or not because why wouldn't you take your shoe back and give me my size or my refund? Now, I'll never buy anything else from StockX. Guess it's back to GOAT. At least I know they're real, and they have customer protection. So, if you ordered the wrong size, you don't get pushback. They send you the return label and make sure you get the right product, regardless of whether you made a mistake or not. It's about the business of doing good business because you know your product is what you say it is. If it's not, you act like StockX. Oh, you can't get your right size after you paid for your shoe, and the size was wrong. How does that even sound?

Stockx Disappointing StockX experience - missing Hawkins Post newspaper and poor customer service

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Stockx. I had purchased a pair of Nike Stranger Things Sneakers, which are known to come with Hawkins Pins and the Hawkins Post sheet that describes what's happening in Hawkins - these little details are important to collectors. However, my order arrived without the Hawkins Post newspaper, so I immediately contacted StockX with photos of the box and the authentication tag. While they did respond, they asked for clearer pictures and promised to get back to me within 24 hours. However, it's been over a week and I have yet to hear back from them. I've sent multiple emails and have received nothing in return.

To make matters worse, I had another order that coincidentally got cancelled the following day. The lack of communication and customer service has been appalling, and it seems like I'm not the only one who has encountered this issue. After doing some research, I noticed that StockX has a 1-star rating - that should speak volumes! I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from these guys, not even a pair of shoe laces. It's unfortunate that such a company exists that's filled with low-life scammers who don't care about their customers.

Stockx Flawed Execution: My Disappointing Experience with Stockx

When I first stumbled upon Stockx.com, I was intrigued by their unique approach to online shopping. The platform offers a marketplace for buyers and sellers of street-style fashion items, including shoes, clothes, and accessories. I decided to give it a try by placing a bid on a Nike Travis Scott T-shirt, offering $103 USD. Much to my surprise, my bid was eventually accepted. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I discovered that the item I received wasn't what I had bid on. It was a fugly Travis Scott records T-shirt that no one in their right mind would buy.

I immediately contacted customer service, but to no avail. They insisted that my bid had been accepted and refused to rectify the issue. After some digging, I discovered that the website had an error, and my bid had been shifted to a different T-shirt. I was beyond frustrated with the situation and voiced my displeasure in a final email. To my utter shock, the customer service representative responded with a threat to suspend my account indefinitely. I was appalled at their lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. It was a terrible experience that left a sour taste in my mouth.

Furthermore, the overall buying experience at Stockx feels flawed and vulnerable for the buyers. I recently purchased an item for $8150 on June 15th, and to this day, it is still "en route to Stockx." Despite sellers only being given two days to ship out the item, this has taken over two weeks. I can only imagine how frustrated I would be if I were the seller, seeing the item appreciated to $10,692. The fear of losing out on a higher profit would make many sellers think twice before shipping out to the buyer. If the seller decides to cancel the order or takes an extended period to ship, Stockx will only issue a refund, leaving the buyer out of pocket due to credit card exchange rates. It's an unfair marketplace where buyers are constantly at risk of losing out.

In conclusion, while Stockx's concept of a marketplace for streetwear and sneakers seems like a great idea, their execution is highly flawed. They need to improve their customer service and address the numerous security issues that arise for buyers. I hope that a new company will come along and take over the marketplace, providing a more ethical and safe platform where both buyers and sellers can benefit. Until then, I would highly recommend shoppers to steer clear of Stockx.

Stockx An Insider's Review: Is Stockx Worth the Hype?

There has been quite a surge of 1-star reviews for Stockx and I'm here to address them. I've noticed that a vast majority of these negative reviews have been written by foreigners and casual buyers. It's important to note that Stockx is primarily designed for the buying and selling of exclusive sneakers - shoes that are rare and sold out everywhere else. For foreign buyers, I would not recommend using the platform unless you have no alternative options as the added fees can be quite high.

As someone who's located in NYC, Stockx has always been a great platform for me, both for selling and buying. Even when I had to ship my items to them, it was a smooth process. I would, however, advise anyone planning to sell their items to take proper pictures of everything and pack their items well. This is crucial - considering that so many people have no idea how to ship their items properly. It's important to use a fresh and sturdy box that fits your item perfectly. You can find good quality boxes at Staples or Home Depot. For clothing, I tend to use bubbled envelopes which can be purchased at the dollar store.

As far as buying goes, I have had some issues in the past but Stockx has always come through to resolve them satisfactorily. Their customer service team may not immediately respond to your queries but when they do, it's always with a solution that works well. I'd advise you to express your issues using proper grammar and to be firm but respectful. It always pays off to be polite and reasonable while addressing any problems.

If you're considering using Stockx, heed my advice and you'll find the platform to be the best available. I would personally never be caught buying shoes from consignment shops like Stadiumgoods or Flight Club - their shoes are just too overpriced.

Take a chance with Stockx and good luck!

Stockx Unfortunate Experience with StockX: Empty Box Scam and Slow Investigation Process

I had a very unfortunate experience with StockX, an online marketplace for buying and selling sneakers and other fashion items. I decided to sell a pair of Air Jordan 1 Travis Scott sneakers through their platform. After shipping the shoes, StockX claimed that the box was empty upon arrival. I was shocked and confused, as I had carefully packaged the shoes and obtained a receipt from the UPS store that clearly showed the package was well-sealed and weighed 7 pounds.

Unfortunately, StockX's investigation into this issue took a staggering two weeks to complete, and they eventually concluded that I had shipped them an empty box. I was disappointed that they did not provide me with any details or evidence of their investigation, just a final conclusion that the shoes were not in the box they received.

However, after doing some digging of my own, I discovered that the case was still under investigation by UPS. I spoke with the manager and owner of the UPS store where I had shipped the shoes from, and they confirmed that they saw me dropping off the package with the correct weight and had video footage of it.

As it turns out, my case was not the first of its kind in the Boston area. The associate at the store told me that they had heard many similar complaints about StockX. After sharing my story online, I was contacted by several other StockX customers from across the country, who had similarly negative experiences with the platform.

This all led me to worry that there might be some sort of financial fraud happening, which is why I decided to contact the FBI. They encouraged me to share my story and for other victims to file their complaints directly on their site.

While I cannot say for certain what happened to my shoes or whether or not to do business with StockX, I urge others who have had similar experiences to file a complaint with the FBI. It is important to take action and help yourself as an existing victim, and hopefully prevent similar things from happening to others in the future.

Stockx The Struggles of Online Shopping: A StockX Review

When it comes to online shopping for high-end and rare sneakers, stockx.com seems like a great choice. However, one user's experience tells a different story. It all started when they made two orders with Stockx, one of which arrived without any issues. The second order was more expensive, and it was supposed to be shipped to Quebec, Canada. After receiving a notification of a tracking number with DHL on July 12th and the package leaving from Phoenix, Arizona on July 13th, the user has encountered problems. The package was marked as picked up but then never moved beyond that point. When the user contacted DHL, they were told that the item hadn't left stockx.com's warehouse due to some missing documents. The user turned to Stockx, who informed them that they need 2-3 days to provide an answer. As of July 19th, the user still hasn't received any valuable answers, and their order remains in limbo state.

The user expresses frustration with both DHL and Stockx, feeling that they are stuck between two companies that fail to resolve their issue. The user shares their worries about not knowing whether they will ever receive their order or whether it has been sent to another customer. In light of this negative experience, the user shares that they won't be recommending Stockx to anyone and feels that few dollars of savings aren't worth such hassle.

This experience shows that despite appearing like a reliable website for sneaker enthusiasts, it's crucial to be aware that things can go wrong. It's important to remember that online shopping carries a level of risk, and in some cases, issues may arise that can't be easily resolved.

Stockx Beware of StockX: Poor Customer Service and Shady Business Practices

I have had a mixed experience with StockX, an online platform where verified sellers can sell their authentic sneakers, accessories, and streetwear. I have bought from them a few times, and although I had some minor issues in the past, I did not feel compelled to write a review until now. I want to raise awareness of the poor customer service and questionable business practices of StockX, which could make you think twice before you buy from them.

First of all, they claim to be a mere re-seller, meaning that they do not keep stock of the products they sell, and that they are not responsible for the condition or the accuracy of the item. This could put the burden on the buyer, who might not receive the product they expected or could find it difficult to return it. Also, StockX has the final say in deciding whether to assist the customer or not, and their judgment seems to be biased towards their own profit.

Here's an example of what happened to me recently. I wanted to buy a pair of sneakers for my friend on May 26, 2020. However, when I selected the size (8) and clicked on the buy button, the app defaulted to size 10.5, which happened to be the last size I had bought. I immediately contacted StockX customer support through their website and Twitter, hoping to get a solution. However, instead of addressing the issue, the response I received was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, insulting. They said that the sale was final, and no refund or exchange was possible, despite me explaining that it was a mistake caused by their own app. They suggested that I could resell the shoes on their website if I didn't want them, which is an obvious attempt to profit from my loss.

The worst part was that the customer support representative acknowledged that their app was faulty and apologized for the inconvenience, but they still refused to solve the issue. This is not the way to treat a customer, who expects a certain level of service, empathy, and accountability from a reputable company. Furthermore, I don't see how this policy of no returns or cancelations can benefit anyone but StockX. It just shows how little they care about their reputation and how much they care about their bottom line.

In conclusion, I would advise you to be cautious when using StockX, especially if you are not an experienced buyer or seller of limited edition products. Make sure to double-check your order details and be aware of their strict policy on cancelations and refunds. You might also want to consider alternative platforms that offer better customer service and more transparency.

Stockx Mixed Experiences with StockX: Poor Customer Service & Frustrating Order Issues

I have had mixed experiences with StockX, an online retailer that specializes in authenticating streetwear and sneakers. Although I have made eight successful purchases through the site, my ninth order was marred by several issues that left me feeling disappointed.

My order was for a Palace Ralph Lauren collab, specifically the Polo Bear Sweater, which was listed at $750. After two weeks, the item was still marked as "En Route to StockX for authentication," so I reached out to customer service for clarification. The reply I received was a standard message that didn't provide any real insight into the issue. Frustrated, I emailed again for an update, and was told that the estimated delivery time was 6-10 business days.

A week later, my order was still stuck in limbo. I contacted StockX once more and asked them where the package was coming from. Instead of answering my question, they offered an immediate refund and said the seller couldn't fulfill the order. This was extremely disappointing, as the sweater was already reselling for $1,000 in my size. I felt like StockX should have worked harder to find me a replacement, but they didn't seem interested in doing so.

One of the biggest issues I had with StockX was their poor customer service. There is no phone number or live chat available, which means that you have to rely on email responses from their team. While most of the time they were responsive, their replies often felt canned and impersonal. It was clear that they weren't making an effort to go above and beyond for their customers.

That being said, I do appreciate the concept behind StockX. They provide a valuable service for people who want assurance that their streetwear is authentic. However, the prices can be quite steep compared to buying from resellers directly. In addition, using StockX can be frustrating because there is less transparency than buying from a regular retail store.

Overall, I was left feeling disappointed by my experience with StockX. While I'm willing to give them another chance in the future, I hope that they will make some improvements to their platform and provide better customer service to their customers.

Stockx Buyer Beware: My Experience with StockX - Lost Packages and Poor Customer Service

As a potential buyer, I would advise you to think twice before making any purchase on StockX. There have been numerous reports of packages getting "lost" or "stolen" in transit from the company, which raises suspicion about fraudulent activities. Based on a recent experience, I can attest to the lack of customer service and poor handling of issues by StockX.
I purchased a pair of sneakers but never received them despite DHL confirming that the package was lost. To make matters worse, DHL demanded a false police report before they could take any action, and StockX was unresponsive until I posted negative reviews. Even then, they took over a month to refund my payment without any form of communication or apology.
In my opinion, StockX is a scam that steals from its customers by either selling fake products or coordinating with carriers to stage theft incidents. Their approach to dealing with complaints is downright unacceptable, and I would never do business with them again. If you have had a similar experience, I strongly urge you to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and your state's Attorney General. There must be consequences for such fraudulent behavior.

Stockx Stockx and Paypal: Lack of Protection and Accountability for Users' Safety and Security

As a long-time user of Stockx, I am incredibly disappointed with their lack of protection for both sellers and buyers. While I had never encountered any issues in the past, the recent breach of their security systems has left me feeling vulnerable and frustrated. What is most concerning is that the breach occurred in May, yet Stockx did not inform their users until August. By this time, much of our sensitive login and payment information had already been sold on the dark web market for as little as $2.00.

Unfortunately, my personal experience with Stockx has been less than satisfactory as I recently discovered that someone had fraudulently purchased an item worth over $2000.00 on my account. I immediately attempted to log in to see what was purchased, but found that my login information had been changed without my knowledge or consent. Despite multiple attempts at resetting my password, the fraudulent buyer had already changed the email linked to my profile and I was unable to retrieve my account. I eventually discovered that the item had been shipped to an address in New York, despite the fact that all of my previous purchases had been sent to my home in California.

Despite notifying both Stockx and Paypal of the fraudulent transaction, I have received little to no assistance from either company. Stockx has failed to respond to any of my emails, while Paypal denied my claim as fraud due to a supposed "payment agreement". It was only after multiple appeals that I was finally able to start a ticket with them. I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of accountability from both companies, and fear that I may never recover the lost funds.

In light of these experiences, I would caution others against using Stockx and instead recommend looking into other sneaker apps like GOAT, which may be more expensive but have a better track record of protecting their users' information. It is my hope that Stockx and Paypal will take greater responsibility for their users' safety and security in the future.

Stockx StockX Fails to Deliver Authentic and High-Quality Sneakers, Disappointing and Frustrating Customer

The customer writing this review was highly disappointed with their purchase from StockX, a retail platform for buying and selling authentic sneakers. The customer had two requirements for the pair of shoes they purchased: that they were authentic and in a condition that would be acceptable at a retail store. Unfortunately, the shoes they received do not meet either of these requirements. The stitching on the shoes was misaligned and crooked, and there was glue residue all over the shoes. The inserts were cardboard instead of red plastic, and the label on the box did not mention the color of the shoes. The font and text on the label were also unlike any other original box.

The customer is upset that StockX either did not properly inspect these shoes, or they did and still approved the sale of faulty and possibly fake shoes. The customer feels that they were conned, and they do not want to list the shoes on StockX and pass the problem onto another poor customer.

The customer thinks that StockX should take responsibility for approving the authenticity of these sneakers and allowing the sale. They should have recognized the issues and returned the pair, instead of enabling the sale of a fake and faulty item. The customer is disappointed that StockX has not taken accountability and provided a solution that resembles an ounce of ethics and responsibility.

Overall, this review highlights the customer's disappointment and frustration with their purchase from StockX. They expected to receive a pair of authentic, high-quality shoes and instead received a faulty and possibly fake item. They do not want to be a part of the cycle of enabling fake sales and hope that StockX takes responsibility for their role in this transaction.

Stockx StockX Review: Luxury Handbag Purchase Nightmare

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend buying luxury handbags from StockX. I made the mistake of ordering a handbag from them instead of just coughing up a few extra hundred bucks to get it from the store. Don't get me wrong, I did get the bag and it looked pretty new and legit. But here's the thing: the bag was supposed to come with a pochette, and that was nowhere to be found. The ad showed the pochette and didn't say anything about it not being included. And let me tell you, trying to get in touch with StockX about this was a nightmare. I read a bunch of reviews before buying from them, and they seemed pretty good overall. But most of those reviews were about sneakers and shoes, not handbags. I think they're pretty new to the handbag game, and they've got a lot of work to do if they want to keep selling luxury bags. Here are some of my concerns and reasons why you might want to think twice about using StockX:
- They don't have a phone number you can call if you have questions or issues. You have to email them, which can be a real pain.
- They don't show you pictures of the actual bag you're buying. They just use a picture they found somewhere online.
- The item descriptions are really vague and don't tell you much about what's included and what's not.
- I'm not sure how good their handbag authenticators are, since they authenticated my bag without the pochette.
- The prices aren't necessarily cheap enough to make it worth the risk of buying from an outside company instead of just going to the brand's own store. In my case, I could have spent $400 more and saved myself the hassle of dealing with StockX and worrying about the bag's authenticity. It just wasn't worth it.

Stockx StockX Review: Deceptive Practices, Poor Customer Service, Not Worth the Risk

I recently had a pretty bad experience with StockX, and I wanted to share my thoughts with others who might be considering using their service. I purchased a pair of Jordan 11 Adapt - White sneakers for over $550 a few months ago, and when they arrived, it was clear that they were not in deadstock condition. There were scuff marks and yellowing on one of the shoes, and the self-lacing function wasn't working on that same shoe. I reached out to StockX to express my concerns, but they told me that I had missed a 3-day window to notify them of any issues with the purchase. They also insisted that the sneakers had passed all inspections, so they refused to refund me. Instead, they recommended that I try to resell the sneakers if I wasn't happy with them.

So, I decided to take their advice and try to resell the sneakers. Recently, someone finally bought them from me through StockX, so I shipped the exact same sneakers that I had received from them to begin with. However, this time, StockX told me that the sneakers failed inspection and that they would have to cancel the sale and send them back to me. I was completely baffled by this - how could the sneakers fail inspection this time when they had passed before? It just didn't make any sense.

Before this incident, I had been a loyal customer of StockX. I had spent over $10,000 in a 6-month span on 32 pairs of sneakers, and I had also sold nearly $3,300 worth of sneakers through them during that same time. But after this experience, I don't think I'll be using their service again. If they're willing to deceive and completely screw over a loyal customer like me, how do you think they're going to treat you?

To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. It took them weeks to respond to my emails when I was trying to resolve this situation, and when they finally did answer, they just gave me the same canned responses without actually addressing any of my specific concerns. It's clear that once they have your money, they don't care about you or any issues they might have caused.

Overall, I would not recommend using StockX. While they might have some good deals on sneakers, their customer service and policies are just not worth the risk. If you're looking to buy or sell sneakers, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Stockx Disappointing Experience with StockX: Fake Shoes and Poor Customer Service

So, I recently had an experience with StockX, and I must say it was not a pleasant one. I ordered a pair of shoes, and when I received them, I noticed an excessive amount of glue on the right shoe. To make matters worse, the left shoe had both StockX and Nike labels, while the right one did not. This made me suspicious that one of the shoes was fake, but I decided to keep them anyway.

After wearing the shoes for just an hour, my suspicions were confirmed. The right shoe had disproportionate leather wear, which was a clear indication that it was a counterfeit. I was disappointed and felt cheated by StockX. I tried to contact their support team, but after reading about other people's experiences, I realized that it was unlikely that my concerns would be addressed.

To make matters worse, StockX only gives customers three business days to raise concerns, which is not enough time, especially if you are out of town. I was away on spring break when the shoes were delivered, and by the time I got back, it was already too late to raise any concerns.

I also made the mistake of removing the StockX tag, which was only attached to the left shoe. This made it even more challenging to prove that the right shoe was fake. I feel that StockX is not interested in resolving customer issues, and their reputation for resolving issues is not good.

I spent $200 on these shoes, and I am disappointed that they do not meet my expectations or basic integrity. I doubt that I will ever wear them, and I feel like I wasted my money. I have contacted StockX support, but I do not expect them to resolve my issue.

If they do not provide an adequate solution by the end of the week, I plan to share my story with my friend who runs a sneaker YouTube channel. I believe that people deserve to know how StockX runs their business, and I hope that my experience will help others make informed decisions.

Stockx Buyer Beware: Negative Experience with StockX

When it comes to purchasing expensive shoes or any other product, it's important to do your due diligence and research the seller thoroughly. In the case of StockX (stockx.com), one buyer had a negative experience with the company that left him feeling cheated and disappointed.

In September 2020, the buyer purchased a pair of Adidas YZY QNTM (Lifestyle Model) shoes for $496 after tax. The shoes were advertised as "Brand New," but upon inspection, the buyer noticed a defect on the back of the right shoe, as well as a slight discoloration on both shoes. When the buyer contacted StockX to report the issue and request a refund, he was told that the defects were due to the "mass production" process and that the company was not responsible. Instead, StockX advised the buyer to resell the shoes, despite the fact that they were not in the condition that had been advertised.

Feeling frustrated and misled, the buyer had to turn to PayPal for help, and it took weeks of back-and-forth before StockX finally agreed to issue a refund. The buyer warns other potential buyers to be wary of the company's return policy and to carefully inspect the product for authenticity and cosmetic defects before making a purchase. He also cautions buyers to save all communication with the seller as proof of any issues that may arise.

Overall, this experience left the buyer with a negative impression of StockX and the way they handled the situation. He gives the company a one-star rating, and encourages other buyers to approach their purchases from the site with caution.

Stockx StockX: A Scam and a Joke - My Terrible Experience with Fake Shoes and Awful Customer Service

If you're in the market for some new kicks and are considering StockX, my advice would be to stay far, far away. In my experience, this company is an absolute joke and definitely not worth the hassle. Not only do they sell fake and counterfeit shoes with flaws and defects, but they charge an exorbitant amount more than the retail price to do so!

The real kicker, though (pun intended), is that if you do happen to catch on to their scheme and call them out on it, their customer service team will put you through the wringer. They will make it as difficult as possible for you to return the fraudulent product and ultimately won't even resolve the issue.

Personally, I had a terrible experience with StockX when I received a pair of Yeezy 350s that were very clearly a knockoff and riddled with defects like glue spots all over and toe boxes pointing in different directions. When I brought this to their attention and sent them pictures of the shoes, they refused to acknowledge the issue and I had to fight tooth and nail just to get a refund.

Even then, the ordeal wasn't over, because when I sent the shoes back to them, they actually sent them back to me! It was only after a second attempt at returning them that they finally agreed to process the refund. And this was after I had to threaten to contact my credit card company, mind you.

All in all, my experience with StockX was terrible and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else. And I'm not alone - if you look at the hundreds of reviews on sites like Reviews.io and the Complaintsboard.com website, you'll see that many others have had similar experiences with this company. They have an average rating of 1 star from thousands of reviews - need I say more?

So do yourself a favor and avoid StockX at all costs. Don't be fooled by their seemingly good reputation - these people are nothing more than scammers and thieves looking to make a quick buck. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Stockx Disappointing Service from StockX: Lost Package & No Responsibility Taken

StockX is a popular e-commerce platform known for selling high-end apparel, shoes, and other accessories. Unfortunately, as a concerned customer, I must inform you that my experience with StockX was far from ideal. I purchased a Supreme cosmetic pouch, which cost $60, and was charged a $14 shipping fee. Despite the claims that the item was delivered, I never received it. Sadly, contacting StockX's customer service team was not helpful at all. They simply instructed me to talk to UPS, the shipping company. However, contacting UPS did not yield any results either.

I understand that as a New York City resident, it's not unusual for packages to get lost in transit. However, I am surprised that a reputable company like StockX would not take responsibility for lost or damaged items. It makes no sense to me that a customer should have to foot the bill for their own missing package. Instead, StockX should have insured the package and taken the necessary steps to ensure that I received my item. What's more, they should have contacted the carrier on my behalf and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

To my utter disappointment, the customer service representative I spoke to was not very helpful. They simply told me to contact the police and make a claim. However, that seemed excessive for a $60 item, and it didn't make any sense. I was not trying to scam StockX out of money nor create any trouble. I purchased an item in good faith and expected it to arrive as promised.

Overall, I was not impressed with StockX's level of customer service. They did not seem to care about my lost package or take any significant steps to help me retrieve my item. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend using StockX to anyone. It's disappointing to see a so-called reputable e-commerce platform refuse to take responsibility for their customers' lost items, and fail to provide adequate service. Hopefully, they will improve their customer service process in the future and ensure that their customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Stockx Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Experience with StockX

I recently had a really bad experience with StockX, and I am regretful to say that I would not recommend their services to anyone. I won an auction on their website for a box of basketball cards priced at $99, but to my surprise, my order was mysteriously cancelled without any clear explanation. Although the company tried to suggest that my order was for shoes, which to me was a clear indication that they had not even looked into the details of my order.

I was left with no answers as to why my winning bid was cancelled, but I noticed that the same item had been sold recently for well over $200. This led me to believe that the seller must have backed out of the deal after realizing that the market value for the item had increased. While I did receive a full refund, I am still extremely disappointed with the way StockX handled the situation, and their lack of transparency made me lose trust in their platform.

To make matters worse, when I tried to follow up with them through their customer support email, I received no response until I left a negative review on various websites, which is beyond unprofessional. I urge anyone considering using StockX to be cautious and aware of the company's questionable tactics.

Stockx Unfortunate Experience Selling Shoes with StockX: Hidden Fees and Currency Confusion

As someone who hails from Australia and decided to use StockX to sell a pair of shoes, my experience wasn't exactly a smooth one. While I knew I would have to pay for shipping, I was caught off guard when I received a US shipping label that could only be scanned in the US or at an approved UPS provider. Unfortunately, there was no provider in my area and I had to shell out an additional $73 for shipping. I reached out to StockX to see if they could at least refund the US shipping charge, but was disappointed when they declined my request and pointed to my decision to use another service.

It was frustrating to learn about this issue only after the shoes had already sold. While I was ultimately able to ship the shoes safely and receive payment quickly, I lost out on the sale due to being paid in AUD instead of USD. I brought this up to StockX as well and shared screenshots of my profile that clearly showed USD selected, but received a dismissive response saying that they now pay everyone in their local currency.

What's more, the site itself was unclear about currency information. When listing an item, there was no indication of what currency it was in. Even after receiving the sale notification, the currency remained ambiguous. It wasn't until attempting to sell something myself that I even saw an option to select a currency - yet even after doing so, I was still paid in AUD.

All told, my experience with StockX left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. It's challenging to get in touch with them, and when they make errors, it's the seller who has to pay the price. I would advise others to avoid using this site if possible.

Stockx Disheartening Experience Selling Shoes on Stockx.com: A Review

Stockx.com is a website that provides a platform for individuals to buy and sell shoes, clothing, and accessories. One of the biggest selling points of this website is that they claim to have a process of verifying every item that is sold through them. They state that this process can take up to 2-3 business days once the item is received. Unfortunately, my experience using this website has been nothing but frustrating and disheartening.

I first sold two pairs of shoes through Stockx.com, and during the entire process, I had little to no contact with their customer support team. I only reached out to them after I noticed that the app wasn't updating with the expected information. The first sale went smoothly enough, and I shipped the shoes within the hour of the sale. They arrived at the Stockx facility on 9/23, but the app still showed that they would arrive on 9/24. I was lucky enough to have another delivery app that informed me when my items were delivered, and I alerted Stockx. However, despite my email correspondence with them, it took six business days for them to change the status of the shoes to "received."

The second sale was not any better. I shipped the second pair of shoes within the hour of the sale on 9/23, and they arrived on 9/28. Again, the app didn't update, and when I reached out to customer support with my delivery confirmation screenshots, I never received a response. Instead, I received their standard generic email stating that my item arrived at their facility for verification.

As of my writing this review, I still have not received payment for my first item, despite it being long enough for both items to have been paid for (as seen in the photos I provided). I am greatly disappointed by the whole experience, and I will not be using Stockx.com again. Instead, I suggest that those interested in selling items should use other platforms such as mercari, where I have had more success, and payment is made once the customer rates the item. The whole Stockx craze feels very fishy to me, especially since they have a customer service number, which only heightens my suspicion.

Stockx Nightmare Experience with Stockx: Misdelivered Shipment, Poor Customer Support, and No Solution in Sight

As a concerned customer, I must say that my experience with Stockx has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite my reservations about using the site, I decided to make a purchase of sneakers that my son was eagerly anticipating. However, from the moment I entered my billing address, which was different from the shipping address, the site suddenly changed the address to match the shipping address. Needless to say, this resulted in the sneakers being delivered to the wrong address altogether.

In an attempt to find a resolution, I reached out to Stockx only to find out that they do not provide phone support, leaving me to communicate solely via email. Despite my repeated attempts to understand what happened with my shipment, I was met with a series of different responses, all of which were inconclusive and lacking in helpfulness.

As if this wasn't frustrating enough, I was informed via communication from both Stockx and UPS that the package had, in fact, been delivered to the wrong address. Yet, in order to initiate a shipment trace, I was required to contact UPS myself, despite the fact that it is clearly stated on their website that the sender of the package should initiate this process.

Furthermore, I was told that I would not be eligible for a claim reimbursement, even though the difference in my billing and shipping addresses was due to a delay in changing the former address. The most disappointing aspect of this entire experience is that it has been almost a month since the purchase, and I am still without the sneakers and any indication that Stockx is going to provide a reasonable solution.

At this point, I have lost all faith in Stockx and will not be recommending this site to anyone. It is unacceptable to have this level of disregard for customers, especially those who have trusted the site with their hard-earned money. In conclusion, my only advice to anyone considering Stockx is to heed my warning and stay away from this platform at all costs.

Stockx My Disappointing Experience with Stockx and TForce: Lost PS5 and No Customer Support

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Stockx. I had placed an order for a PS5 on December 12, 2020, which initially seemed to be going smoothly. I received emails confirming that my item was being sent to Stockx for verification and then another email once my PS5 was verified and ready to be shipped to me. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration.

Stockx used a shipping company called TForce, which was completely unfamiliar to me. Unfortunately, my experience with TForce was far from pleasant. I have been attempting to reach them since December 23, 2020, as the tracking information kept updating every day that my item was out for delivery. However, when I contacted TForce, they told me that my package was lost initially, then out for delivery, and then returned to StockX. On January 7, 2021, I was informed that it was lost again.

Throughout this entire ordeal, TForce kept directing me to contact Stockx, but my attempts have been in vain. I have only been able to reach them through emails, and they keep giving me the same tracking information that is available to me already. To make matters worse, despite the constant updates that my package was out for delivery, it never arrived.

As of today, January 8, 2021, I am still waiting for my package, which was supposed to be delivered by now. It is disheartening to see that Stockx does not seem to care about what happens to their customers after they have used their service. They have simply left me to deal with this issue on my own, leaving me feeling frustrated and alone.

I had bought the PS5 for my son, who had been looking forward to receiving it since he tested positive for COVID-19 on December 2, 2020, and had to isolate in his room for 14 days. I had originally been reluctant to purchase from Stockx, as their prices are quite high, but I caved in to my son's birthday wish. I spent $1025 in total, including fees, and now I feel like I have been left out in the cold.

If you are considering purchasing from Stockx, be warned that they may not be there to help you if something goes wrong. It is truly disappointing to see a company take their customers' money and then not stand behind their product. At this point, I am going to have to reach out to my credit card company to see if they can assist me in resolving this issue.

Stockx Unsatisfactory Experience with StockX for Sneaker Collectibles

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Stockx, an online marketplace for buying and selling sneakers and collectibles. I was eager to get my hands on a pair of Anta's Klay Thompson East Bay Times shoes and placed an order. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I received the shoes and found that they were in very poor condition.

The left shoe was scuffed in a way that created a large white mark, where there should have been black newspaper-style print. The right shoe had numerous small black scuffs and marks all over it. These issues were very noticeable and detracted from the overall appearance of the shoes. I was disappointed because I had expected to receive a high-quality product that was in excellent condition, especially since the shoes were listed at a higher-than-retail price.

I immediately reached out to Stockx customer support to request a refund and included pictures of the damage. However, their response was not what I had hoped for. They claimed that the scuffs and marks were actually manufacturing defects and refused to issue a refund or allow me to return the shoes. I was shocked and frustrated - it seemed very unlikely that these marks were the result of a defect in the manufacturing process. It appeared more likely that someone had simply shipped out a pair of visibly damaged shoes and then tried to cover up the issue by claiming it was a manufacturing defect.

To make matters worse, the collectors box that the shoes came in had also been damaged - it was ripped on both sides and in a state that made it virtually impossible to resell. This was frustrating because the box is an important part of the overall package when it comes to collectible shoes.

Overall, I was very unhappy with my experience with Stockx. I felt that I was not given a fair shake and that their customer service was lacking in professionalism and empathy. It's a shame because I had heard many good things about the site prior to my experience, but now I cannot recommend it to others. If you are looking for high-quality sneakers or collectibles, I’d suggest considering other options as Stockx appears to be willing to pass off severely flawed items as if they were in "100% DS" condition.

Stockx Mixed feelings about StockX: A frustrating experience with their customer service

My experience with StockX has left me with mixed feelings. While I have successfully sold and purchased items through their platform in the past, a recent transaction has left me frustrated and disappointed with their customer service.

After selling a Louis Vuitton soft trunk through their site, the item was deemed inauthentic during their authentication process. This was surprising to me, as I had purchased the item directly from the store and had no reason to believe it was not authentic. However, what really upset me was the penalty fee of 15% of the sale value that StockX charged me for this outcome - a hefty $480.

When I reached out to their customer service team, I hoped for clarification or proof of the item's inauthenticity and a refund of the penalty fee. However, StockX simply cited "irregularities" found by their authenticators and refused to refund the fee. Despite my willingness to pay for a third party authentication service and provide evidence of the item's authenticity (including the original store receipt), StockX did not budge on their decision.

As someone who has had positive experiences with StockX in the past, I found this lack of flexibility and understanding frustrating. I had never been accused of selling a counterfeit item before, and I believe my honest history buying and selling through their platform should have been taken into account.

While I understand the importance of authentication for the integrity of their platform, StockX's unwillingness to work with me on this issue has left me with few options. I am currently pursuing a claim through my credit card company and, if necessary, exploring small claims court as a resolution. I refuse to accept a $480 penalty fee for an item that I know is authentic and can prove as such.
