4 years ago I bought Subaru Forester ( 2019 model) number [protected] with 5 years warranty.
After 3 years the Engine of the car after 63000 kilometers suddenly didn't work.
Subaru Israel, instead of fixing it, let me pay with the excuse that I did car the 3rd car care in 51000 km instead of 45000 km and therefore there isn't a warranty for the vehicle.
now, after the car did 100,000 km, the gear broke.
again Subaru Israel's excuse not to fix it was that I didn't use your gear oil after 60,000 km.
I checked it and found that my garage manager used Israeli oil (Paz corporation ) that is special for JAPANIES cars. (AFT gear oil).
I feel again that Subaru Israel trying again not to take responsibility for something wrong that happened especially again to this car.
I want to point out that the last two treatments, 75000 km, and 90,000 km, were done at the company's official garage, and if there was a problem, they should have checked it in these treatments and not now removed responsibility when the gear broke at 100,000 km.
I would like to point out that the Israeli representative of the company behaved disgustingly to me in my conversations with them in the context of the malfunction, and this is to disclaim responsibility.
In Japan, they would not behave this way to a customer ( I was in Japan on an Israeli HI-tech delegation six months ago and I saw a different culture of responsibility for customers).
Now Subaru Israel asks about 12,000 dollars to fix the gear instead of taking responsibility.
I need your help this time.
